My Fellow Americans, This Costco is Amazing! Hana, Corey and the Management Team and workers here including Vincent at the out door were Amazing and took care of my little issue with my card and made my Bestie Chasidy and I feel welcomed and incredible. They definitely know what Customer Service is.

The store is organized and clean. The staff members are very friendly, professional and very helpful and also very kind.

It’s clean, has products with warranty, low prices, cash back, really good quality, the Costco store also has gasoline near their store with the lowest prices for gasoline and products, and they provided the hand sanitizer at the beginning and every corner of their store, they sell anything from grocery to pharmacy to deli with fresh food that they make in front of you with the lowest price, their cashiers always polite, fast and friendly and they always know what they are doing, in the past 30 years of my grocery the cashier never asked for help. They are trained really well. I go to Costco 3 times a week. I feel comfortable to shop there. Their pharmacy is so fast and knowledgeable that I feel like I am in the hospital. I order my prescription, get my grocery, pick my prescription and leave. Love it.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I wish I could give this place a zero. My family & I are longtime Costco shoppers... probably 2 decades. I was just racially profiled at Costco because Im black and they thought the $1000 worth of goods I was buying was a fraudulent purchase (the supervisor told my spouse thats why they questioned us). It has been a very long time since something has upset me this much but it is infuriating. Im not a thief. Im not scamming. Im purchasing items for my family as I have always done IN COSTCO without any issues & without previously being racially profiled. We cant do anything while black in America without being harassed by representatives & supervisors of a corporation. Needless to say, Ill NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AGAIN. The manager of this store is just awful too... watching from a far while this mess carried on. Worst Costco ever... employees full of attitude. Just a traumatizing experience and a complete waste of precious time!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst Costco in the world. Absolutely no customer service skills. Cashiers look to judge customers, Supervisors are rude & full of attitude. Manager is awful too. Get ready to be treated like a criminal in this store. A zero is what they deserve. Ive never had any issues with Costco prior to this visit at this location & we have 5 households with Costco memberships. We all shop at Costco often. Never again!

I wanted a lamp. I Look for an associate to assist me since it was clearly the last one. After asking on the radio, the associate stated they could sell the lamp however, he couldn’t help me dissemble it so, he just unplugged it and left. It didn’t sound reasonable to me but, I accepted it. Heavy as it was, I managed to place the lamp on the cart. When leaving, the Assistant Manager (Employee # 1991) checked on the computer and told me they couldn’t sell the lamp. I asked:”Why didn’t your associate tell me so before I hit myself with the lamp and almost threw it on the floor?!!!” (check cameras, please). The Assistant FO answered, showing a bad attitude, that the employees on the floor don’t know everything!! We had a short and unfortunate argument and I emphasized the bad customer service. Arguing with a customer, A FREQUENT CUSTOMER deserves one star.

Great place. Only problem in my opinion is marking isles almost not there. In order to find stuff you really have to walk and get to know the place. Customer service is pointing in the right direction. Check outs are amazing live their attitudes. Greeters are great. Lots of people but very fast.

Awful day, the line was to the back of the store. Only three cashier opened at 11:30 am the rest were self service. I been going to Costco for the last 20 years I refuse to make long lines and paid in self service. I don’t plan to go Costco and do all the work of shopping and using self service, please hired more people. Awful management at Miami Lakes Store.

As with any other Costco, you will find everything you need with good discounts on many items! But the lack of signage can make it a chore to find some items if you do not already know where to look.

Good place to shop. Be aware for people from At&T sales reps. Do not believe on their words. They sell internet service to us and when we call company to verify it was different. They will give you promotional price and said its good for ever. Dont believe.

I used to work at Costco and expect to find a certain degree of friendliness at any warehouse I visit. No bad experiences here but good grief could they use some training on greeting and being friendly to customers. The cashier didnt speak or make eye contact. Jim and Craig would not approve. I think this is the scenario used in the Jims Nightmare training video.

I think Costco is abusing customers with respect to prices and even more with the critical situation that the country is going through. It is frustrating to see how you can go to a Costco store and see a price and the next day you go to another branch and see the same product that was worth in the other location $ 21.99 for $ 25.99 in another location. Prices do not match and are not manipulated in the correct way based on the market. Of course we understand that the world situation affects large companies but the luxury that these companies cannot afford is to affect the pocket of the taxpayers.

First of all I love this particular stores and their employees but the last 3 time I had bought the meet to grill is disgusting what I will be getting that I got to the point that today I had to throw it away. Please stop selling this or you will lose your customers. I don’t think this is safe for any one. $50 to the trash. Buyers please be aware

Worst experience at this warehouse. Jonathan at self checkout was being very discriminating because two men were shopping doing two separate transactions. My partner told them that we were shopping together he called someone else to come verify the integrity of our membership and kept insisting. This was uncalled for because we’ve never experienced this. That interaction was very disrespectful and I will be calling corporate. Do better at training your employees.

Jessica she works in customer service she has a bad attitude and poor Customer service skills. Is my second time returning an item and she has provided me with the same negative and disrespectful attitude. She should be retrain on how to provide better customer service. Very disappointed.All customers should be treated with dignity and respect.

This is the best Costco in the Miami area. The employees are diverse so theyre actually able to help people that speak languages other than Spanish. Parking is relatively easy compared to other locations, the staff actually say hello and have manners, and the checkout line is never a complete disaster! I drive here instead of going to my local Costco because it actually saves me time!

