The technician fixed our door but four days later the door came off the track again so that the door was stuck open. When I called to ask for someone to come right away the dispatcher and manager were rude. The same technician came and said it wasnt his fault and that we had to call dispatch again.Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and my door still isnt fixed.

Our garage door was difficult to open and close with a an old lift master motor which was at least 17 years old. One of the cables had also broken so we were always reluctant to use the door in case it was stuck open! Received a very reasonable quote and they agreed to complete over a weekend. We recently used Choice Garage Door Repair Co. for a new garage door for my farther. The installer was lovely. He arrived on time and did a great job. We didn’t realize that we didn’t have a power point in the garage and he recommended an electrician. They came out the next day to install the power point and also moved a light in the garage for a very reasonable price. The door looks great and all the staff are very nice. Highly recommend them!

Awesome and quick service! I had called Choice Garage Door Repair because I just got a new car and was now using my garage, which did not have an opener. They were able to come out the very next day while I was at work, so it was extra nice not to have to take time from work to be there. The technician called from his cell phone upon his arrival and then called to tell me it was done. Tech was very nice and friendly. The unit is super quiet and I am very happy and was able to take care of payment over the phone. Very nice experience!

Choice Garage Door Repair Co.’s technician Charles repaired one of my tenants garage doors today. This is the fourth time Ive used them and every time Charles was the one to attend to my problems. Quality and efficient service from Choice Garage Door Repair Co. There was a broken bracket on our garage door. The serviceman quickly assessed and swiftly repaired with no fuss. He also noticed the door was very loud and offered to fix with rollers (no charge). We noticed the problem at around 11 am and it was resolved and in an improved state in two hours. The tech did a terrific job installing two garage door openers - by himself - in some pretty cold weather. Hes done hundreds of them and thus works quickly and effectively with no mistakes and does not even read manuals. He even adjusted the tracks on one of the doors to allow the panels to run more smoothly. Highly recommended.
