The staff here is polite and friendly. Service was a bit slow. I had a warm brownie sundae and my partner had 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. The ‘icing on the cake’ ice cream was DELICIOUS.Currently no indoor seating available and they have a patio outside with tables but there are no chairs for you to sit. Also they have a restroom but it’s closed.

Came for the special of 1.50 on each of the 31 and wasn’t disappointed. For, my first trying had a great time, good staff, great ice cream, decent menu, decent prices, and they even make birthday cakes. The store is clean and easy and good bathrooms. Just a great environment. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back.

Ive always enjoyed their Ice cream but recently had a milkshake there that was also delicious. I really need to try more of what they have to offer, everything Ive had has been fantastic

Delicious as usual and the staff was courteous and on the ball, while we were there they had so many customers coming in one after the other. Really appreciate the manager, shes good and has her staff the same way 🙂 🍦🍨

Absolutely Filthy dirty. Every single surface in this building is without a doubt disgusting!! Would not recommend this location ever!! In addition the staff are rude.

Their phone skills need some work. The lady I talked to on the phone sounded irritated and wasnt very helpful. I understand this job might get overwhelming but dont take it out on me.

Ok go in with your mask on and get a scoop of ice cream it will brighten your day and make you smile...treat yourself when you have a sore day...yes it worked for me today. Friendly service with a huge chunk scoop.

The young girls who worked there in the evening time were very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them with our order.Poor customer service

The atmosphere is great. Customer service is awsome. WHAT can I say its ICE CREAM so goooooood. The flavors you have so much to choose from and every month they have a flavor of the month. You have to try Icing on the cake sooo good.

I ordered a cake online and was very disappointed with the design that was done on the cake. I ordered the frame cake which has swirls on it but it looked terrible. My husband picked up the cake from the store and did not mention the terrible design to the workers at the store; if i had picked it up I would have mentioned it. The store in victorville off of amargosa makes the frame cakes look picture perfect (I ordered from them previously) and I would recommend that store instead of the main street location.

They hand pack quarts which my husband loves and always honor coupons from their app. The place is clean but sometimes there is trash outside from homeless people.

A little mad because I went there tonight at 8:30 to get my birthday scoop and the doors were locked. I even checked online before heading over for the store hours and it said the close at 9. So I figured I was set to get my scoop... Nope! Closed before 9, no store hours posted on the door, nothing! Psst.... I think I should get an extra free scoop for all this bogus bs!

I go often to this place. If Alyssa isnt working, its a pleasant time. If she is there expect rude service, and eye rolling the whole time.Decided to drop to 1 star from 3 because Alyssa is just really an incredibly rude person

Expensive but they have so many flavors that you cant imagine. And the ice cream quality is top.

The 31 they give cheap scoops. That great and have great tasting ice cream too.

The Baskin Robbins on Amargos Rd is much better. This place does not care about customer service. The Oreo crumbs arent even crushed all the way. The toppings werent spread out throughout the entire banana split. The chocolate syrup was just a lump on one scoop of ice cream. Here they charge the chocolate syrup as a topping where as the Baskin Robbins on Amargos does not. I wanted to bring my daughter here to enjoy the delight of a Baskin Robbins atmosphere with uplifting good customer service but I guess now in days that doesnt seem to be priority in most businesses anymore. Perhaps it was just the staff at this particular time of day. I dont know, I hope my experience is better next time. The only good news is my daughter liked it. I also forgot to mention that every single table was dirty with left over ice cream and chocolate syrup. Literally every table.

My friend has a Horrible experience there. The manager is Unbelievablely rude; made me wonder how she is still employed with her unprofessionalism. Made me want to never go to a Baskin-Robbins again.

Not the brightest group of employees. I had to go to a nearby store to get change, that they had in the drawer. By the time I came back with the small bills, my ice cream was melted And they wouldnt make me a fresh serving.. They totally ruined my experience.
