This is the kind of place that gives Miami its quirky Cuban flair. For lack of a better description Its a modest department store where you can find many things you didnt think you needed. Your not going to find name brands or their prices but you will feel like youve traveled back in time to a small Latin American city store.

Its hard to find someone that is fluent in another language other that Spanish.However, the place is super clean everything is organized. The parking is a little tight. But its good to find cheap things special to resale and if you plan to take for whatever reason to another country. Must wear mask. Covid-19 regulations.

Lots of bright color and oilier roll on perfumes then expected.. It can appear a life saver in the bright lights... I think its Sweden as there is a police gear place near by on the surrounding welfare tribes... But most of the staff speaks.. A French Mexican I think... During covid you probably will find more of what you want with no problems if its not an English place.. As it appears a social move to place the native tribes as what legislation actually is...

So dissapointed! I went looking for a guayabera for my son and they only had one left. It was big but figured Id try it, I was desperate. I went to check out and looked for the return policy and there wasnt anything. I also went online while waiting in line and again nothing. I bought it on a Friday and went back the following Friday to return it. They said you cant return guayabera cause they are seasonal. I told her that there is no sign and I wasnt told when I was purchasing it that it couldnt be returned. She said the front counter has signs that said so. I told her to please show me where it said that. She went to go look for the sign and said oh someone must have removed them. Long story short I spoke to the manager and they wouldnt return my money or give me a credit. I guess I should have been the one to ask the cashier before I purchased it but they arent the friendliest. Definitely NEVER going back.

When you visit Valsam you get the impression that his place is run by the Cuban government. It reminds me of the stores in Cuba because they are constantly watching you like if you were going to steal something. The store manager is super rude with both customers and employees, he even stand by the door watching the cashiers at all times. When the store is closing he personally check the employees bags and purses.I dont recomend this place at all!I rather go to the flea market!

Shopping for COTTON school uniform shirts. Limited free parking; store has ALL kinds of items. Worth checking it out!

This was my first time there. I got quite a few items and it came to $45. I was surprised to say the least. Very reasonable prices. Definitely will go back.

Love this l place, you can find some bargains here, some things are higher. I like that you can find different things that you dont find in other store like home decor, low cost makeup, jewelry & sandals .

Very organized place but the girls there look very unhappy. Probably they do not receive good salary or only have a Part time job; never a Full time to avoid Company benefits.How sad!!!

I bought and orient watch at this place. Thinking is was original it stop working at a moth and 1/2 later. They dint want to exchange it. I will put my complaint at the better customer burrero in down town miami so they will get check if their selling the originals or fake ones. $79 on a watch is impossible for it to stop working.

I just had the worst experiene, im cuban but theres something about mew cubans i cant, they are rude, have no manners and no customer service at all, i bought a wig for a costume, at the end my long hair couldnt fit in it so i didnt used it, so i went just to ask what could i do with since i wont wear it, i didnt wanted money back! But honestly the way those women managed the situation was horrible, when i ask about the manager they deny him! Now i understand why is empty! Horrible customer service and information, nobody ever told me i couldnt return it!
