My husband bought me a wedding set for my birthday. The ring itself was beautiful but it was to high up and it fell off my finger last night. So I asked my husband if he could get me a flat wedding band instead. Thanks to Helena at the Galleria mall in Henderson NV I was able to find the perfect wedding band. Helena gave me many choices to look at. She is very helpful and also cheerful. I will be going back to Zales but only if Helena helps me again. Thank you very much Helena for the best service ever.

Heleina is AMAZING!! Because of her help, knowledge, fantastic customer service and passion, my fiancé was able to surprise me with the most gorgeous engagement ring on vacation! A very nice experience. The sales people are really helpful and will show you a piece of jewelry under magnification and explain what your seeing. I got to talk to the manager, Tracy. Had a really nice conversation with her. Ill buy here in the future!

Despite having to wait for a sales associate before entering the store. Which is pretty normal considering the way things are now!None the less, once we were being helped, the sales associate was very courteous and knowledgeable. She needed a little from the manager and did it gracefully while getting what we had already ordered online and paid for, while the manager helped us with another item. I was impressed with how well they treated us and in the process made another sale.

This could have been a very bad review but because of the customer service help of Tracy, Heleina and in the end, Tony, the manager, it is 5 star. The uncertified 1 carat diamond wedding band we upgraded to a couple of months ago was a flawed ring. The inclusions were substantial but at the time of purchase, not identified. Long story short, we came into the store today unhappy and left with a 1 carat certified diamond band that is terrific in quality and price. Thank you all very much.

11/28/2020 - Ordered Stunning bracelet online, communication lacked. I inquired numerous times as to “when my order would arrive” - female who answered was quite rude. Ventured in-store on 01/06/2021 - never greeted. Once my order was summoned: the article wasn’t what I ordered. They stated I had to “return the order, to repurchase” the bracelet I purchased. With no further explanation other than “that’s the only thing we can do” - their blunder has cost there entity great business. Never again. 😪

We love this location... Especially when the employees take the time to get to know you like Sophia... almost everyone that we have known through the years are gone... but we met Sophia and she has gotten to know us since the store was under remodeling... hopefully she doesnt leave us and we have to start over with someone new... i understand with the pandemic and having to make appts for cleanings/inspections... but i dont like how we have to wait until someone feels like asking you if you need help (sign says to wait for an employee to welcome you or something).. 3 employees saw us standing at the entrance waiting...no greeting...Sophia came out from the back... seen us waiting to be help...and did what the other 3 employees shouldve done....help us. We get stereotyped all the time by 80% of the new employees when we visit which doesnt seem to change with this store....but we love Sophia...she always makes us feel welcomed and treats us like family....the only thing i would ask is for the employees to at least acknowledge the customers waiting to go in the store and that they will be right with you or well get some one to help you... simple ...basic customer service....

This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to. I waited more than twenty minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff, no greeting, nothing. I don’t want to accuse them of sexism but they definitely greeted every guy that came into the store. UNACCEPTABLE.

My fiance purchased an engagement ring from this location on 12/21/17. We spent the majority of 2018 abroad for business so the ring has lived in a jewelry box for 90% of the time since purchased. We have recently decided to get the ring sized to fit and noticed multiple diamonds had fallen out. So we brought it back to this location, upon the jewelers initial inspection of the ring we were immediately asked where the ring was purchased...?. We informed her we bought the ring here at her location, and that we were interested in paying (of course) to have the missing diamonds replaced, and the ring sized to fit. She informed us that there was nothing they could do because of the missing diamonds the ring would be to much of a liability to replace the stones and have it sized, she then followed her statement by promptly showing us the door with a good luck! on our way out. So we found a highly reputable jeweler close by and took the ring to them. The owner graciously looked over the ring and quickly found what she described to be a manufacturers defect... A deep crack on the inside of the band, she said the ring was in to good of shape for us to have caused the crack, also informing us thats most likely why so many diamonds have fallen out in such a short time. This big-box location doesnt care about their customers after the fact, spend your money elsewhere at one of the many family-owned jewelry businesses located near this location. Better prices, better quality, and most importantly better customer service!!!

