Called on Tuesday for batteries and was told theyd be delivered and installed on Wednesday. Called Wednesday morning to confirm and was told the truck had not arrived and would call me back in 20min to confirm. Did not get a call back nor did they answer the call when i called back 3 hrs later.

Great Golf carts but poor service..... I had to contact 3 times before my cart was picked up. No follow up on what they did or were going to do to fix problems. 2 weeks later I had to contact them to find out what was happening with my $4,500 dollar golf cart.... only to be told he has 20 other carts here & I would get it back tomorrow. Well tomorrow came & no golf cart again. I had to threaten with legal help before it showed up at my home the next day with items still not fixed that were under the 1 yr guarantee. Service your golf cary elsewhere unless they can fix there communication issues.

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Delivered a golf cart for one hour rental with a damaged wheel. When I called to complain about it, they said it is not their fault. Not only refused to correct the situation, but they were extremely rude about the entire situation, screaming at me. I am appalled by how they run their business. TRUST ME, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
