Mike and Monica are a fabulous team. I highly recommend this shop. They are honest, and do great work. This shop is the gold standard that other shops should aspire to. In a word....OUTSTANDING
Great place to take your motorcycle for service. Price is right. The owner/mechanic takes time to explain and show. He is very knowledgeable on racing dirtbikes and will point you in the right direction. No question is a dumb question to him.
I was blown away with how good Mike is with my Goldwing. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He worked on my bike even though its a 2008. I considered the cost more than fair. (Marilyn is my wife. I didnt see how to change the name to Doug)
Very helpful with help on a classic. Lots of places wont take the time. Cant thank them enough.
Finally getting around to reviewing this place. Mike is awsome! I have taken multiple bikes to him. He is always knowledge and helps me understand the problem. Every time I have picked up or dropped off one of my bikes he has taken the time to answer all of my questions. He always lets me know if he sees any more problems with my bike. Truly Mikes shop is a gem compared to all other shops in henderson.
Needed carbrator rebuild four stroke yz . Had taken it apart twice still had problems . Brought it to the shop picked it up in 2 weeks installed back on bike. Wow! This 70yr old cant wait to go out and sling some dirt. Thanks for the great work .
Knowledgeable and explains in detail what needs to be done. Pricing is fair and just a great husband and wife team! Theyve earned a lifetime customer in me. Thanks again for a great overall experience!
Glad I happened to Google this place. This is my first ever review on Google.I randomly called them to have some work done on my CBR600RR. No crappy annoying answering machine, got a real person (his wife?) - super nice. Then talked to Mike, also super nice. She had to go get him from the shop, but he didnt sound annoyed or in a rush to get off the phone. He spent some time giving me the hourly rates & reviewing what I needed done. He was able to fit me in & finish in the same day, called me when the work was done as they said they would, and the prices were both fair and accurate - didnt try to oversell me on stuff or add in things that I magically needed done like some places do with your cars air filters or wiper blades.Zero complaints about the service, price, or location. Its rare to find a shop that isnt expensive, lazy, or both. Plus, their dog is awesome and loves bubble wrap - pretty entertaining.
Motorcycle repair shop that doesnt work on motorcycles older than 10 years, even if its a simple oil change.
Mike and Monica are super helpful. Always available. Super knowledgeable on all MC types.
This is the best kept secret in Las Vegas Mike and Monica are the best people you could imagine. Mike is the best motorcycle mechanic in this whole Valley and you get great value when mike works on your bike he goes over every little thing with I fine tooth comb and your bike runs like brand new for half the cost of a dealership
Horrible customer service and communication. If I could give no star I would. Told me 2 days to do a job. Had it 3 weeks. Never calls back when leave a message. Showed up to bike the bike up then decided it was time to work on it. Hooked me up on the final bill and the bike runs worse then I brought it to him, didnt fix the issue and wont own up to it Keep your problem bikes as he called it away from this outstanding individual
Good job very fair price.
Had some work done here a few months back. It was a little sloppy and I got over charged. I recommend Main Street Moto. Owner also gives five star review to himself.
This place isn’t even open
Tired of bad, dloppy service at your dealer? Mikes the guy!! Reasonable, Knowledgeable and helpful. Ill never again go anyplace else. Ive been finding for 52 years and hes the best Ive found by far!
This place must not want buisness. They wont work on anything older than 5 yrs. Not even for an easy chain install on a quad. Do your self a huuuuuge favor and call motozone. Great work with fair prices. Dont waiste your time on greenvalley motorcycles and atv. They are a joke
Honest place, excellent pricing.Call to set up an appointment this place is always busy because they do good work.
I need to edit my rating. I started discovering problems with the service after putting a few miles on the bike. An o-ring had been replaced with sealant which didnt hold, resulting in an oil-leak and my needing to order a new part. A bolt hole was broken off the crankcase cover in such a way that only replacing the crankcase cover will fix it. Very expensive, though I cant prove it was GVM so Im stuck with it. The bike is hard to start and stinks like gasoline. The choke doesnt work at all. Theres a valve ticking (a job I should have asked them to perform when the carbs were out, but forgot, so sort of my fault though I think he could have suggested it). Im starting to wonder if they actually disassembled the carbs. But, I cant prove anything.I suppose I should have given the work to to the dealer. Regardless, it runs now and didnt before, so no hard feelings, but wont be back.
Pretty expensive, but you get the great work you pay for!
I needed the 32,000 mile scheduled service done on my 2010 Goldwing. Mike, the owner quoted me 1/2 of what the dealers quoted for labor only. I furnished most of the OEM parts I wanted plus K&N oil and air filters. He told me some service tips about my Wing that dealers dont mention. I dropped my bike off in the evening and it was ready the next afternoon as promised. I also had him install new tires and breaks. Ill be back. Mike knows Goldwings.
One of the best in town for many years.
Mike and Monica are the only ones I take my bikes to for service and repairs. They are fair and always get it right.
Doesnt work on anything more than 10 years old.
Great costumer service
Really fair and honest.
