Stoped by to see if they had a 30 tire while on vacation from Chicago. They showed us great hospitality. Brought us in, showed us the shop and some of his awesome work. Very impressed with their custom bikes, and how nice they were with us. Even shared some of his contacts to get the parts we needed. They seem like really great people to do business with.

I wouldnt pay these guys to change my oil! my buddy had them do the whole big front tire big bag thing to his bike with a custom paint job, it took almost two years before it kinda ran right, after numerous issues with the builder. This company is garbage and a an embarrassment to be calling themselves a custom bike builder.

When it comes to top quality parts. TOL Designs is one of my first picks! We unfortunately had a customer have a car pull out in front of him at 60 mph. The front forks literally broke off bike. The bike was hauled on the rollback tow truck laying on its side. While resting on bags and fairing. Then was hauled back to my shop the same way. Once I received the bike. I was blown away. Not one piece of the TOL Designs bodywork was cracked. The tank covers, side panels, bags and rear fender are completely usable again. If that doesnt speak for quality....I dont know what does!

BUYERS BEWARE! I bought the competition killer saddle bags, extended gas tank covers, rear fender kit, and the fast air ride from dirty air from TOL Design on August 26th. Let me tell you, it has been a roller coaster ride. I received my saddle bags, tank covers and fender on September 4th but I had to call fed ex to track them down due to the fact that TOL input the wrong address on my order and also wrong email address. Thus being so, I didn’t get a confirmation number and after paying $3480.00 and not receiving an email confirmation# for my purchase, I was a little worried. I also didn’t receive my fast up dirty air ride suspension. I contacted the owner on September 4th, he said they did not have the fast up air ride in stock and that he would order it and send it to me once he received it. I waited for the air ride it never came in, after getting the run around and them telling me it had got shipped to the wrong state & then it supposedly then got reshipped to my correct address, 4 weeks later still nothing. I then asked for a refund for the air ride suspension. I got my refund October 8th (which that took another two weeks, cause that excuse was he credited the incorrect credit card). He also initially said he would make me a bracket for my rear fender and send me an adhesive to install the extended gas covers on my gas tank which to this day 2 & 1/2 months later, I still have not received it.

Great product.... simply light sand, prime, paint and install on bike!
