I’m a tiny size and it’s always been hard to find anything that fits but she helped find the perfect size for me and helped my outfit come together even better than I imagined. The store is very clean and very organized. There is a bunch of varieties of everything your little sexy heart could want. Cynthia at the main register help us out as soon as we got there with our first question about the one item we were actually there to pick up. She was very nice and gave us lots of info on many products we were not even aware of that existed. Needless to say over $100 later and eight items we walked out of there very happy with lots of information and great products. We are definitely looking forward to going back and taking a second look at things we missed 😉😜

You cant help but appreciate how comfortable you are when you visit Caliente (Hialeah). From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a super friendly staff. Never been the type to leave bad reviews on small businesses these are the ones that need the most support but wow this one does deserve it! This afternoon I went to visit this store with my girlfriend and my 4 month old french bulldog. Soon as I walked in I was told that I must carry my dog around the store. I acknowledged their policy and proceeded to carry my puppy. After 10 minutes of looking around I was told politely by the manager/ store owner that their employees and customers have a bad allergy to dogs and we must not have the dog inside. I then decided to step out myself and just have my girlfriend shop around while I wait in the car. Even though my dog is a fully registered service dog by my therapist I made that decision to walk out because I did not want to endanger those that were “allergic”. I still did not want to question their decision even though if it was “their policy” to not allow dogs then this should have been addressed soon as we walked in. Well few minutes of waiting outside my girlfriend steps out and tells me what really happened. She over heard the manager/ store owner say to her employees specifically and I quote, “I told her that there is someone allergic do not let any dogs in here”. As if it were a lie and just a new policy that was suddenly made up today. Long story short I do NOT recommend this to anyone that has a service animal or just a furry best friend to visit this store.

Love Caliente Superstore!! Went to the Hialeah location and store was about to close. The staff was (and always is) extremely helpful in helping me feel at home and comfortable and they helped me find everything I was looking for. They stayed to help process my order after the store had closed and were patient as my order was large and took a bit of time to process. Jorge gave me some product advice on some toys as well and I must say I love them! Ask for Jorge, Paris, or Shirley, they are great! Although the whole staff is great and super friendly, and the product selection is amazing. Caliente is by far the best adult store I have been to and I have been to a lot! They also have a location on SW 8th Street near the Turnpike

Not sure why some reviews are less than 5 stars, the store has a huge range of options and great products. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, especially Prince (thank you!) who helped recommend and find me some great stuff, much appreciated. The prices seemed a little high, but I dont know if any higher than other places, I will definitely be back.

Horrible service, they try to enforce a mask mandate that is NO LONGER IN EFFECT in the state of Florida. I wont be coming back again, and anyone that stands for freedom shouldnt either.To your reply; there is no 2 way street when it comes to freedom. Freedom in all sense of the word would let me enter your store as I am, wearing or not wearing a mask. Mandates and especially store policy dont trump the constitution.I dont know if you are aware, but your employees are kicking people out of your store and being rude while doing it. My husband and I were not the only ones.Thought you should know that, and I asked if the owner knew he was kicking customers out and he said that it was at THE OWNERS request. I support all local businesses but what I dont support is the deterioration of human rights.
