I absolutely love this place! I got my prom dress here and not only were they super friendly but also help me out a lot and very good quality clothing for a good price!
This store as every Windsor is beautiful you can find all that you need for your party anyway the reason for one star is for the customers service, its just pathetic Ive been in several Windsor before and this one is the worse by far, no one is helping you and when you ask about something it takes forever untill someone have the bad disposition to do it, not a good experience at all
I love Windsor they have Beautiful dresses, shoes and accessories. Their customer service is always 10/10 theyre always helpful especially if you need a shoe size or a dress thats high up.
Found a formal dress within 20 minutes which fit well and needed no alterations. The price point was extremely reasonable and the ladies that worked there were very positive and helpful. They also now carry plus sizes.
Got my prom dress. Already knew which one I wanted so I simply tried it on and got it. Lighting is very bright but not flattering, makes you look pale. The dresses are all mushed into the back of the store. One cheap tall mirror for everybody to look at and its thin and just leaning against the wall.
Only one person in front of us and it was super slow checking out. The sale was nice.
Went in to look at prom dresses for my daughter. We asked an employee named Bianca if we could get a dress down from the wall and were promptly and rudely informed Youre just going to have to wait. Someone needs to teach these people what real customer service is. Im only giving one star because no stars was not an option. I will never spend a dime in this store.

Not a very pleasant experience at Windsor, today. Scenario: I was waiting in line behind another customer, however, when it was my turn, a separate customer (who was looking through some clothing racks behind me) dashed in front of me and thew an armful of items down on the counter. The employee behind the counter just looked dumbfounded, never told the woman that I was next in line, and started ringing her items up. Of course, I handed the employee the one item that I was going to buy and quickly left the store.In my opinion, not a very good customer service experience” to say the least.
Great store it has so many great things and beautiful dresses !! On this store you can definitely find a whole outfit.
I love this store so much. I went in there thinking I was going to buy a lot of cute outfits for an event I would be attending shortly. I was super upset, I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and the staff just ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me or help me with a dressing room. After the 10 minutes went by one girl came up to me and asked if I was waiting. I said yes, and she responded oh well the line starts over there, and pointed to the hidden line behind the prom dress racks, which I had not seen. It would have been nice if she had said something when I walked up with all the dresses I had. Two girls just kept walking past me not saying anything. If they had greeted me when I came up and let me know where the line is I would not have been as upset, but I already wasted so much time thinking I was waiting, for her to tell me I wasnt, I was extremely disappointed and just left at that point without buying anything. It was such a shame because I really loved this store. I gave it a second chance after the first bad encounter I had when one of the staff members didnt ask me what size I was when helping me find outfits, instead she just handed me all large sizes. I found this really offensive considering I have never worn a large, I always wear small. I appreciated her trying to help me find the right look, but the size mattered too.... Unfortunately I dont think I will continue shopping here, it used to be one of my favorite places, but after both of those experiences the staff just doesnt make it a place I want to shop. :(
