Amazing staff from the team you walk in to the time you leave. Dr. Awad and his support nurse ( sorry forgot her name ) were amazing, both were very friendly and gave a warm welcoming atmosphere.My son had an ingrown toe nail that has been bothering him for a while not only did Dr. Awad remove it he was able to calm my son down because he was nervous and kinda scared at the same time.All in all I give this office a perfect score for cleanliness, professionalism, amazing staff and ease of being a new patient.

The normal service is great, whoever rap my leg with unno boot didnt do right it came apart . To my understanding of what Ive seen everyone that put one on my leg started from the foot to the knee not from M the knee to the foot

Terrible experience would have given zero stars if possible. scheduled an appoint with Dr Crismali but was seen by Dr Awad. He left me with an injury to the bottom of my foot that is still healing 2 weeks later. Never responded to my message on Messenger. your system refused the uploaded picture....too gruesome maybe

Dr Crismali is a great doctor! Very kind and clear on his diagnosis. They also dont keep you waiting long. Ive been coming here over the years for various foot problems and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

It was our first time here came in for my son that had two bad ingrown toe nails he was really scared and nervous but the staff an nurses where wonderful they calm him down an explain him how the procedure was going to go the doctor was the best and explain him even more and everything went well wouldn’t have made a better decision place was nice clean everything went smooth really recommended

He had to give me an injection in my foot and it did not hurt at all. Another Dr. had injected my foot previously and it really hurt, but Dr. Crismali was painless!! I will recommend him to my family and friends! My foot is feeling almost a 100% and it is only 2 days later.

I had a horrible injury to my ankle over a year ago that required surgery they worked me in right away got my surgery approved and had me set up for surgery in less than a week! The doctors are amazing and explained everything in detail (in terms I could understand), were never in a rush and answered every question I had. The x-rays were done right in the office and shown and explained to me during every visit. Both doctors are excellent and it makes it really easy to get an appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my foot and ankle pain they are the best !

Dr Crismali is the best doctor up here! I had an infected ingrown toe nail. I was in a lot of pain. I called the office hoping to get an appointment some time that week. The staff got me in the same day to my surprise. He fixed it that same appointment. The whole thing went very smoothly. I had no pain during or after the procedure. The office is clean and the staff as well as the doctor where helpful, friendly and made my experience pleasant. I highly recommend this office to anyone with foot problems.

Easy appointment scheduling, didn’t wait long to get seen at appointment time, but the constant billing barrage by staff is tiresome. Your constantly reminded the cost of every aspect of the visit, from X-rays, to impressions and so on, there’s a menu of out if pocket costs. I thought I had good employer insurance, with an added health spending account, but it’s pay first, bill insurance second here and what do you know insurance covered my orthotics, but at a higher price than cash. I’ll see how treatment goes and keep you all posted.
