They’ve always been accommodating to me and I’ve never had an issue there. When I did have a problem with my contacts they fixed the issue in a timely manner. The doctor has always been friendly and I enjoy our conversations while at my appointments. Keep up the good work everyone!

When I went to the doctor here, a problem with my eyes was not diagnosed. After they made my glasses, I was having trouble with my prescription and I went to another doctor. The prescription was updated as this other doctor did diagnose an issue I was having. JCPenney remaked my glasses. I recently went to the eye doctor who had correctly diagnosed my issue and was told that my glasses had been made incorrectly. The full scope of my prescription had not been utilized. I had problems for months but I just thought that was how I must have to see with this new condition I had. However, it simply wasnt the correct prescription. I wish to mention that the employees who helped me were kind to me, but thats all the positive I can say about them. I will not go back here.

After being a patient for many years I will not go back! Aftercare treatment is horrible! Berated by dr for returning when glasses were not correct. Contacts do not fit right but I will go elsewhere after the way I was treated. Obviously if follow up is needed they do not want to do that, there isn’t more money in their pocket for that so get rude with patient instead! It is a waste of money if you think follow up is needed because you will definitely be treated badly and talked down to!
