After 1000s of dollars over a 3 year period our issues never subsided. On the same issue of water leaking which caused damage to my floor. When I questioned them about why they could never fix the issue, they stated because the unit was installed incorrectly. This being said I was never offered a permanent fix they just put a bandaid on it so they could keep coming out once ever 3 months. Do not recommended. Update: called as requested below, they took my information and havent called back.

The young service man more than made up for the rudeness of the person that had cancelled my appointment because I didnt answer her to make sure I would be home. When I called to make sure the person was coming her response was not nice. My opinion is some women should not deal with the public. This one took our conversation too personal and no matter how I tried to go past the mistake she kept going back to it. When I finally tried to reschedule she made sure that no matter what date I picked it wouldnt work. Someone else called to make it up however the damaged was done. I will finish up the contract this year and see if I will renew for 2021
