This particular Lids store at Galleria Mall in Henderson, NV sells FAKE New Era 9Fifty hats!! BEWARE! I bought a Raiders hat from them 2 days ago and something just wasnt right and it fit and felt totally different than my REAL 9Fifty hats. So I looked online and sure enough there are tons of fakes out there and I never knew that. I put my hat through all the tests online and Lids sold me (and probably you also) a FAKE 9Fifty hat!! The girl said their receipt machine wasnt working so now I cannot return it either (nice scam Lids!) They must be struggling from the Pandemic and decided to try and cut corners by purchasing counterfeit product for pennies on the dollar. DO NOT BUY FROM LIDS AT GALLERIA MALL UNLESS YOU WANT FAKE HATS FROM ALI EXPRESS where they are sourcing them from now!!!

Called customer service twice to find out where my order was. Selected Ship to Store and was told it would take 5-7 business days to arrive. On first call was told that the item was delivered and signed for, and that the store should be calling me soon to pick out up. 3 days later and no call from the door, I call again. Customer service calls the store... Now the item is completely missing. Sounds like employees are stealing prepaid merchandise. This occurred at the Henderson, NV Galleria Lids location.No one ever called to say the item was missing and that they were sending out a new order. No one contacted me about my order and my tracking info never worked. They run a terrible operation and I will never order anything from them again. Will take another 5-7 business days from my call today to receive the replacement item.Someone at Lids needs to get their quality control in order. Trainwreck of a company.

Salesman once again would not stop prying into my personal life firing off question after question on irrelevant things that are none of his busness, seemed very pushy and gave off an uncomfortable vibe, I will never shop at that location again as long as he works there, this is why I shop online and avoid stores because of people like him, please fire him immediately
