Curtis is so amazing. He designed our entire bathroom and kitchen. He put different products on the computer using a program called Sketch-it and showed us 3-D images. It was so nice to visualize the different colors, patterns and configurations. Remodeling can be a daunting experience with so many choices and decisions. He made our life easier. Thank you Kurtis for everything you have done! :-)

I’m a real estate broker/developer so I frequently work with tile stores. This by far is the WORST customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life!!!!Martha is the worst sales associate I have ever encountered. She is rude, dishonest and will not call you back so you can pick up paid for tile. Kurtis (the manager) needs to do a better job.We ordered tile that was in stock for our imminent hardscaping project. The tile was paid for, it took over 10 calls to Martha (the incompetent sales associate that unfortunately did my transaction) 3 weeks trying to get ahold of her, no one returning my call, having to make my way to the store again WHILE 8 months pregnant to the. be told the warehouse would have my tile ready in a few days followed by another week of complete silence. I then made a direct call to the manager Curtis whom then told me my tile is MISPLACED and NO longer available (Tile amounting to $4k that was paid for!)My project is now delayed, they did not make any effort to rectify the issue. Their incompetence, sheer lack of respect for paying clientele and deceit delayed my hardscape project by 2 months!!! Martha should be fired and I’m sorry if anyone has had a similar experience. I would not recommend buying tile here under any circumstances. Go to Caltile in Torrance, Tile store in Lomita or simply find another Tile supplier.Don’t waste time and money like I did!

Do not purchase tile from here, your project will end up delayed like mine. My paid for Tile somehow ‘disappeared’ in their warehouse . Staff is incompetent. Seems others have had the same experience from the multiple negative reviews. Don’t waste your time.

Really bad service. Not only are they expensive but slow and rude. Called to ask when the tile would be in since it was going on 3 weeks and they said You dont call us, we call you when its in. Kept trying to get the grout from them and they it was already 2 weeks and they said another 2 weeks. I asked the tile installers (different company) if they could it it somewhere else. They found it at Lowes. Rock Mill delayed the project months.Rock Mills response below is a lie. Im not a general contractor but a customer. They were not only slow but also rude. I called to asked when the tile would arrive and they said You shouldnt call us, we will call you. We did not love the service!!!! The delays cost the project over $10,000.

Im an Architect and Interior Designer based in LA, and I worked with Kurtis at Rockmill on all the tilework I needed done in my own home renovation.Kurt did an excellent job providing us with options for our reno that were within our budget and timeline. He was available to us via showroom visits, text message, and even invited us to visit their Gardena warehouse which is full of full-slab options.Kurtis took great care to meet with us and ensure we understood all the details around what we could expect. He did 3D mockups of the master bathroom (in Sketchup) to give us options of how we would could layout our tile. He was efficient, communicative, and knowledgable. Kurtis provided clarity and transparency throughout the process. He noticed potential issues and provided solutions. He was attentive, available, and takes great care in his work.Kurt went so far as to recommend local installers which was VERY helpful so we were able to get our beautiful tile installed by local proven experts.THANK YOU Rockmill and especially Kurtis for helping us build our dream home. We are so grateful to you!
