Again, the Pecos office comes through with great service! Was having trouble hearing in the left hearing aid! They found the problem and now they are better then ever! Purchased the warranty and now it is paying off, with great service!

Michelle was my audiologist. She was excellent. I had several questions which she answered thoroughly. Now I feel even more confident in the various things I needed to know about the hearing aids. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I told her I want her to be my “go to “ person each time I come there. Just an aside your receptionist is also very welcoming and efficient

I was in for an adjustment and an update for my hearing aids. I was even given some information about my hearing aids that I was not aware of. I walked out of the office with better hearing and updated information on hearing aide settings.The only wait time was due to the gentleman who came in the office before me ended up going to the wrong office, but the staff helped him out with where he was supposed to be. One gal actually walked outside and around the corner of the building to find the lady who drove the man to the office. She was given directions to where he needed to go for his appointment.I have been very happy with this office staff and the service they provide.

I had an appointment yesterday at My Hearing Centers and was very pleased in the service I received from Michelle Coleman. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable person, that took care of my hearing aids,making them perfectly set to my comfort, Thank you again Michelle.

Melissa helped me during my visit to buy hearing aids. She explained everything and showed me how to put in and take out the devices. I’m still new to this, but she helped me feel comfortable and secure about my decision.

Aids were not working.....They took the aids to the back and within 5 minutes they brought them back out....They did adjustments and cleaned them...They both work Great now,....So Fast!!!!VERY happy!!!!!

I walked and the receptionist asked for my hearing aids, I gave them to her and she cleaned them and returned them to me. She then gave my batteries and we were done. She then made my next appointment . She was professional and efficient.

Great service from the office on Pecos road, quick and friendly every visit I have had! Have had hearing aids for a year now and these are much better then the ones I had for 9 years! They are very clear in all applications, no battery replacement, auto charged over night! Being a sound technician of over 40 years, I know quality and that is what these are!

They were very professional and very concerned about any needs I had. Answered all my questions and on top of that their workplace was very clean and comfortable.

I called to get my Hearing Aids cleaned and new tips. I had not had this done since lockdown of Covid. The receptionist told me to come right up and they would take care of my needs. whe bbn I arrived, they did the cleaning g and new tips. Set an appointment for my yearly hearing test. Very polite and efficient. Receptionist had a very pleasant personality and dressed appropriately. A pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at the Hearing Center @ Pecos & Pebble yesterday! One of my hearing aids was not working correctly and they got it cleaned and tuned up so it was working great. Then, without any pressure from them, I explained that I was having more hearing problems, than just my faulty hearing aid.I asked if there were an improved model that could solve some of my issues. My options were explained and I will happily be getting an upgrade soon!!

I switched from another local audiologist several years ago and havent regretted it for a minute.Unfortunately Shane left a year or so ago, but Sandi has more than filled the loss. Aside from being the most beautiful audiologist ive ever seen, she might very well be the most competent and professional one as well! She always knows exactly how to address my hearing concerns. As long as Sandi is with My Hearing Center, so will I be!And about the front office person...just the greatest. Vanessa (Veronica?) came aboard a couple of years ago and has exceeded all expectations. She can do - and does - many of the things that previously required one of the audiologists. She refills batteries and wax traps, she does minor cleaning, and replaces specific domes as needed.I couldnt be happier with an audiologist office. Thanks to all!!!

The staff at My Hearing Centers are caring, attentive, and amazing. My daughters hearing aids were no longer functioning and hadnt been for some time but due to insurance coverage, replacing them was not easy and her graduation ceremony for junior high was coming up along with other end of the year events. But thanks to Alexis and Sandi, she was able to have hearing aids in time for her graduation. Their helpfulness allowed my daughter to go to camp this summer which she had been looking forward to attending. Shane is a great help. Answering all questions and concerns we have had and questions about previous hearing tests that were not making sense. I came into My Hearing Center hoping to get a faster appointment for an employment hearing test that has a 30 day deadline. The insurance company said it would take at least 2 months. Alexis was kind enough to understand my situation and asked Sandi if she could squeeze me in before she left for the day. With no hesitation she took me in for the test! Waiting for a hearing test could have seriously delayed my employment process. Their kindness, professionalism and understanding had a great impact on my future and is wholeheartedly appreciated. I forgot to mention they didnt even charge me and were great with my 7 year old twins! I cant thank them enough for the help. My husband loves this place and I am grateful he can hear again.

To first off state several years ago I went for a hearing test of a competitor of My Hearing Center. The test took less than 5 minutes and it was announced that I would need a hearing aid and it would cost me $3,000 after insurance. Needless to say I did not get the aid due to the expense. Fast forward several years and had the pleasure to meet Shane finding out My Hearing Center. I made a appointment to have a check through him, being deaf in one ear I try to protect my good one. The testing Shane gave me was the most thorough and complete test I have had in a long time. I spent more than half a hour having various forms of testing completed, only to be told that I had a few minor issues with some tones, but DO NOT need a hearing aid at this time. Not only that but was told the most expensive hearing aid they carry is $4,000 BEFORE insurance. I still to this day have no idea what the other company was trying to do other then cushion their wallets. I found Shane and his staff at the center to be wonderful. They are the most professional, ethical, and compassionate people I have ever dealt with professionally the 13 years I have lived in Las Vegas. I have referred and recommended this agency to many of my co-workers and anyone who asks about hearing tests.

We took my mother in law here and we had such a great experience. Friendly staff, Shane our hearing specialist was very personable. It was awesome to see her face when she heard her daughter down the hall say her name without yelling. She loves her new hearing aids and my wife loves not having to shout to have a conversation with her!

