I recently took my brother to Advanced Eye-care in Hereford on April 29. My brother is Down Syndrome and non-verbal. I know it is very difficult to check his eyes due to his lack of communication, but the staff at Advanced Eye Care were so patient and caring. The doctor was absolutely amazing! She talked to my brother and treated him like he was normal. She made him feel comfortable and happy. Most people tend to ignore him because he is non-verbal, but this doctor went above and beyond and made sure he knew she saw him. Her attitude and patience was greatly appreciated by both my brother and myself. The whole staff was lovely and patient. I highly recommend this facility. They treat their patients with respect and great care! Thank you!
