Lovely little place with the cutest things!!!! Bought a beautiful pearl freshwater necklace and earring set for 10 dollars!!!!!!!?! Unbelievable. Also a great, huge selection of antiques. Be it clothing, jewelry, furniture, collectibles, glassware, records, ETC.! They have it. Stop by if you’re on your way to Hershey for the day or to the park! :)

Its a very large antique mall. No haggling on price. According to them everything is priced appropriately. Maybe the prices are appropriate for Hershey, PA, but over priced in comparison to other cities and internet sellers.

Compared to other places in the area, crossroads is extremely over priced with many vendors marking items incorrectly to warrant those higher prices. Its location to Hershey gives it access to out of state tourists, but locally, there are better places.Edit- My wallet is not a factor, its higher than normal pricing as well vendors choosing to list say a 1970s Soviet Helmet as WW2 and selling it for the price of the WW2 version.

Great place to find that special item or take a walk down memory lane🙂UPDATE...My husband and I hit this store every time we are in Hershey and we will continue. We shop Antique malls on vacations and across the states. Because there are many vendors, it is the responsibility of each seller to be sure that packaged items include what they claim - the mall owner is not responsible for that.TIPS FOR ANTIQUING....Inspect your items before going to checkout. If items are sealed bring them to register. Ask whomever checks you out to open the item for you to inspect before purchasing. This keeps all parties happy. We have NEVER had any problems, we will definitely be back in June or July!

My fiancé and I were followed around the place the entire time by the rude old employees for the entirety of our visit. It’s really a shame because there’s a beautiful selection of antique furniture we were looking at for our new home and so many fascinating pieces of history here, but the experience was grossly overshadowed by employees standing feet away from us, deliberately locking any cabinets we looked into the second we stepped away from them, staring at us and pouncing to “offer” to place our smaller items behind the counter as soon as we picked them up. We noticed none of the other shoppers were treated this way! There were a few gorgeous Tiffany style lamps and a wooden dining table we really wanted to purchase, but decided against because we didn’t want to furnish our home with things we would associate with a memory of being grossly mistreated by the staff— presumably because we’re young and not “conventional” enough in appearance. I suppose if you’re an older, wealthy looking white person you might have a more pleasant experience, but if you would prefer to support a business run by people who aren’t judgmental and rude, I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

I initially enjoyed this store until they sold me a product that was labeled as a two-disc record but was missing one of the records, then refused to allow me to return or exchange the product. They said they dont allow returns, however, I would argue, that its illegal to misrepresent an item as being something that its not.Would I have bought the product had I known that it was misrepresented and the price was not adjusted accordingly and there was no warning on the packaging that the item was missing half of the product? Absolutely not. This is a form of fraud and your lack of customer service in the matter is a true shame. If it was an honest mistake that you didnt realize it was missing one of the two records, then you should have still allowed a refund or exchange out of principle since you falsely represented the product and stole half the cost you charged me for it.If you do decide to still shop here, make sure you unseal any packaging in store before payment and inspect your purchases to ensure the product(s) are actually in the packaging because if you dont, they may attempt to commit theft and sell you something thats not even there, and then refuse to remedy the situation like they did to me. I dont know about you, but I dont appreciate being stolen from. Not the kind of morals I want to support in a small business owner. Also as a sidenote, hanging up on your customers and then screening their calls and refusing to ever call them back or respond to their communications is completely unprofessional and childish. You should be ashamed of your atrocious customer service.

Also, if your looking for items pertaining to Hershey, this is the place, but there is so much more. I collect certain LPs and one booth had a wide variety. Please meet with your “floor walkers” and staff to review customer service - how to make ALL customers feel welcome. My husband greeted a staff member who barely acknowledged him in return, and an older gentleman followed me and my daughter around the store both upstairs and downstairs, making me extremely uncomfortable. The treatment did seem personal as we saw these same staff members smile, greet and make conversation with other customers. I understand the intended role of your “floor walkers” but unfortunately, it comes across as hovering and being uncomfortably watched. If the gentleman had greeted us with something like, “Welcome! I’ll be walking around to answer questions or retrieve items for you as needed. Let me know if I can help!”, then I would have felt much more at ease.

After viewing your reply, I apologize for the inconvenience. I am now aware that the staff was unaware of this. Thank you for your response. Also, in the back right corner of the store there is another fake gold Vietnam zippo with a peace mark engraved on it that your staff should be made aware of. Thanks! I do not have my receipt, but the vendor that sold my fake lighter had a case in the back left corner with a playboy, rebel flag, and a few more lighters. The case was small and locked with a key.

Review №72

Attractive location, well organized, and friendly staff. I have to say that the place was smaller than I thought, but that is only from expectations based on personal experience. I have visited quite a few antique malls located in what appears to be very large, old barns. Almost always, they are three levels (two floors + basement). This antique mall is only two levels (first floor + basement). Upon arrival, it is obvious that a second floor exists, but it is not utilized for antique dealers (public browsing). So, the mall actually ended up being smaller than expected. With that said, this is nothing that should turn anyone away. If in Hershey, and you like antiques malls or stores, then this place is a must... there is never too many of these places to visit.

If you enjoy being watched over constantly then this is the place for you! Considered purchasing, some things because they do have some nice things, a bit pricey. However constantly being walked past like we were thieves was a tad annoying. Considered purchasing some things but decided against it because of treatment. Based on other reviews Im guessing they judge many like this. If your looking to enjoy your days off antiquing and are laid back people, Id avoid this place. Here, they have people who walk around that are pretty easy to find or they find you. Just loved this place and will definitely return! As a side note: After seeing another posting about how many floors were there, while there I asked and I was told that there isnt a third floor. The top space of the barn is completely open.
