Great little exotic pet shop! He didnt have the item I needed in stock, so it was immediately ordered. Two other items were also not in stock, so I got a great discount on those on display in terrariums.All setups were clean & well labeled & the staff is friendly & very helpful!

Although I have bought my ball python here almost a year ago, I rarely go back to this store. The last time I went in the smell of the fish tanks and the enclosures was absolutely disgusting. They rarely, if ever have live feeders. Although my snake was in perfect health and had no issues, I wouldnt recommend going here honestly.

I went here to check the store out for the first tome and boy was it sad. Fish do not look cared for and tanks are disgusting. Reptiles definitely looked a lot better but care and customer service was definitely lacking. I could go on and on about how this place doesnt seem to care for the animals.

Nice little shop. I love reptiles and fish but chose cats and kids.I love that the reptiles and snakes were active. Employees had a lot of knowledge about their animals and equipment. 😍

The people who work there are really nice, the animals look well and taken care of. Every time I go I have a good experience.I hope the people that work there are making a living wage of at least 15.00 per hour, they deserve it. If not I hope this company steps up for the people that work for them.

Reptiles and reefs was awesome!😊 my 6 year old has been BEGGING for a frog for months. Hes obsessed. The day we came in to get one, the kind he wanted were sold out and my son was devastated so Ryan said he would let us know as soon as the new ones came in and he also offered to set him up a little habitat for his frog. My son finally went in today to get his Pac Man frog and Ryan helped him look through them all to find the one he wanted and the habitat he set up for him is PERFECT. My son was so happy he was speechless and started tearing up. I appreciate Reptiles and Reefs for making it such a great experience for him. 🥰

Hands down the best reptile and fish store in town! I have owned a panther chameleon and now a tiger Oscar and the staff have always been so full of good knowledge and help. Came with my dad, we loved it! Travis took his time and talked to us and showed us so many amazing reptiles (he even took a few out of cages for us to meet). It was a fun and cool experience considering its a reptiles shop! Would recommend them, not only are their prices great but so are the staff members especially Travis and Ryan! I was so curious about getting a Strawberry (non-poisonous) dart frog and the staff at the store are all so nice and know what they are talking about! I bought the dart frog and a large terrarium with all the fixings for less than $400. 10 out of 10 will buy more animals from them again in the future. uwu :)

I was told about this store by an employee at another large retail pet store and Im so glad I was. We are new beardie owners and the owners of Reptiles-N- Reefs are so knowledgeable and kind and helps me with my needs for our beardie. Definitely will keep going back to get my bugs and other supplies from them. The store itself is small but they sure do have a lot packed into it to meet the needs of reptile parents.

Helpful to the end of the earth, and welcoming to newcomers on the reptile scene. We found a lizard in our house, and Reptiles N Reefs helped us figure out what sort of enclosure wed need, the proper heating lamp for tank size, live feed vs. frozen, and a lot more. Petco had merchandise, but nobody could give us recommendations for what a specific wild gecko species would need, or advice on how to care for it.Wonderful folks, and Im so grateful they are here.

Terrible customer service. Asked for plants and the guy didnt even know what day they are supposed to come in. They have an extremely limited selection of freshwater fish (only saw cichilds, flowerhorn, betta). These fish also looked extremely neglected and sick (seems like they dont even quarantine fish). Saltwater looked a little better, but still noticed how dirty the tanks are. DO NOT come here for fish needs. Reptiles looked okay.

Manager Ty was very helpful and didnt try to upsell. Will return for sure. Very few good aquatic stores left in Vegas. This is certainly one of them. If you like reptiles they have that too.

I can’t say enough good things about this store! The customer service was amazing I purchased my daughter a white tree frog and habitat, not only did they explain how to properly care for the frog but the gentleman helping me actually set up the habitat for me. The store was pretty busy so he did not have to take the time to do this, he did it out of pure kindness. The habitat looked awesome I would not have been able to make it look as good as he did. Thank you!

