Love, love this store!!!!! I usually go in and find what I am looking for and when I have a question or need some assistance, Rosa (Store Manager) is very helpful and informative. She usually knows what I am looking for and will give me more information on other products to try. She also advises me, if anything that I purchase is not what I wanted, I can return the product within 30 days. I like that... Keep up the Awesome work in Hereford ladies.... I definitely will be back.

Phillip was a good help! Answered all my questions, and helped me pick a color cause i was having second thoughts about my hair and then i wanted to try all these different ones! Had a good vibe, attitude, and had awesome hair!

I always go to Sallys to buy hair color & i love it but today as i was at the check out the hair color was at 1.79 so i ask if it was on sale so i can buy an extra one but the girl said she was going to find out, she came back & told me that because it was the old box she couldnt let me buy it!! So she took it away!! I tod her because it was on the shelf it was sale she said no, i can take it away& put it on the back😑

Pity I just went I did not know the schedule of service the enpleada took me out or even let me talk only is closed, is closed and I get out of the store that shame I never go again is always the same in these stores. do something they are always in a bad mood !!!
