Con lo caro qué esté lugar me dieron un pan viejísimo qué tenía un olor raro como elevadura, y duro como un bate.The first time I went to this bakery it was pretty good, expensive but good. Lately it’s just a disappointing experience, time after time. This receipt is from the other morning when I made my kids Cafe con Leche and went there because it’s the closest bakery. Once again they gave me a super old bread, it was stinky, hard like a rock, and was just falling apart when you would cut it.

I was blown away by their pastries, Breadman is sort of a gourmet Cuban bakery. Their corn and cheese croquetas, and their meat and maduros pastelitos are pure yuuuuminess!😋 Try them youll love it!!!❤

Someone told me how good the coconut puff pastry were in this Bakery and this person was completely right! They’re delicious! We tried other things like croquettes and some little bread with some ham spread paste! So good! I’m just looking for excuses to go to Hialeah and stop by this Bakery! Can’t wait! I love this place!! I’ve been hooked ever since my BFF introduced me to Breadman a few years ago. Whenever I’m down in the Miami area I always visit. Never been disappointed at this locations. The pastries are delicious. Along with all their cakes and sandwiches. All time favorite is their Jack Daniels cake!! They have a large variety of croquettes. The Hialeah location is the best!!

The best bakery ever. Their pastelitos are fresh and delicious. Forget Vicky Bakery or Ricky Bakery...their stuff is stale and practically inedible. Gotta try this place. Weekends are busy but worth the wait.

Service was ok...seems the art of making pastries has been lost. The pastelitos were stale. The meat pastelitos had a hard ball of meat with no flavor. The guava and cheese felt like sand. Ive really never had something this bad. I had high hopes but a total fail.

We ordered a croqueta cake (with guava inside) for my husband’s grandmother’s 94th birthday; she was so surprised and delighted. The price was reasonable, nice presentation and the taste was amazing! Defiantly recommend and would order again from here.

Our staff experienced an excellent food service, quality and quantity. Delivery was early and ready to be served. I was totally surprised with the taste off the Frita Cubana. It had Rico written on the box. Which explained its delicious taste. I would totally recommend this place for food take outs to office. Very Delicious food.

What can you expect from Hialeah? Not much! Thats the honest truth. Ive been here a few times and whenever I go to pick up my breakfast, they never acknowledge you when you walk through the door, they never even say something like well be right with you just so that you know that theyve noticed you and that you are SEEN. The food is great, I wont say anything bad about that but the customer service needs work. I always order my food through GrubHub, mind you and then I walk over to pick up the food. It should be an easy pick up and go but nope... You have to stand in line and wait until someone notices you. Theres no organization or real line people are just standing around skipping others in line or getting ahead because they are in a hurry or something!In conclusion: Work on your customer service because its terrible!

I would like to give this place zero stars but its not an option. I dont even know if the food is good or not, but the sevice is horrible. I stood in line and no one even acknowledge me, instead after moving to counter they started helping those behind me. Never going back!

Creative pastries, service could be better. My first time experience wasnt as thrilling. It actually left me wondering what all the hype was for... Im doubtful there would be another visit. My sandwich only had tomato on one side and the description of the sandwich said nothing about onions which mine did include and they asked me if I wantedd ketchup or mayo, I asked for both but got none. The lady was more concerned in receiving a tip and attending the next.

When in the area I like to get it this taste treat. Many baked goods to choose from. Gava & cheese as always my go-to. Local eateries are the best

Good food but the service could be better. I called to be place an order but no one ever answered. They don’t like to answer the phones when they are busy. That’s what one of the girls told me. I think they should give priority to ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Its awesome when they get your order correct. They would get a 5 🌟 if that would be the case. But, they always forget a pastry, or miss a sandwich, always... But, its yummy. So, I keep giving them chances.

By far the best bakery i have been too. Great selection on the meun and very friendly staff. Ordered a sandwich and the bread is super soft and the meat in side was super flavorful. Pastolitos are on point.

This is the only bakery where the food is fresh. I love it. Their tres leche is amazing.

My boyfriend and I came across this bakery last year and we loved it! Their food was amazing as were their prices. But as of late, any time we order from them via Uber Eats, the orders are incorrect. No matter how many notes I place on the order and/or call them to confirm, the food thats delivered is incorrect. Its gotten to the point that my boyfriend has stop ordering for them altogether. Ive been giving them a chance as I know there is a lot going on in the world in general so details can get lost, but after months of dealing with the same thing and receiving the wrong order just today, I think I am going to stop ordering from them as well. Their food is delicious but there is no attention to detail when you specifically ask for something. It sucks when you order practically the same thing, and the staff knows you by name yet they still send the wrong item. Its frustrating, especially knowing the amount of money we spend there and how much weve enjoyed their food when theyve gotten it right.

My colleague introduced me to this bakery in December 2019 and Ive been hooked ordering from them every time Im in my office. They make some amazingggggggg toast the bread is superb and the butter is yummy. They make some amazing empanadas too my favorite is the ham and cheese & the ropa vieja one too. The coffees have great portions too. The women in the front and the workers in general are nice & quick. I normally order from Uber and they dont mess up when food is getting delivered. I recently started order for pickup via the app and its a smooth proceee too. I love their packaging too. I just love Breadman. Its a hidden gem 💎

Best croquettes and nutella pastries!