They are ok i was sold 2 batches of bugs that were empty here and i thought they were but the guy said they hide and i pulled the whole colonies out and into their bin and there was no bugs at all and the dirt was old and dirty with old animal feces in it lile he cleaned his cages and sold the old bedding without anything in it. It was supposed to be the little bugs that live in reptile cages and eat the poo and stuff. I have gotten a few things here in the past it was ok then but expensive. And i saw a baby dying veiled chameleon and he said he would just put him in the back it was sad.

Reptile side looking good, reef side not so much. Stock low, tanks look a little sparse. Hopefully because of stock and shipping issues, hard to get stock right now

Great place to buy supplies, feeders, reptiles, fish and coral. Ive bought all of the above from them, And all are doing great. This is my go to store in Henderson and I recommend them all the time.

I am a first time reef aquarium owner and went in to buy a Fluvel 13.5 Gal EVO Reef Tank. Ty was so helpful and patient with every single question I had for him I ended up purchasing the tank, live rock, wave maker, live sand and chemicals needed to get my tank going and into the cycling process.Fast forward a few days and I went back to price fish/browse the store. I was greeted by Joseph who was a real wealth of knowledge when it came to reef tanks. He was patient listened to me and helped me pick out the perfect starter clown fish for my tank!I love the vibe and general attitude of everyone who works at this store. the staff is helpful and careful to give you the best advice they can. I will be using frequenting this store for years to come as I will need to purchase water, more fish and maybe even a bigger tank in the future!

They have all the big lizards in to small of tanks plus dirty an I had to show the lady a iguana was dead I will not buy from them .

Staff is always friendly. Always very helped. I went in three times within an hour because I kept forgetting stuff. They were so helpful with me and not annoyed.

Love this place, weve had tons of experience with new world Ts, and thanks to the staff, and them having the old world T thats my daughters favorite, we finally dove into old worlds!! Very knowledgeable staff, and not afraid to ask to you questions about experiences with these great Ts...the socotra is so beautiful, we took our chances and held him/her named Echo, the bottom pic is West our Curly T, both are very happy, and already enjoyed some juicy crickets 😋

It’s hard to trust someone will love your pets just as much as you do and take the time to actually help as well. I have been able to find this type of service going to this store especially from two guys in particular Ryan and Gustavo. They have helped me for the last couple of years and I only go here to buy my reptiles as supplies. A lot of information I read online they were able to provide insight on and give proper dos and don’ts that really helped me so much. I have 5 reptiles Snakes and Lizards and they have helped me have the best experience with them and know their job extremely well. I drive 24 miles just to go here because the treatment for the animals they give, knowledge, and treatment to customers.

1st time my wife and I went here to get my supplies for my sons leopard geko.the store smelled horrible not like Petsmart or Trop Aquarium. the smell inside of fhe mask,gag!! the customer service was lack luster at best but I thought it was a bunch of dudes! im a dude!I understand this is a private business. great!please just place a sign out No Negroesits Henderson, I get it.im not the type of patron that shops at places im not welcomed especially to give you money I work hard for! I was with my middle son who is 13, he did not need that experience!

Ty and Gus over at Reptiles n Reefs have been a staple in getting the right livestock and coral for my reef. Hands down best pricing and friendliest service in town. Ty won’t make you feel dumb for not knowing something, and they actually take the time to (kindly) explain what I don’t understand. Definitely a “family” kinda vibe ! Weekly fish and coral updates too! I’d give it more stars if I could!

I exclusively buy my feeders/supplies here, not because the deals or selection but because the workers are nice. Not weird or annoying, completely nice and normal which is clearly a big plus to me.

Ryan helped us out multiple times, hes awesome! Very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. This place is great, you can get live food like crickets n stuff. Plenty of different reptiles and some tarantulas too, as well as the cool fish side of the store. We purchased 2 crested geckos recently and love them.

