I purchased a used Amerikooler unit from a third party and needed instructions on how to disassemble their unit. I received excellent videos and instructions which helped me relocate the unit. Their Customer Service Representative was delightful and the Sales Rep sent me the necessary tools and instructions. This was a wonderful company to work with.

I needed a part for a walk in cooler at our residential unit in Marathon, Florida. I search for the part but could not find it. I called Ms. D. Bravo at Amerikooler and after reviewing the pictures of Door Handle forwarded (did I mention that I didn’t have a model or serial number) she sent me a link with the correct replacement part!Bravo Ms. Bravo! The best customer service experience I’ve had in quite sometime.Sorry about that “Bravo Ms. Bravo” part, I know that was corny!

Customer service was great! We had some parts damaged in shipping and they got right to it, let us know clearly what info they needed and sent out replacements quickly so our construction schedule was not effected.

I had the opportunity to work with Rich on a project. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a project with some specs I had never received a request for, and Rich went above and beyond the call of duty to find me an answer and possible solution. ORDERED A BOX THAT WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4 TO 6 WEEKS TO GET TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET IT THEN WITH LOTS OF PHONE CALLS AND TELLING THEM THAT IF THEY DIDNT HAVE IT TO ME IN 2 WEEKS TO CANCEL THE ORDER THEY GOT IT TO ME THE LAST DAY OF THE DEAD LINE A HOUR BEFORE 5 PM WENT THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL BOX AND ALL THE PANELS WERE NOT CORRECT AND HAD TO BE MODIFIED AND ONE PANEL IS MISSING AS OF YET WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PANEL. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER A WEEK NOW AND LEAVING MESSAGES AND CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AND NO ONE IS RETURNING PHONE CALLS

I have had the pleasure of working with Amerikooler for several years and they have always been the easiest group to work wirh in the industry. Product is unparelled, service is the best.

Customer service is terrible. My cooler was missing the temperature probe. Should be an easy one to fix right? Wrong. After multiple phone calls, and emails, I am no closer to getting the missing probe. The last conversation ended with the tech support guy admitting that he has no idea what or how the probe is connected to the cooler. When I asked him to find someone in the company that actually knows the answer, he put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. And... now they are closed so yea, what a waste of a day. Such an easy thing too... All they have to do is send me the missing probe! I do not recommend.

The worst thing I purchased in my entire 20 years restaurant business.I bought brand new walking cooler for one of my new restaurant, they did not come on time and the guy who installed did not do properly.The compressor was making loud noise and blew up in 2 months.They sent me new compressor and installed but it is to cold, 22F supposed to be 39-41f, I called the customer service and they are even worse.The worst customer service.they never pick up calls nor send service men.I dont recommend this company nor buy any Amerikooler unit for your restaurant.Dont buy otherwise you end up like me.