Is unclear in some establishments indoor s like Costco this location. What are the mask requirements. If you go by the CDC indoors masks are required. Well enforcing them is another matter. Please let your readers know masks are a great idea always indoors even if you are fully vaccined. Also if two weeks have past since your second dose please stay masked specially indoor s because we are NOT able to convince the rest of the population to get vaccinated. So please stay safe. Still do 6 feet and masks even if you are fully vaccined. Just my humble opinion because I want you to be safe.

Staff is friendly and place is clean, wish they had more variety of sliced cheeses, fresh milk and dried pasta. Parking is a bit uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good.

Lines completely backed up while employees hold up self checkout transactions to less than a dozen items and only one transaction. Time for Costco to upgrade self checkout to machines that actually handle regular transactions. No supervisor in sight. Long lines every single time I come here for the same senseless problem. This is the closest Costco to my house so its where I usually go for my Costco needs. Dont try to come here on the weekends if you hate waiting in line for a long time to pay for your items or to fill up your tank with gas because during the weekends its always very busy.Most of the time when I come here my must buy items are:#1 Costco chicken#2 Kirkland Beef Hot Dogs (their huge!)#3 hot dog buns#4 2 cases of Kirkland Bottled Water#5 2 cases of Coca-Cola#6 I always eat at the cafeteria, a hot dog + soda only costs $1.50 + tax.#7 Costco Gas which is a little less expensive than going to Chevron (the next least expensive)Their interstate batteries are also an awesome deal when you need to change your car battery.My only gripes with this Costco are that:#1 Their always moving things around so you have to go searching to see if they still sell them.#2 They often remove products that I enjoyed buying from them like Campbells Canned Soups, Progresso Canned Soups, Health Choice Canned Soup, The big box of Red Pringles Tubes, and the Chocolate Chip Cookies with the granny painted on them.#3 Their instore deals on video games suck compared to BJs who sometimes sells game bundles for really cheap ($20 or so), I remember once I purchased the Tomb Raider I, II, III trilogy from BJs for PS2 for like $20 and another time in BJs I purchased the Homeworld PC game along with two other PC games in a triple pack for $20 but Costco doesnt have deals like that, usually the video games at Costco are full price or a minor discount.#4 Their lines are always huge on the weekends, shouldnt they schedule more cashiers on the weekends if they know that their going to be more busy on the weekends?

I grew up going to costco, great place, everything nice and clean. Staff is super attentive, polite, nice with great attitudes. I buy food, appliances, things such as blankets, some clothing, plants. Costco has a little bit of everything. Another good thing is their food court. Their pizza is BOMB not only the taste but the price is good. You guys have to try the vanilla and acai swirl, or acai berry bowl. The chicken bait and churro ate awesome, tasty choices as well. Dont forget they have a gas station which is always cheaper than all the other gas stations in the street. Even though the store might be closed the gas station is open earlier for access. I love costco.

Had a great experience with the membership department as well as one of the stock managers. In both instances they were all very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Got my card fixed, found my product, and got out of a very crowded store in record time. This was on a Friday, at noon, in December, 2020 no less. (WHAAAT???) SUPERB job by all involved. Thank you!

I went shopping with my son at Costco. The area.carnica is ok. The cheese product area does not have the required variety. The fresh produce area is deficient in the variety required for a healthy diet.

Best place to shop wholesale food

Great place for bulk items, but parking is a nightmare. The lines at checkout were down almost to the end of the store in the water section. No real social distancing but everyone did wear their masks. The staff was friendly even with all the crowds and rude customers.

Need more space for parking, and if you have a limit on certain product they need to mention it right there not at the checkout .

Worst place to deliver. Rude personal including the manager Sam. Whats the point of having appointments if your not going to use them. Im the only truck here and its take more than 2 hours just to start on it. I hope Costco takes the detention out of the receivers and the mangers check.

So let me tell you how Enrique at the gas station went above and beyond. I won’t go into specifics, but this boy seriously deserves the Costco equivalent of employee of the month. Super nice and gracious with everyone regardless of the heat and situation. A lot of respect for him and I hope he gets properly recognized, though I highly doubt that’s why he does his job with such positivity.

Cant be Costco for quality, precious price an availability. 40 bottles of water for $2.99. Variety of turkey, chicken, beef, fish, Lobster, shrimp you name it LOL also a sales pamphlet every month. And if youre hungry at that moment you can buy a large rotisserie chicken for only $4.99 or you have the food court at 18 inch pizza $10 all beef hot dog with soda $1.50 and many other All Day specials at the food court. Men and women clothing and shoes not to mention all the electronics for great prices school supplies all the supplies your name this Costco has it. Michelin tires the best plus $70 off sometime 150 with all the perks

Its amazing every time I go to the costco store I can appreciate an increase in prices in a blatant way. It is no longer worth paying for an annual membership as you do not receive any benefits. That is why one as a consumer cannot marry a particular establishment because, they start to scam you and by habit you do not realize it. I recommend you visit other places and you can compare the great differences and the savings that you can get outside of Costco!The marriage to Costco is over ...

Quality is a big thing when comes to their products especially the in-house brand that provides excellent price, better volume and I have to say a good OEM for all that they represent. Hot food sold is always changing for better and throughout time new products are been introduce with better nutrient facts. Note: always try not to go a weekends (insane) but, they manage to keep it flowing.

However with the recent corona scare, Costco was the first store in Dade county that took the initiative of social distancing, sanitizing the carts before handing them to customers. Even with all this they managed the flow of customers remarkably. Amazing staff great service

Went to get new tires for my daughters truck. They followed all safety protocols and the truck was ready in under 45 minutes. We always get our tires at Costco They do great work.