If I could give my experience no stars I would. I ordered my husband a ring for Fathers Day on June 12th, I have yet to receive it and I have tried several times to find out when I will receive it and they cant tell me where my order is let alone when I will actually receive my order. This is so disappointing because I thought I was ordering from a reputable company since they have been around for years. At this point I wouldnt recommend Zales to anyone who wants to receive theyre merchandise in a timely fashion.They had already scheduled their delivery date out 3 weeks to count for Covid situations so I definitely feel like I should have had my order or in the very least tell me when. A big thumbs down Zales.

For me, my experience thus far has been extremely good. After reading several of the negative comments, I realize that, I guess, we all have our own perception of what is really going on. Sometimes you feel like youve been in the store for a long time, when you really have not. I dont know, I wasnt there to experience what they did, but I just find it hard to understand why their experience was so different from mine. I walked in and was greeted immediately. And I know I was not dressed to impress. I know I did not look the part of a serious buyer. But I was treated like royalty. Or, at least, I felt that way. Lol. The woman was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. I hope to never experience any of the negative things that others have posted. I had a good experience and I dont want that tarnished. Whether you pay a $1,000 or $100,000 on jewelry, its still just jewelry and it would be heartbreaking to realize that they dont have the same appreciation for their customers and their hard earned money, as they should. But again, so far, my experience has been very positive. You better believe Id post a negative post if it was not.

Its been 20+ years since Ive been to Zales and i wasnt sure if they were still in business; they are. I was disappointed because this location has the potential to attract a decent, fairly upscale clientele base if they made personnel and inventory more welcoming. There are other jewelry stores just steps away so the displays are even more noticeable with items scattered haphazardly. There were three salespeople working as i browsed; one on a cellphone, one doing something ? in a display case and the other going through paperwork. There were no other customers in the store. Not once in 15 minutes did any one of these employees make an attempt to assist me. I truly dont understand how they stay in business.

Zales was nothing but accommodating to my husband and I until it came time to refund us money at the beginning of September for a wedding band we exchanged. We initially paid for the band in cash and upon exchanging, were told a check would have to be issued via corporate and could take 5-7 business days..fast forward 2.5 weeks later, no check received in the mail and upon calling to find out the status we were then told it could take up to 21 MORE DAYS. Irritated but trying not to let it get to us at this point as as our wedding was approaching, and stress was the last thing we needed, we waited the 21 days...only to not receive the check..STILL. My husband then went through a string of calls to get a hold of the Assistant Supervisor at corporate for customer care over a month later to then be told that she was going to have the check overnight-ed. This was 3 business days ago..We have been going in circles for a check that has yet to make an appearance and are extremely displeased with the run around. 3 different Zales employees gave us 3 different time frames for the check delivery time frame and all 3 have been incorrect. Apparently Zales also has the definition of overnight wrong as well. Once, and if this check is ever received, we plan on cashing it and never coming back to Zales. You have lost loyal customers who have referred numerous friends and family members to you when shopping for important occasions. No one should have to go through such a headache to get their money back in a timely manner.-Best Regards from the Provoked Newlyweds

Lost a customer today. Never been treated so rude. After finding something I was interested in, it turned out to be broken. So I asked for a deal on something else... Couldnt agree, so I asked how long to fix piece. She got snooty instantly. Found one at another store. I asked her to write down the price. She says price will be the same. I asked again, so she writes down a different price! She tells me Im making a big deal about the difference on her register, vs what she wrote down. I left fuming mad... So I went upstairs and bought my wife some earrings elsewhere... Nothing worse than rude, pushy lying sales people!!!

Always a pleasure to shop to this location every year during the Holidays! I am a little bit disappointed not to see the same people I always deal with. The sales people are all new, even the manager Teddy, have a very limited knowledge about jewelry and selling. The manager was very hesitant to honor discount. Not very impressed at all!I had to come back to see Chapya and Juvie and bought some nice pieces from them. Will be back again in February!

