I have been coming to Express Vision Care for a long time and all I can say is I’m never disappointed. Their customer service is always on point and their products as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new vision place.

My experience was disastrous. After the eye exam, they wanted to charge me $ 70.00 above the cost that my insurance covered ($ 400.00) for bifocal glasses. The fact is that they explained to me that the frame glasses that I had chosen, which was the one that fit me comfortably, was not covered by my medical insurance. I called my insurance, and they informed me that the insurance did not put certain frame glasses, but a fund of $ 400.00 for the glasses. When I asked how much bifocals cost, they said they didnt know. In short, each person who attended me did not have an explanation for my case. The representative of the optician had no explanation for my situation. She simply told me if I wanted the $ 70.00 back. Logically I left the Location, very upset by the lack of transparency of this optical . The frame glasses that they supposedly have in a box for each insurance, do not have the price set, in short, nothing is clear.

Waiting for an appointment for more then a month. When I get to my appointment they couldnt attend me and my children becuase the insurance system was down and they did not call us ahead of time to let us know that the system was down . We had to go out of our way to get there. As well they had terrible customer service from one of the workers.

Been a customer here for a few years and am sad to report this. Drove from far to pick up my daughters glasses. Being aware they closed at 6. I calledThe center to let them know i would be there by 6 just got a pick up. Because do to my job hours and being a single mom i honestly had barely time to be there sooner. That being said I get there at 6 and the girl is gone. People next door told me she left about 4 min ago. So again drove from far to be there and I couldnt even just pick up. Ive recommended many friend but not again.

Express Vision Care is an optical that treats everyone like family. The staff gets along with everyone and treats everyone with the greatest respect since they walk in the door. The doctor is also great with the patients and explains every process of her exam to you so that you know everything that she is going to do. Once you finish the exam the team of ladies in the front is ready to assist you in choosing your glasses from a wide selection of frames. I left with a smile on my face knowing that I was treated great. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to this office.

I took my mother to get a vision exam at Express Vision Care and it is by far one of the greatest opticals I have ever taken her to. All the employees including the doctor are bilingual which is a major plus to any office. They assisted my mother with great care like if she was a part of their own family. Even with me stepping out of the optical for a moment to take care of something while she had her exam done, my mother told me they continued to treat her with great care. They also helped her find the nicest pair of eyeglasses to fit her style but that also didn’t make her appear old. I will definitely be bringing her back to this office year after year to get her eyes checked and to choose her glasses. I also scheduled an appointment for myself because I loved everything about Express Vision Care.

I was very happy with the service offered in this office, I recently started wearing contacts for the first time. I was given a pair of trial lens by the doctor, one of the ladies gave me class on how to put on and take off my contacts. She sat there patiently making sure I was taking them off and putting them on correctly, and gave me helpful little tips on how to make it easier for myself to do so. I was very happy with their service and I will be looking forward to coming back to them year after year for my annual exam.

I have had many bad experiences with opticals but ever since I found express vision care I would never find a reason or an excuse to leave them. They are the definition of perfect. I found this hidden gem after having the WORSE experience ever with another office.Starting with the phone call I made to book an appointment the ladies there are courteous and professional. Once we arrived- they actually greet and acknowledge you. Sadly, this something that you dont find everywhere these days. All of their employees are attentive and helpful. You dont feel rushed. The Dr. Pomella is so patient and explains everything thoroughly. They have a wide variety of eye glasses and their prices are fair. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone and everyone. INCLUDING for children. I took my 4 year old for his exam, and although I am not thrilled that my son needs glasses 100% of the time- everyone in this place made my experience that much better.
