The people working the pharmacy are wonderful and sweet. Incredible helpful and kind.

I always got great service and great deals from this store.It also has a cozy atmosphere.Safeway, just opened a brand new store about 2 blocks away, but I still love going to this Lucky store.

This is my go to store when Im pet sitting . The employees are very helpful and they have a very wide variety of foods.

This place has a terrible cat litter box smell right as you come in the door. Gross. The staff is nice, but the smell hits me right when I enter and it makes me nauseous.

I was in a hurry and mistakenly left my credit card at self checkout. Left the store and went to another store...when I realized my card was missing. Hurried back to Luckys and was told no one had seen it. Call my bank and cancel card. Later on, I called the store and was told it was indeed there and I could pick it up. Upon arriving, the manager had safely tucked it away in the safe. Luckys you are the BEST!!! Thank you!!!

Lines were long! Saturday early afternoon, but self-checkout was easy & fast! Found items easily 🙌 organic banana 🍌 & cilantro. Clerk in meat department helpful & efficient bagging shrimp!

Great place to shop however very hard to find everything

Today is a very pandemic year, Luckys is one of the best stores I know here in Hercules, but I noticed none of them are telling their customers to practice social distancing. I think they should implement that at all times.

Luckys is good but often cannot maintain stock on popular items. I find them at the Pinole store so not sure what the problem is. They need to stop wiping off the belt between shoppers as it backs up the line.

Everyone who works here has been kind and gone above and beyond to give us great service. For a smaller sized store, they still have everything we need plus really great deals.

The outside trash can was left overfilled with garbage. The outside LUCKY employee, who was collecting the carts in the parking lot nearby and was putting them in their proper place outside the store, did not pay attention to my comment made to him to empty the garbage can. Again, I told him to empty the outside garbage can, which was overfilled with garbage and was leaking garbage on the pavement, but he didnt do it. Bad service.

It has wide isles. They have decent fish products. I usually go to health foody type stores but this Lucky store has bay shrimp which I sometimes get a hankering.

Today Lizzie V. made my day. She was working the deli and she gave my daughter and I great customer service. She was friendly and has a great smile. I will be coming back soon because Lizzie has great customer service and that is what luckys been missing.

They put in new flooring on uneven floors.Dont believe me? Go here and find out lol. Its like walking up and down some hills. 4 stars cz its clean and all the staff here are very nice. If you spend all that money on floors, might as well do it right. Im just saying

Used to be a regular customer, first time after more than 10 years not been inLucky, I meet unfriendly employees who are indifferent (just as before). Checkout person did not put all the things in the bags I bought and dumped them in the shipping cart. One item was supposed to be $12 for 3, when I checked the receipt, it rang up $5.99 for 1 that I actually paid. I enjoy Trader Joe, Sprouts, Costco, and Safeway, not going back to Lucky again with this experience.

Everything is nice except the wings from the deli often have feathers on them.

Average quality groceries: O rice/quality. Staff always super helpful. Plenty of parking. Lines usually 3 or less. No in stock issues. Produce, Butcher, Bakery quality average to good.

Lines are always long and slow and there are never enough cashiers. Items are organized in a strange way. I have been coming to this store for few years now and I am still wasting time walking from isle to isle looking for things. Also, the meat department is small, not that many choices compared to other stores. I wish we had another big grocery store (like Safeway) in this town as a competition. Maybe that would force Lucky to improve things.

Fairly standard grocery store. Its a tad dated and their produce/bakery section is a bit lacking but it has all the standard dry goods youre looking for.

The remodel looks good and has improved the shopping experience here.

Why isnt there a ZERO stars mark? I hate the new aisle format! Why would you have cooking oils on two different aisles? Some real nimrod set up the Hercules and Pinole Lucky stores.....

I would give them five stars..but most Lucky stores have employees that tend to ignore you ...and when you get to a cashier ....mostly male cashiers ..OMG ...ITS VERY NOTICIBLE THEY DONT WANT THE JOB!!!...funny but that only happens to me in Lucky...

Long long lines at this time of day.... 6pm on s Friday. But the store was nice and clean.

Restroom smells like someone died in there. The bad odor is so strong my son vomited on the floor.

Terrible experience again cant get the turkey sandwich th have available, the turkey with the Fig and ciabatta bread. They never have any of the ingredients necessary to make the sandwiches that they advertise. third week in a row Ive had a problem with them making their sandwiches that they build to sell you. This time the staffed but it be to three different sandwich makers and then they just kind of laughed at me when they realized I could get the sandwichI called the manager Dave and he promised to make everything right for me next week

I live very close to this grocery store every time I shop I have to check the expiration dates on everything in fact this morning I have to go back because I didnt check the date on the cream cheese thats expired my cat treats are expired I only shop there for emergency items because of the expiration of their groceries being left on the Shelf I have to drive to the Safeway in Rodeo if I want fresher food that is not expired

Even with the remodel, one of my least favorite Luckys. I dont understand the stocking system. Things that should be grouped together and spread all through out the store. Its hard to find someone to ask for help as well.

Worst!! i bought produce cos me $ 20 .and when i return to lucky store at Hercules .where i bought this jackfruit .and i told a manajer how rotten inside a produce is .he treat me like a piece a shiit .seem like I am a scammer .I left leave a jackfruit without my money back !!! nasty costumer service and a manajer name Randy . i will never cameback shopping in this racist store again
