I was recommended to use this party rental from a friend of mine. I must say I have 0 complaints! I previously used this party rental place for my daughters 4th birthday party, and I must say it was the best decision I have ever made. Starting from the staff that was super professional,clean equipment that looked almost brand new. The prices are amazing. I rented tents,chairs,tables,table cloths, and a jump house with slide and pool. at the time of delivery the men who delivered the equipment that I had rented were professional and nice. They were also on time, they had told me days prior to birthday party that they would arrive 1 hour before party starts but I was a bit scared being the fact that in the past Ive rented from party rentals that would arrive way after my party would start. I must say this party rental was the best decision I made for my daughters birthday. And I will continue to rent for them for all my other upcoming events. And I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends!!!!!

Horrible service. Rented a large helium tank that was damaged and when I called them to let them know they told me there was nothing they can do for me as they were at another event. Didnt provide me with any solution and I was not able to inflate the 200 Mylar balloons I had bought for my twins party. Horrible experience. Do not use them as if you run into any issues they wont care.

I am very grateful to all the staff in charge of the food, decoration of the stage and the premises, who helped make my daughters fifteen years perfect. I also have to thank the W & Q photographer for the photos and video and the master of ceremony María Ángel who guided me and made a good presentation of the event. The food was super tasty and the desserts too. The liquor bar lacked a bit of variety of drinks but it was ok. The waiters attention was the best, they did the distribution of all the appetizers and the family dinner well in due course. Thanks to Sandra and Naovi who helped us at all times to make a good choice of the decoration of the room and the event stage. Also thanks to DJ Franco for his good music and for pleasing the public with his songs. In general, I highly recommend the venue for your events.
