I want an Apple Watch but the thought of going in this store sucks. The service is usually bad, or at least for the five and a half years I’ve lived in Hermiston it has been. If you want to purchase a product or upgrade the staff is attentive. I have gone in for repairs and warranty and they treated me poorly.

I’ve been with this company for my whole life pretty much. Every time I go to the hermiston location it’s as if their goal is to be rude and have you leave upset. I’ve never had a good experience with any of the employees.
They treated me very badly in that store, I went to look for some phones in that store because it was the only one that they had available that I wanted, their lack of attention and professionalism left me with a bad impression, the manager, Christin (or something like that, she refused to give me her name) she had a very hostile attitude, they treated me like a criminal because a sign of fraud appeared on the account, they did not want to help me, only when I spoke to customer service, those who attended me with education and professionalism, was that I was able to figure out what was happening. Certainly they gave me my phones and I started to be another Verizon customer, however I hope not to go to that store again, because by a mistake they treat people as criminals, my intention was to be able to buy protectors and accessories for my new phone, but They never gave me the opportunity to buy them, they left me outside the store and they just gave me my new phones with a bad attitude. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and I invite you to go to the verizon store in the Kennewick shopping center, where your staff takes excellent care of you. I want to thank the customer service staff for their attention and solve the problems promptly.
Have waited for over 2 months for a representative to call about their plans for an existing customer. Service is horrible. I want to do business face to face not over telephone. Looking to switch to a different carrier.
We recently set up a new business account threw Verizon, however, the initial set up was virtual so some data was missing. therefore, We got a hold of management. Christine Perez was very prompt and efficient within hours our issues Were resolved. We couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service Christine and Herminio provided us with. We highly recommend Verizon for all your phone and internet services.
Yesterday I dropped my phone and my screen stopped working. I went to this Verizon location to explain what happened and to purchase a new phone. We had difficulties since I couldnt access my yahoo account and me being 2200 miles away from home made it hard to verify.So I went back to work, called customer service and they were actually able to get me a phone.I go back to this location only to have the same problem. I couldnt get a phone because I havent verified anything.I was highly irritated and had just paid ot to pay the old phone off. The Verizon Rep that worked with me, Taylor Castro Helped me endlessly til I finally walked out with a new phone. He was highly helpful and very professional and wouldnt give up on me. He was very very helpful and as irritated I was (not at him or the staff) he remained courteous and was doing everything he could to help me. He and his manager that assisted (i couldnt catch his name) were awesome. If you go this store, request Taylor Castro, he will get the job done and take care of all you phone and accessory needs!! He alone is 5 stars!!Thank you Taylor Castro at the Hermiston Oregon location!!
Worst customer service I ever heard of when dealing with an 82 year old lady. Shes now happy with US Cellular.

I had a phone I bought off-line and wanted to switch over my service and they were completely unhelpful and basically told me I had to do it myself. They wouldn’t let me in the store and wouldn’t even help put a screen protector I purchased through them on my phone. Thank you Verizon for your lack of customer service.
Calling a local number, cant get thru? Noone is picking up, why would you have local number listed then if you dont answer the phones? They should replace the whole management, or else Verizon is losing is reputation