Love the store, the employees were nice and answering all my questions. Especially Ryan and Gustavo, who took the time to get animals out for me to hold. Would definitely be coming back and recommend the store to other people.

Reptiles N Reefs is clean and well kept, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, selection is good, and prices are competitive. Its fun to go into the store. My go to place to get frozen rats for my boa constrictor. Ive been coming here for a couple years and wont go anywhere else. The customer service is really good so if you need food for your reptiles this is a good place to go ask for Ryan hes a very cool dude and very helpful.

We came to this store for crickets and we arrived at 6:01. The door was still open and the guy working would not sell us crickets. There is a nation wide shortage and we scrambled around all day looking. We explained our lizards haven’t eaten in 4 days and are extremely hungry. We will never support this store ever again. The worker guy was rude as hell. No heart. So much for supporting the small shops when they are not willing to help and have no heart for animals obviously. You lost our business forever

I enjoy going to Reptiles and Reefs, Ryan, Ty, Gustavo, and Travis are so helpful and informative. I really like how they interact with people. Everytime I go get my feeders they make me laugh and feel welcomed, they show me cool animals and answer any questions I have. Thats why I highly recommend this store even if you dont have a reptile or a fish, its always an experience.

One of my favorite reef stores in town! Always friendly and always happy to help. Good selection of marine fish and Coral. Always good RODI and salt water and the best prices in town.

Gustavo was very helpful with my first reptile purchase. He was patient and took the time to explain all aspects of owning a Leopard Gecko. I would highly recommend this store for any reptile needs.

Even though Im not a pet owner. Upon entering the store, the two worker greeted me and gave me an opening to ask for help. When I did, they were both informative about my question and more. They even gave me a quiet space to walk around but at the same time, very comforting to know the people here were very professional and welcoming. For a small space, it gave me insight on owning a pet again even if I choose a Bearded Dragon.

Went today for the first time with the kids because they were open (Sunday). Staff was amazing!!! Good to better prices compared to other stores and there was even a pig for the kids to pet. Great experience and they won some more of my business today!

Probably one of the best reptile stores Ive ever been to! I come here all the time to buy my lizards food. The prices for everything are affordable and the staff are very helpful/informative.

Gus and other staff are always amazing and constantly helpful. We have 2 lizards from here and they helped us both times with setting up the tank, figuring out their diet, etc.

Its a little pricey, but the man that I spoke to was so helpful.

I always stop by when I have a chance or in the area. I love going in there. I hope to own my own reptile some day. They have snakes, legless lizards, meal worms, fish, scorpions, hissing cockroaches, and the owner sometimes brings his his pig or his dogs. Theyre all super sweet and nice.

I used to love this place as they are very informative on everything reptile and sea. Unfortunately I bought 4 jars or large Dubia roaches today to feed my bearded dragon and come to find out I only got about 18 to 20 roaches in each container and they clearly state 25 per container. There’s not even dead ones in here to say 25 were in there to start with. I feel ripped off

Had a great experience buying a beautiful Ball python for my classroom here. The staff was super helpful. Would have gone 5 star but snake ended up in the vets office with Mites and a bad URI 3 weeks later and Vet said its likely had them at least that long.

We had a great experience here. Came to get one snake, ended up with two! A baby milk snake and a baby king snake. The kids had a blast holding all the snakes and he took out some chameleons out as well for them to hold. Everyone there was great, welcoming and friendly to both us and our children who adore reptiles and were over the moon to have the opportunity to interact with different animals.

They are very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Support a family owned business. Youll be glad you did.

Although I love rats and mice. (It hurt my heart a little to bring my friend to get a small... Sure as hell hope mouse for snake food) the other animals seemed good.

Insanely enough they ask half down on their animals and give you three days to pay rest off. I think they have a decent selection. The location is in a good place. Customer service isnt a issue theyve been polite. They offer live and frozen feeders which is cheaper then most places.
