This place was great. They replaced my standard CD player radio in my 2010 camaro with a new LCD and backup camera. Made my car feel new and luxurious. They do good work and know the ins and outs of this. Would do business with them again! Also they had a good price.

Super knowledgeable staff i took my mustang because it was having audio problems and they where able to fixed and properly rewired the system. I have also taken two cars to do the window tint and it always comes out impecable. Staff is always super nice, I highly recommend their services.

I do not go anywhere else in Miami for tints or alarms. Alex has been doing this for 30 years and he knows what he is doing. A lot of reviews about owner being rude are most likely for rude customers who walk in thinking they are entitled to a red carpet and royal treatment. Alex is the nicest guy ever. Big dude too!! LOL. I will continue to go there and have done over 14 cars in the last 26 years. Thank you CARTUNES !!!

My friend recommended this place, so I took my car in to get tints, and to install an alarm system. I met Alex, the owner, who was so nice and helpful. He helped me with everything and at no time did I ever feel uncomfortable with my experience. The service was great and I have had no problems with anything.This place is great and affordable. I will definitely tell everyone to come here.

Finding great customer service is hard, especially in Hialeah. Well lets tally up Cartunes plus simply because I was impressed of how smooth my experience was. Service here was great! Quick and right to the point. Had a radio and tints put on my mothers old Toyota and simply couldnt be happier. I was told it would take 3 hours and indeed it took 3 hours, made it easy to plan around my day. 10/10 wouldnt recommend to anyone if you need to any kind of car electronic installation. Thanks to Alex and his team of professionals.

Owner is very rude and condescending. The person who installs the tints does a great job. For $120 dollars, Im sure you can find a place that has good customer service AND quality without having to sacrifice one.

Everytime I need something for me my this is the place I go to. The owner is very honest.

So far cant find a good place to get tints done, without damaging my car.Brand new 2018 Honda Pilot Touring with under 1000 miles. When i got here, the gentleman i spoke with was very nice, gave me a price and told me he had another car waiting to remove all their tints and get new ones installed.That customer ended up leaving so they asked me to bring my car around back, PERFECT! Till i was explaining to the technician that please take care of the car, it is brand new has only one scratch that another tint shop did (and denied) and that the we came to them because of most of their excellent reviews.After finishing the passenger window, he asks us if we noticed the HOLE in our door panel. I told him that was never there, he denied doing it of course and the owner tells me how could they do that, being that they work on Ferrari’s all the time. Im tired of arguing with people who could care less about others. If you do go to this shop please be aware of what they are doing and take pictures of your car in the area they are working before they start, so they don’t blame you later for something they did. Picture of door panel is attached, they told me i had not noticed it. You tell me, would you notice that hole on a dark leather panel on your brand new car?

Got my tints done on my new 2018 Honda last week and noticed on the passenger window there was crease on the tint. Went back to the shop and spoke to the owner who stated that happens all the time and that no tint job is perfect. I explained I didnt see that imperfection on any of the other windows and ask if there was a solution to which he replied no because if they redo the window Ill will just have another crease somewhere else. I would have appreciated an attempt on try to fix it, even if it was putting some heat and trying to flatten the crease or something. I advised him I saw a crease like that before on an old car I had and that after 2 years the paper began to move which the owner replied that those people must have used bad glue but that wont happen this car. When I mentioned then if anything happens to the tint in that spot I have my 5 year warranty right to which he replies depends on why it ripped which I state what if it rips due to the crease in which he replied that it wont happen and that hell be able to tell if it does. I kept asking for reassurance that if its starts to rip in that spot then is it covered by the warranty which he kept saying avoiding to answer by saying depending on what causes the damage. I left there feeling uneasy with him stating no tint job is perfect, no resolution or attempt to solving the crease issue and no reassurance that the so call 5 year warranty will be accepted if the tint is damaged due to the crease.

I went to car tunes go get my dash cam and subwoofer installed on different days. Had no problems, you can tell they know what they are doing.

Great service and VERY friendly staff, they explained all my options and pricing. They did a solid job on my tints, and it brings a 5 yr warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

Called this morning an explained that i bought a new radio and the guy made a mess with the installation an that it dont work...The guy here at cartunes said he wouldnt rewire the radio.... you work with radios why turn me down are you not exp enough. Dont go if your not gonna spend a arm an leg!!!