We had very poor service at this store! The first gal was helpful but left on vacation the day after we started the switchover process.The next rep was either new or did not know how to help. Finally asked for a manager. I was told it was better to text her as it was faster. The texting went on for days “here and there” as I was told she had a birthday party one night and then too busy the next day to help yada yada where I was ready to just be done with them. When I asked for a phone call, I was told by her that she was the only manager and didn’t have time for that. I finally had a recommendation and made contact with John Snider at the TCs store on Clearwater that was amazing and took care of all the issues that Hermiston would not deal with even at the manager level. I would not at all recommend this store!!!!
Stopped by yesterday to see if we could bring our own phones and switch from our current provider. We were greeted professionally and kindly by a nice representative who told us it would be 30 minutes because of how busy it was. Understandable. When our time had come, a rep who seemed to hate her job checked my phone for a minute and just told us it was not compatible, provided no explanation (I was kind of shocked, because the phone said Verizon on the back) and proceeded to try to sell us a new phone. Though, I was quite relieved, because I have been a Verizon customer in the past and was charged outrageous costs before. After years, I was ready to give them another chance - but I will keep looking for something else.
After a lecture about wearing mask, and not being able to look at phone accessories, went next door to US Cellular $100. Purchase. They wore mask didn’t enforce me to wear one, very friendly and appreciated my business.Verizon employee if you are so afraid of corona please stay home, I don’t need your rudeness because of fear.
Good luck getting a hold of a rep. I called at least 5 times and kept getting routed to customer service. Whats the point of having a local number and store if customers cant call in?
This place is such a disappointment . Used to love coming in here talking with the happy faces . The staff has completely changed and so has the company . Been with Verizon for 16 years . The company in service has slowly degraded . Now when you enter the store all you hear is loud hip-hop music And punk kids who don’t know anything about the service they are selling. I guess the company has got to big and just don’t care anymore. Seems like the coverage and service has steadily declined . Phone just doesn’t work as good as it used to .Had to switch to US Cellular.
Was told I was going to get $500 for my iPhone 8 plus which is like 900 retail and then when i came in to come and turn it in AFTER I SIGNED A DEAL SAYING I WOULD GET THAT AMOUNT, I only got $100 for the phone because of a pressure spot? BTW was very small. And she said that I would get half of the 500 which is 250 not 100. TOTAL BS in my book!! They need to be more detail oriented so the consumer know what they are getting themselves into! I feel totally screwed over!
Its currently not open until Thurs, but the main reason is the employees are a little snobby..😬

My elderly Dad came in to try and get help with his phone but they wouldnt let him in due to the virus. Which I get. Just handed him a card to call a number but he couldn’t because his phone didn’t work... They didn’t even tell him he could schedule an apt online. Tried to call to see if the problem he needed fix could actually be fixed if he schedule an apt. No answer. Heard from a friend that the Verizon in Pendleton would help him. He went there and the problem was solved. Go there if you need help.
Verizon is processing the rebates, I do enjoy the phone, I may have jumped the review a little, but does look like things are falling into place, thank you Verizon
The folks here know how to treat a customer.Every time I come in here they are friendly, and genuinely happy. ( not a common thing these days).Which makes upgrading my phones or getting a new line or anything frustrating to do with either of those things really, really easy.I came in today to borrow their WiFi and they gave me a charger. NICE.Thanks for all your help.You guys ALL Rock🤘

Very poor customer service. Went in about my husband s phone not holding a charge. The female was very hard to tolerate. I work in customer service and if I ever acted like her, I wouldnt be working. Time to look for a new mobile company.
After my son spent hours of trying to get a phone replaced at LaGrande Verizon with absolutely getting no where I ran down to Hermiston and got it done within 30 min. Great service!

