We were very impressed by the amazing job Fernando and brother did on our kitchen and bathroom counter tops. They were friendly, professional, and thorough with the install. They arrived as expected, cleaned up before they left, and made sure we understood maintenance instructions. Most of all, the counter tops are gorgeous!! Thank you also to Michelle and Rose in the office for being so cheerful and helpful, and for following up to make sure we were pleased with the install. We will definitely use Desert Eagle Stone for future projects.

My kitchen was just remodeled counter tops were installed today, they look gorgeous I couldn’t be more happy. Michelle who makes the appointments and sets up the installation wonderful omg just lovely, then Armando who came out to finalize measurements prior to installation so nice. Today 3 gentleman came Miguel Was the (boss) LOLvery well mannered very pleasant and respectful of my home. THE 3 are an asset to your company.Love this company, if I had not gone through Home Depot I would not have been introduced to this company. I will look forward to using them for further remodeling in the future to my home!Excellent work and again I couldn’t be more happy and thrilled with the work you did.THANKS SO SO MUCH!

Desert Eagle Stone did an awesome job on our kitchen and bathroom Remodels! We love our beautiful new granite countertops! Peter did a great job on our tiled showers and backslashes! We highly recommend Desert Eagle Stone!

The installers did a fantastic job installing my new kitchen counters! I was worried that my current backsplash would be damaged or there would be a gap between the counter and the backsplash, especially since I signed off on the understanding that this may occur. However, after they had completed the installation, I was impressed at how beautiful everything turned out. There was no damage, no gaps, just pure perfection!

Domingo and his crew did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel. I did the waterfall effect but one of my columns was not square it off do you to the builder Domingo fixed it and made it right. excellent customer service team they always inform me when they arrive to my house and they stick to the schedule . I would definitely hire them again to do more projects

Although there were a few misunderstandings on Home Depots part, Desert Eagle Stone did everything they could do to get my granite installed in a timely manner. For that, I will be forever grateful and I highly recommend them for all your granite and stone needs. Just remember, this process takes time, so plan on ordering at least 4 to 6 weeks before you need your installation. That knowledge in itself is extremely important and something I did not know. Stay away!! After a prepaid order they totally tried to pull a bait and switch. I would use a homeless guy before this company. Again very poor communication! Got them through Home Depot and there awful. wasted a week because this company. Lucky Home Depot gave me a refund. Supposedly. Still waiting.

I wish that i seen this earlier. This is Home Depot project. We have been waiting for the counters to be installed. We got a call that the material would be in on a certain day, well that day has come and gone. We call and call only to hear that someone would call us back. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!! Home Depot says that they will call and we never get a call. I was thinking of using them to do a kitchen island once this project is done. NOT ANYMORE!! I will be looking for another contractor.

Today we had an installer come to our house with the piece of granite we picked out and had measured for our house to be installed. He was very rude, VERY RUDE. He said he could NOT install this granite because one of our cabinets is not level, and one isnt mounted and had a list of reasons why he could not install our granite. He called his boss and told her that he could not and WOULD not install the granite. My father has a construction license and has been doing this type of work for over 30 years. They would not leave the piece of granite so he could install it (It was against company policy) They would NOT Offer a refund either. My husband wants to speak to the owner of this establishment NOT The managers. Either one of two things is going to happen. We get this piece of granite installed OR I will get a refund and they will be stuck with a piece of granite that is measured and cut for our kitchen.NOW I AM STUCK WITH NO KITCHEN COUNTERS, ALL OF MY APPLIANCES ARE PULLED OUT AND UNINSTALLED. I HAVE CHILDREN THAT SAW THIS INCIDENT. I DONT EVEN HAVE A KITCHEN SINK BECAUSE OF THIS. I AM SO UPSET. LET ME TELL YOU THIS REVIEW WOULD HAVE BE 0 STARS BUT I HAD TO CHOOSE 1.SO RUDE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEXT COMPLAINT WILL BE THE BBB!!

I absolutely recommend due to their great customer service. I purchased a marble counter top about a year ago through Home Depot, went to the shop and picked out my slab. Everything went great. However, almost a year later and the marble had a few dings and stains from use, and since it was still under warranty they sent out someone to restore it to new. Not only that, but I had forgotten to pick up some cutting boards from a year ago. Since it had been so long, they made me brand new ones with a different size than I had originally wanted, all to make my experience perfect. They easily could have just said no, but time and time again they are there to help me out. Fantastic crew and great people. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The work they do is fantastic. I had a small issue that they took care of right away.My kitchen is beautiful. I love it.

Got their service through the home depot. Not happy at all, the home depot gave us a estimate of 1 month for the entire process, and just for the eagle stone to come home and do the measurements took them 3 weeks. Not to mention that was lie after lie, from they braking the counter top at the time of making the sink cutout, to there was no installers to come and do the job. We ended up waiting a period of 3 MONTHS!!!!!! Thanks installers did a great job, but if you are not in a hurry call them, and if you need more references please let me know 😒😒😒 Not happy at all with their service.

Ive only seen the quality of work of their installation and dont have experience with working with them. However, I would say that the past reviews complaining of service all have home depot as the originator of the contract and I do know that sometimes operations and mismanagement on the side of home depot causes a lot of issues with their subcontractors that end up getting all the blame for what is really issues with home depot. Id say give them a chance and take time to look at their portfolio.

Yeah i would never recommend this place bunch of meth heads working on yo work while high warehouse is unorganized countertops breaking left an right whole bunch of accidents its just all bad news with them!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!

The customer service is so bad you just want them to finish so you don’t have to keep calling them to find out what is going on. Their commitments are meaningless so be prepared to call every few days to keep them on track

The countertops they installed turned out very nice but they were awful to deal with, specifically Evette from their office. Everything was paid for in advance and there was no sense of urgency at all; with a wait of over two months. Their price was fair but not low enough to have to deal with Evette and the wait. In the end, Eduardo was very helpful.

Desert Eagle Stone was the sub contractor for Home Depot for our kitchen counter top remodel. On the day of the install, they never showed up or called to say they were not coming . When I called at 9:30am ( 9am show time, 8am they open) they said that they had broken two sections of the quartz slab and they would come out in Friday after they ordered new stone and cut it. The problem was the kitchen was demolitioned on Sunday the day before the install. We had no sink, no stove, nothing . Everything was removed per their Instructions . We went a week without our kitchen, they and Home Depot made no attempt to call us and cancel, other than call us on Friday and say call us. We did not receive the call until Saturday and assumed it was to confirm for Mondays install, when they are closed for the weekend. Brian the manager did not apologize, only made excuses that they had other issues, how is that my problem and why could they not call my cell to cancel. Plus they and Home Depot did not offer to compensate me for the delay and Inconvenience that I suffered. Very poor communication and customer service . Would never use them or recommend them to my worsted enemy.

WARNING!! Do Not Have your counters done by Desert Eagle stone that is sub contracted by Lowes and Home depot. Took us 6 weeks to get ours finished with nothing but lies from Desert stone, missed appointments, counters that didnt match, more lies, more missed appointments.

Poor communication and extremely late install with no apology. Unhappy with final installation. Will not use again.
