I’m from out of town and was having trouble with my vape and they were super friendly and helped me with suggestions on getting by while I was here. I got a couple bottles of ejuice as well and they were both pleasantly flavorful. This would be my regular place if I lived here but at least I know where to go next time I come back.

The people here are really very welcoming and their discounts are great for repeat customers. I once got a box of coils with one faulty one in the batch and they just gave me two free coils on my next purchase, without me even asking or complaining. Havent tried too many of the juices but the couple I have were tasty.

This place is great! Mason was very knowledgeable and the prices were amazing. Would recommend to everyone. They went above and beyond! We will be forever customers and I cannot stress how awesome our experience was.

I love this place! Their signature vape flavors are amazing! My favorite being Rainbowz which is Skittles in a bottle. I’d recommend this store to anyone who likes good E-Juice. OOPS! I forgot to mention the staff, they are fantastic, informative and just real cool people!

I love this place! I just moved back to the Henderson side of town so I had to find a new vape shop. I just stumbled across this one as it was around the corner from my new house. Every time I’ve been in everyone has been so nice and helpful. I came in a few times today because my e-cig that I’ve had for a while finally died. Everyone knows you can order a device online cheaper than a shop but there’s a wait for it to arrive. I was in a jam because you know, nicotine. I didn’t have a lot to spend but I went in there hoping to find something anyways. Not only did I find something I could afford at the moment but I was so impressed by the customer service from the guy working, I think he said his name was Will. He went above and beyond to try and help me out today. Not just that but he was very knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’ll definitely be back! I had to post this, I stopped by the Sin City Vapor off of Stephanie in Henderson. Being from out of town I wanted to just grab some juice and be on my way....(by the way it was black Friday)! I think we had a miscommunication cause my juice was a little on the thin side, but I called today and they took care of it! They are mailing me new juice with the right mix of VG/PG for my tank! I had been going to another shop and while they were nice they didnt seem very knowledgeable and I was having troubles with their vapes breaking down a lot! I was repurchasing the vapes and batteries a lot! Customer service is A+. The woman explained what I was buying, how to use it, and the differences between voltage and wattage. Why I would use one or the other based on the type of atomizer.

The prices don’t really matter it’s their customer service that’s above and beyond. I’ve been going there since the day they opened and I’ll never stop going there.

Very poor customer service. Was told for weeks by several people they were out of our brand of coils. After going in several times we were finally told they dont carry them and no one ever ordered any. Will not be returning.