They are Absolutely shady!! I needed a ring welded and prongs fixed on my wedding ring. They quoted me $130 to fix the prongs and $200 to weld the other ring. After two weeks and no communication they finally called to tell me both rings would be more money.... to the tune of $900!!! What???!!! So I declined their service and asked them why it took them two weeks to call and change the price? No reason just backed up! Really?? The service was only supposed to take up to two weeks. Run from this Store!! Btw I got both rings fixed for $132 in Pahrump NV and the jeweler did a beautiful job!

I will never go to this location again. The staff member Juvy is rude and I feel I was racially profiled. I came into the store on 9/17/19. Per my wedding ring lifetime insurance policy Zales have to check my ring two months out of the year. When I walk into the store the staff Juvy look at me. She did not greet me. She looked me up and down then continued to help the customer she was with. I walked to the counter. I took my ring off and pulled out my Zales paperwork. I then walk around the store as if I was looking for something. Im thinking to myself at any moment she will acknowledge. Im also thinking it has to be someone else here with her. But no she never acknowledge me. The staff member Juvy never said anything to me. She never called anyone from the back to come and help me. Someone finally came from the back. As soon as the person made eye contact with me she greeted me. Welcome to Zales can I help you. As the person was process my Zales paperwork for my insurance. I walk right up to the staff member Juvy and act like I was looking at jewelry in the glass where she was standing. so I could get her name off her badge. she tell did not acknowledge me. I did ask the other staff member that was helping me for a manager I was told the manager Teddy was already gone for the day.The sad part was the stuff member Juvy keep making eye contact with me but never acknowledge me.I called on 9/18/19 to talk to the manager Teddy. I was told she was out today and will be back tomorrow. Per Diane. Diane ask me is their something she can help me with. I told her my experience yesterday at there location. her response was well she was helping a customer. so I told Diane their three problems here.1. I was not greeted when I walk in the store.2. I was not told Im assistance this customer BUT I will be with you in a moment3.Give me a sec I will get someone to help you.The fact that I called the store and staff member Diane made a excuse for why I was not greeted or helped is mind blowing.moving forward I will never go to this store location again.

I really dont want to give Zales 1 Star because thats giving them credit. I bought a ring for my wife because her ring got stolen. I went to Zales at Galleria Sunset in Las Vegas. The female employee is very nice and helpful but got me into 12 months at 0% deal then picked out a ring. That was last year, this year I find out from the bank thats connected with Zales that its deferred interest, meaning if you dont pay the whole thing back on that 12 month, its like you paid nothing at all and it back to the starting amount you paid when buying it. The female employee never told me that and Zales and Comenity dont take responsibility for it. Im the one paying the price. Zales lost a customer for life. They could fix the problem, they just dont choose to.

I went here 2 weeks ago to get my 6 month cleaning done on my ring their were like 6 employees their just walking passed me not asking me if I need help not even paying attention to me their was one other couple on the store getting help.. I was waiting their for 10 mins before someone asked me if I needed help.. just because someone isnt dressed like they have money doesnt mean to just walk pass them thinking they r poor and a wast or your time.. that is just wrong.. I dont think I will be going back to this Zales.. this is the first time I went to this location I usually go to Meadows Mall but I was close to this location next time I will just go to the other one where it doesnt matter if you are old or young or dressed like you dont have money, maybe I didnt feel like getting dressed up... this location is lucky I was not a secret shopper or they would have been In a lot of trouble I do want to thank the lady who stopped talking with another employee to help me.. she has wonderful customers service skills because she didnt take one look at me and walk away thinking I didnt need help.. yah I might not be buying something but I do need help getting my ring cleaned for its yearly inspection for my insurance.. definitely will not be going back to this location..

My order has been canceled 4 times apparently there is a block that they never told me about they also hung up on my phone call when I ask to talk to a manager and this is my reaction to that phone call being hung up this is poor customer service all I wanted was to my engagement rings and this as a business is failing to even let that happen You should never hang up on your customers if I ever get My rings I will write another review

Ordered a pair of diamond earrings for Mothers Day had them shipped to the store, scheduled for a the Thursday before Mothers day didnt receive items until Monday after Mothers day I was never emailed or notified of delivery problem, then I get to the store and employees were acting like I was taking up their time, and my problem wasnt their problem. I will never do business with this company again, completely unprofessional from start to finish