I can hear better than ever! I had a much more expensive set from a different hearing aid company before and even though the volume was loud enough the clarity was never good. With my new hearing aids from Shane Osmond, I now hear and understand things that I hadnt before! My husband is amazed! Great hearing, great service!

I came in with a friend who was getting some hearing aids. Shane was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He was friendly and easy to talk with. His partner, Sandi, also came in and she was equally impressive. I recommend going to them for any needs in the field of hearing.

I visited the place in February 2019 with a Vertigo problem. The lady doctor, I think is a doctor, seems to do some stuff on a computer while eating breakfast? Or something .When she saw me, asked from behind the computer what I want. After I have described the problem, very quickly and short she sent me out to go somewhere else.Maybe she was right, maybe not. The reason I post this feedback is that she isn’t trained to worm with people, especially with people in need of help.

I have had hearing aids for many years and purchased my last pair from My Hearing Centers from Shane Osmond. I have had to get new molds cant remember the price and have had to have both aids serviced at $500. The audiologist Sandy was great but has left also. Saw Brandon Andrew who told me I just need new hearing aids. @$5,000. Sad I cant hear :(

I do no like Google as it has made me change my password so many times I can no longer open google as none of the passwords I have changed to will open GOOGLE for me. One may think Microsoft and Google are connected as Microsoft does the same to me time and again. I have tried to ask questions of both but every time I ask a question of either one the reply is a ROBO Question back to me. It use to be you could chat with a Tech but no longer.

Ive been going to this MyHearing location for the last three years. Shane fit me with a pair of hearing aids at a price that was less than I had been quoted elsewhere and has been very kind and helpful with the followups since then. He is always friendly and the office staff accommodate my schedule as much as possible.

I taught school in the Clark County School District for 31 years and as my hearing deteriorated I could not discriminate what the students with soft voices were saying. The service that I have received from Shane Osmond at My Hearing Centers is nothing short of exceptional. He is a caring, loving person who takes what ever time you need and never rushes to see the next patient. We are working on bringing my hearing up to the highest level possible. My wife thinks it is just her.

I learned of My Hearing Centers two years ago. I had wondered if I had a hearing loss similar to both of my grandmothers or on my way to a profound hearing loss like my daughter. My Hearing Centers was offering a free hearing test so I took them up on it.I was very pleased with Sandis friendliness and how she explained each step. It was a thorough testing and showed I did have a loss in the high frequencies and some day may need hearing aids but not that day! Wonderful news and I appreciated the honesty.

I also have had a great experience at My Hearing Centers. I was greeted with a smile by Kiah, who works at the front desk. When I went back, Shane made my experience very enjoyable. I came in because I have noticed that I am not catching everything like I used to. Shane conducted a very thorough test. Afterwards, Shane reviewed the results with me. He explained why I was starting to miss certain sounds as I have a mild high frequency loss. I was surprised when Shane did not push to sell me a set of hearing aids. We talked at length about what my frustrations were in regards to my hearing, and we decided that I should come back in a year for a follow-up test. I am grateful that Shane and the rest of the staff are honest and have my best interest at heart instead of just trying to make a sale. I am so happy that I found a hearing provider that I can trust.

My experience with My Hearing Center was exceptional. Shane Osmond of their Henderson office went out of his way to make me comfortable with every step from scheduling, explaining what was needed, to making adjustments so that my device worked for me exactly as needed. My hearing loss was frustrating but with Shanes help I was made to feel extremely comfortable through the entire process.

I had been living with hearing loss since early childhood, but every audiologist seen prior to this suggested that I was either willfully not listening or that the hearing loss wasnt enough to worry about. Thank goodness for Sandi Arcus at the Henderson Branch of My Hearing Centers. She took my concerns seriously, especially I was going into college and would be placed in larger classes with greater amounts of noise obfuscating my hearing.Turns out I have 30% hearing loss in a range not usually associated with people my age. Sandi pinpointed it, and I finally was able to get the hearing aids Ive needed all along. Shes taught me how to use them for different spatial noise environments, and patiently helped me through my tons of usage questions. Sandi has never treated me as just a patient. Shes built a relationship of trust and understanding with me, as well as my family, in guiding us through what we can and cannot expect in my improved hearing world.Her front office receptionist, Alexis, has been fantastic in facilitating appointments that work between Sandis schedule and my college schedule; and consistently is sure to reach out with followup phone calls and texts. When Sandi is out of the office and Ive needed to be seen, her office partner, Shane, is just as friendly and understanding.This office is what everyone wishes every doctors office was: friendly, accommodating, on time, clear with insurance, and always treats you like an individual - not a billing account. Location has convenient parking, Having hearing loss is quite challenging when I think about both the condition and the cost of acquiring the hearing aids. Talking to Samia, their HIS is quite comforting. After she showed me their various hearing aids and explaining their benefits, she helped me acquired a better financing option making it really affordable. The only reason I could not give a five star is that I was scheduled at 8 am, but the office opened later than that, but I still will definitely come back here again.

I am 29 years old..And My Hearing Centers in Henderson has changed my life forever.For as long as I can remember, Ive always had difficulties hearing. And as I got older it got progressively worse.. I finally made the plunge and got a free hearing test done at my hearing centers and I was infact very hard of hearing. About a year later my fiance got me a pair of hearing aids for christmas. It was an emotional experience and one I will never forget!!I love the entire staff, theyre so friendly and understanding. I feel as if they are truly my friends =) they really care about your quality of life and work very hard to make sure your hearing aid experience is the best it can be!I always recommend them to anyone I know that has hearing issues or knows someone with hearing issues..