Verizon sales people have overcharged my account, signed me up for multiple products without my permission. I have spent hours and many months trying to get the bill correct and still continue to be overcharged. One rep tells me that the bill is correct, and then it is still incorrect. Horrible service! Ken, a manager, was very rude and called me names that were highly inappropriate! Not the company that was positive and customer focused.....a thing of the past!
Tyli was awesome. This was my 2nd visit with her and just like my first, she was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door she immediately greeted me and was extremely helpful. Drive from Dayton Washington to Hermiston Oregon to Verizon store to look at phones cause Walla Walla Washington locations closed due to learning disabilities and this location wouldnt let me in and show me phones due to none out on display due to covid 19 and unrest in United States. It is very hard for me to even do this review on here.
I disconnected services with Verizon well over a year ago.My perception of most of the employees at this store: they dont care. Especially the manager. I was called a liar to my face by the manager. Hopefully since then she was replaced, but who knows.So, a year ago I walk into this business and disconnect my services. Im told that everything was disconnected and I was good to go.Within the past year I now have received several calls from collections stating I have a bill from Verizon. 1) Ive never received an email or paper bill from Verizon since cancellation and 2) never received a collections notice. Today collections calls, again. Suddenly I owe a lot of money. I call the customer service line and automatically request the floor manager, whose name was Grant and I could automatically tell this man was unprepared to talk to me and was fully prepared to screw me over. He could not keep a story straight and then ended up saying If I were you I would just pay the $$$. Flabbergasted I asked Why would I pay the $$$ if it isnt my bill to pay? (I had been told at least 5 times within the year that my services were cancelled. I paid cancellation fees, twice, and was told Verizon would zero out the account). What does Grant do? He transfers the phone call back to the collections agency.Now Im more than furious. Luckily the collections person asked me about my situation. I told him all about it, how my local store had lied to me about my services being cancelled, then every time after that I was lied to over and over and finally at the end I told him this wasnt my problem anymore, as Verizon had stated they would zero out the account so there was no balance. He pauses for a second, and then says You know what, maam? Ill send this right back to Verizon then. Im sorry we called you today. We will get this disputed. If you would like to check the status of the dispute please call back in 2 to 3 weeks.So not only do I rate the Hermiston location very low, but I rate all of Verizon very low. Every time I went into the store for help or called customer service, my issues were not resolved.

Worst service Ive had there in years. This store used to have great customer service. I ordered my daughter a phone for Christmas and it was suppose to be at the store by Christmas eve. It was not obviously I was upset. So after being told the only option I had was to buy a more expensive phone, and I had agreed to I was told I needed to change my attitude or they would sell me it. Merry Christmas. If it wasnt so last minute and one of few gifts I had for my daughter this Christmas I would have dropped them all together..

Worst experience ever my iPhone 6 drop the price within 30 days. No one seem to know how to adjust my pricing. They are only willing to help when your buying something, whenever you need customer service they will ignore you ask you to call 611specially management most staff is new with no experience they hire all this young gals that have only coffee shop experience. I miss my representatives that use to work there about 2 years ago with years of experience on wireless technology they were awesome..

Changed a California number to an Oregon one. Rep never told me that it would affect my Verizon Cloud! It did and I cant retrieve it! I want in tonight and I told the girl the problem and she acted like she didnt care or want to help at all. Just brushed me to the back of the building. The other guy there didnt approach to help or offer help either! Really dissapointed in my towns Verizon Store! Not going to get here my new phone either, jerks!!!

Absolutely zero customer service. Transferred numerous times between departments that took over one hour for a relatively simple issue. Unfortunately they do not have any level of quality control within, or across, departments.
Boooo 👎🏽 I traded in my iPhone 6s for an iPhone XR in November but are charging me full price for the iPhone (I am supposed to get $300 off my iPhone XR). They said they don’t have proof that I traded in my iPhone 6s... So they pretty much stole my iPhone... I have went in plus called customer service on the phone. They act like they can’t do anything about it... of course it’s the least of there worries because it’s a win/win for them. They have my iPhone 6s Plus Im paying full price for my iPhone XR. Stupid!
One of the managers was very tyranntical about wearing face mask. I had the mask on, but crooked. She was very up front, stern and not friendly on compliance.
Theyve always been good to me. They willingly apply screen protectors when I need it - even if I didnt buy it there.

Phone number doesnt work....just goes to the main verizon wireless and you are still in a que. no personal service. Oh and by the way, if you just wait out the automated stuff on the phone without pushing any buttons, after about 5 minutes it says Thanks for calling and hangs up on you. Very non-customer oriented.
They are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and courteous. My mom lives in Union, OR and refuses to go to the Verizon in La Grande, OR because the manager is I VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!!!!!!
