My mom and I went to the Yankee Candle inside the Galleria Mall on Friday 5/28/21. We were greeted by Phaedra. Right away she told us the sales and showed us the new scents. She was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and cared for. We are definitely coming back.

All three ladies working in this store when I went in were so helpful and kind. You cannot find this kind of customer service anymore, so this is definitely a gem! One very sweet lady answered when I called to check if an item was in stock before I drove down from North Las Vegas. She seemed happy to help and even put the item on hold for me to pick up! When I got there, the ladies showed me around the store, suggested items I loved based on what I was buying, and made a personal connection with me. They even invited me back for some other items that would be debuting soon. I can’t wait to go back to see these ladies and what the next season has to offer. Totally worth the drive!

We normally order our candles via the on-line store but ventured out to the Galleria Mall location today and Im glad we did. Great selection with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well be heading back soon.

I love going here when I am the mood to buy some scents for my shop or home. The variety is abundant and they are always coming out with new scents. One of my favorite stores in the mall
