Friendly. Can be hit or miss on how fast they are. Somedays their quick but other days they’re slower than a turtle moving. I waited in line at least 30 minutes on several occasions. Accepts all forms of payments and Google, Android, and Apple Pay.

This is the most unfriendly Starbucks I have ever gone to. No one EVER greets you with a smile, or even greets you at all!! It almost like they’re annoyed that you’re there! I almost always mobile order, to get In and out quickly, and this is the only store I go into that NEVER asks if I have a mobile order, until I’ve stood there for 10 minutes or longer, then when someone finally asks, it’s always in the drive thru window. They really need to have a section at the counter, like other stores, so I can grab and go!! That’s the whole point of mobile ordering!!

I absolutely love the girls here not only were they prompt with dealing with me When calling to inquire about coffee mugs as I was driving from another town over I also had my two munchkins who had clearly not dealt with the long ride there They love talking to them and even offered them cake pops but I had already bought some the gesture was so sweet though I will definitely make the 20 minute ride to this location again also the line was really long when I went and no one was in line inside I was in and out pretty quick they also didn’t mind customizing my drink

This one closed for a while due to Covid. I think they are in a rebuild as far as staffing. Sometimes the drinks arent quite the same as when purchase at other locations, and the just give you your stuff at the drive thru without asking about straws, napkins and such ..

Cold brew does not taste good.

Great service, which in this area, is unheard of. The crew here day in and out, does an outstanding job.

Good coffee. Expensive, you pay the same for an entire fast food meal as for one large latte. Long lines, doesnt help if you pre-order via mobile app since you wait in the same lines. Unpredictable. They forget to give you stuff sometimes and its not worth the wait in line to go back for it. Went there twice last week and they were closed with no explanation in the middle of the day. Didnt answer the phone. What gives?

We were hoping for the Caramel Ribbon Crunch, we got Caramel no crunch.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to visit. I love their coffee. Now they have delicious holiday drinks which I just love. I usually stop in when Im going shopping up town.

Im just giving this a 3 star because I personally dont get anything there but my wife and daughter love it there and the girls are really nice and help me out of I have to go on a solo mission to retrieve Starbucks for them.

Its not Dunkin or the water down igloo water Tim Hortons make.Best coffee in the States.Fun fact when youre in the Dominican Republic, the closes Starbucks is in Puerto Rico. That being said, DR has some amazing coffee so Starbucks would just be average there.

The drive thru girl was rude as heck. No receipt. Bland off beat questions. But for the hermitage store stuff like this happens all the time. Coffee was at least halfway decent.

Even when swamped they manage to have pretty quick service (which is saying a lot during a pandemic) and while drinks can vary from store to store, theirs are always fantastic. Also the stuff is really nice and helpful.

They are always busy but real friendly and nice workers. But they need another starbucks around.

What a joke. Wife ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. Cup was half full of liquid, rest was whipped cream. I ordered a simple med roast med sized coffee. Got a extremely bitter, dark roast coffee. Maybe the staff should do less talking and more working. Or does placing a simple order befuddle the youngsters working behind the counter????

Its pretty typical Starbucks experience. My drink came out correct and was ready despite that I showed up a few minutes early for my mobile order. Location is great although the way the drive thru is set up causes stupid people to block part of the parking lot constantly.

Customer service was awesome but waited almost 20 minutes for 1 coffee. Also they dont say whose drink is done. They just set them at the end and it is a free for all trying to find your beverage!!

The staff is extremely friendly always, and very quick. Line moves much faster than their competitors. Without fail, my order is always correct. This location and staff are most excellent, and should be recognized as such. Ive frequented this Starbucks drive-thru for over 2 years @ 5 days a week consistently, for work meeting refreshment purposes- I feel more than qualified to speak on their long-time caliber of excellence in service.

Wifes favorite ... Can get busy, but they are amazing at getting folks through quickly.

They allow regulars to walk by everyone, hang out my the counter and interact with the baristas. I was given a n expected wait time but got my drink 20 minutes after that.

Absolutely wonderful! Employees are wonderful. And the store is very nice looking. I only have one complaint. I have to look on the Starbucks app to see what they have because they only have the specials and most popular drinks on the menu board.

This store has no idea how to use its mobile system. The drive thru might look long, but trust me, even if you put your mobile order in youre still spending 15 minutes minimum in this store because they dont know what a mobile order means.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. My order was wrong, had to go back inside and wait another20 minutes. No customer service !

My drink was fine but I just watched a worker throw all of the food out of the cooler and into the trash, rather than mark it down an hour ago and try to sell it, or donate it to a shelter or something. It really turned me and my friend off to Starbucks. Starbucks, please fix this. Its so wasteful.

The prices are a lot higher here than the Starbucks in my area but the coffee tasted phenomenal compared to most Starbucks stores.

Super Friendly and courteous staff. They make my order right every time no matter how long the line and no matter how complicated it is. The lines always move fast which is appreciated for us busy people.

Just saying what everyone is already thinking. This place is overpriced and not that good. Id take Dunkin anyday of the week. Not to mention I can have my coffee there WITHOUT all of Starbucks politics!

Drive thru can get quite busy at times. Pretty good staff though. They work hard, are friendly and have always made sure I was satisfied with my order.

Starbucks is always a great location to get quality coffee drinks. This location is an average store compared to the rest. I have always received quality and fast service here. It is also a nice place to relax and utilize the free wifi, or catch up with friends. This location has a drive through and accepts mobile orders.The location is in a busy plaza in central Hermitage. It is easy to access from both 18 and 62 and in a convenient spot. The parking lot is curved and somewhat hard to get out of.

The only place in Hermitage you can get Coffee before 6 AM. Great service and absolutely what you need first thing in the morning.

I regularly drive through at this location. The staff is consistently pleasant and helpful in answering any questions we may have. With 4 kids, our orders may take time and clarification. The food is fresh and the drinks have been prepped correctly...I dont get an au lait when ordering a latte.

Got a hot drink in the holiday cup and i wasnt even close to full. If lucky with the whip cream it was 3/4 full. Very disappointing for how much you spend on the drink!

Staff is awesome! Everyone is very friendly. Line can get very long, especially on the weekends, but the coffee and staff make up for it.

I like the protein boxes and some of the drinks...pricing could be more competitive with others.

Overrated in my opinion. Chai tea was watered down. The worker/server was snotty. This was a gift card so Im not so sure I would go back, disappointing.

The baristas were fantastically kind, but unfortunately a few of the drinks made came out sub par. I imagine tastes vary wildly over the PA countryside, so I will try this location again before making any permanent judgements.

A good clean Starbucks, and seems like a great staff overall. Unfortunately the guy who took out order seemed new and it was a busy time so our order was screwed up twice. And saw him screw up several more orders, not a smart time to put a new person up front.

I only get reg medium roast coffee now due to how much sugar is in most of the drinks. Even the matcha is 50% sugar. Not cool

Their food is delicious, and their drinks are uniquely refreshing. Baristas are cheerful, polite, and efficient. Orders dont take long to get done. Cozy environment. Wi-fi is a big plus.

Had the most delicious juniper latte, but still have a hard time paying their prices.

The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. I have only ever had one mistake on an order here and they were very helpful in getting it sorted out.

I come in a couple times a week for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful! A neighborhood feel.

The staff at this location are ALWAYS smiling and personable. I travel a lot but this location closest to home has the best service.

Lazy workers don’t say names loud enough and lazily put coffee on machines. Bathroom is worse than a gas station’s.
