Ive only had positive experiences here for many years now. The store manager, Irene Lopez, is great. Shes friendly, very helpful, always says hello and definitely fixes things when her employees werent customer friendly. The store is always clean, orderly & doesnt smell weird. The front cashiers always greet you when you walk in, check out is quick, they chit-chat a little while they check you out, very nice!The pharmacy dept are great in their own right, pharmacists are awesome and the people at the window are more than helpful. Theyve gone above and beyond for me and I cant thank them enough... Miguel, Ulysis, Maria (Ill update as I remember their names).

Horrible experience..I am diabetic and was trying to purchase syringes because I was low on supply for weekend and I was told that they could not sell me some if I was not a customer of theirs..I called back for managment to see if this was true so she finally explained to me that if I got a prescription for them that they would sell me some..lost at least 30 min. On that..I got prescription called in from my Dt. then the pharmacist told me that computer would call me back when my box of syringes was ready..well its just past closing now, but computer couldnt even call me back because Im not registered to recieve callback..just horrible..

Cashier and Pharmacist are useless. Asked for help finding an item cashier said she couldn’t leave upfront and pharmacist couldn’t even point me to the isle of where the item is at saying they don’t work for cvs he’s just pharmacist. Useless!!!!!!

The wait for my meds is more than it should be!!! My little ones have gotten sick and they call back ONE WEEK after the doctor prescribed their meds, telling me that they are ready!!! Tried switching but my insurance wont cover at other farmacies, its ridiculous, I have sick children who need their meds and shouldnt have to wait more than one day!!!!! Awful place!

One star is one too many. Gilbert, after having attitude with my husband, was actually rather pleasant to deal with. The store manager, however, is a different story. Completely rude and unprofessional. Has no sense of customer service. Mind you my experience was solely over the phone. The pharmacy is no better. The old man pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions when they’re due if they’re a controlled substance. Even a sleeping pill. Ridiculous. The only good thing to ever come out of that store is the pharmacist Caitlyn. Save yourself the trouble and drive the hour to the cvs off Western. The pharmacist there is amazing and caring and the staff seem to actually want to be there. Removing all services from cvs all together thanks to this managers actions.

I just want to tell you that you have a pharmacist in Julie that you should treasure and appreciate. She always no matter how busy stops and explains and helps me when I have a problem. She and Rebecca are first rate examples of what going to a pharmacy should be and as I have changed into the Medicare programs they have been there for me. Very rude personnel that do not know how to answer questions. The associate Gilbert doesnt like to be asked more than one question or he gets offended. Management was no better listened to employees excuses before customer concerns. Bad overall

Not very knowledgeable staff and also rude, especially if you’re couponing. It’s sad because CVS is my favorite store to save but they don’t care to help you. I have to drive all the way to Amarillo to be able to get good deals and costumer service.

I don’t think they know how to awnser a phone but it’s ok they run out of supplies too 😂

Poor experience especially when paying the manager very rude no patience when attending costumes. If she can’t deal with people she should just not work there at all.
