It took then 5 weeks to fix my xbox and they didnt even fix it they just called me an said they couldnt fix it but they sent charging me for it they can fix phone screens but I wouldnt bring any consoles here Im not mad that it wasnt fixed I get things happen and the company is handling it really well.
