A little more expensive than others, but they got your back!

We rented a walk behind trencher and one of the tracks was very badly worn which caused the machine not to work properly I used for one hour and called about the problem and I requested working machine to be delivered, they delivered again machine not fixed and charged me for another delivery $250 so a total of $500 in just delivery fees they refunded only half of a day rental and nothing returned for delivery and instead of one day job took 6 days cause had to dig by hand to avoid being forced to pay for third delivery! Thank you United Rentals.

DO NOT RENT GENERATORS FROM HERE.. A COMPLETE JOKE!!! a day rental for a small generator was $80, but i was only allowed to run it for 8hrs. I needed it for 2 days (48 hrs). The lady said she had to charge me triple for each day. She said it was going to be $255 each day, a total of $510 for 2 days. I said I could buy my own generator for that price. Im going to just pay the electrician after hours fee, it will be cheaper. United Rentals is a JOKE, JOKE, JOKE.I just called HOME DEPOT, a similar sized generator costs $65 for 24 hrs. So my total would be $130 vs $510. Take your business to HOME DEPOT.