Great location, great food, and great owner. Usually order one or twice a week from this location and think they deserve a 5 star rating. Only issue that I am sure others have is the service and how backed up they get. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes in the past and I believe that the owner should implement a new way to receive call in orders so that they could avoid losing any customers for being too busy.

I stumbled across this delicious bakery while waiting for my car to be repaired. My family enjoyed great Cuban sandwiches and great service!

So yesterday my car broke down in Hialeah I took it to a mechanic around recliner and I come back today Im hungry and looking for something to eat while I wait for them to finish my car my mechanic sends me down to this little Bakery Ive never heard of with the most amazing coquetas and pastries I dont think Ive ever had any this good so far in my life. On top of that the place is absolutely amazing they also have Nutella pastries and for being right in the heart of Hialeah I was extremely surprised how fluent in English everybody here was and how accommodating they were. this place is a must-visit Im definitely going to be back.

I love Miami Breadman, I order all my birthday and party cakes from here and I always get asked where is the food from. Lissette always takes care of me and I never have an issue. Everything is delicious you cant ever go wrong with this place.

What a WONDERFUL spot! Service was great, the place was packed, but I waited in line for, literally, 10 seconds! The young lady who took my order was patient, and professional, yet friendly. They customized my order to my liking, without questioning or a hassle, although it was not a regular on their menu. The food, OMG was GREAT! Very fresh, appetizing, and delicious. The place is clean & organized which shows me someone cares about their customers experience at their establishment. I WOULD SURELY COME BACK AGAIN, and tell my family and friends as well!

This is the best thing in Hialeah. As their sign says Life is too short to skip dessert. Dont skip dessert, you wont regret it. The service is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I visit this bakery at least twice a week.

I agree with that last review. Food is great but the service of the place has gone way down. I was in there for a little over 20 minutes for a toast and some coffee, and its not even that the place was packed. There were only maybe 3 customers ahead of me when i came in. They have plenty of staff in there but they all seem to be running around with no sense of direction. My cashier would be helping me one second then wander off and be helping another customer that is already being assisted by another staff member. If they can get their service in order i would rate this place 5 star.

Love this place. But I knocked off a star for their subpar service while I was trying to make an order over the phone. As I was placing my order it suddenly dropped or I was hung up on. Called back no answer. Called again and they finally answered the phone. I let them know I was half way ordering when the line went dead. They said the call dropped. Ok whatever it happens.I tell her I want to place my order she’s like I can’t answer the phone when there is people here the owners don’t allow it. I looked at my phone bewildered. I was like ok so I can’t make an order to pick up. The short answer was no.I get to the location a few minutes later and the place is not as busy. There’s customers yes but not hopping like it was made over the phone. I order and get my food. As I’m waiting for my food I watch one of the women behind the counter answer the phone and take an order over the phone and it was a very complicated order.So the double standards were definitely there. The service wasn’t the best this time but the food makes up for it. I’ll continue to come here but everyone needs to be on the same page about how/when/who answers the phone.

Good food overall. Had brunch there one day. Friendly staff. Prices reasonable. Got some treats to go. One of the three was rancid so I took a star off for that, but I would go back to eat for sure.

As I walked in I saw 3 German cockroaches on the floor walking around and as I stood there waiting 30 mins with only 1 person in front of me that wasnt being attended cause the employees were to busy drinking cafe and gossiping I saw 7 more German roaches walking on the casher counter and pastry cabinets. When I and fellow customers pointed out to the employees their only response was we fumagte here monthly and in Spanish cause no one there speaks English I even had to help translate for the couple infront of me who didnt speak spanish. So with that said thats why Im leaving rhis review please clean the store and get rid of roaches then reopen

Always a great snack or meal

First time going into this bakery, I got croqueta preparada, wow it was so big and tasty, the ladies at the counter, were very nice and polite. Very clean and organized place. I will go back soon.

I love coming here! The pastries are delicious, the cakes and desserts are a sweet lovers dream! The sandwiches are bomb!! I recommend the Rico suave, best sandwich ever!!Obsessed with their shakes, they are on another level, they are made with condensed milk! It’s my favorite place to go to, whenever I go spend the weekend with a friend who lives near by. No matter what time of day, I go and get the breakfast, the first one on the menu. It comes with eggs (which can be made however you like), choice of meat( ham, chorizo, sausage links, or bacon) (cheese is extra), toast, fries, and coffee. All for $6. The only complaint I have is that the fries in the breakfast could be crunchier. But other than that I think it’s worth the stop, whether it’s for a sandwich or you feel like having something sweet, like tres leches, you should definitely not pass on an opportunity to go.

Ordered about 150 worth of food for a breakfast I wanted catered at my home 5 days in advance. My order was supposed to be ready at 1030. It is currently 1110 and I am still waiting for my order. Was told that half of my order was not even started on when I arrived at 1025. Unacceptable.

Great breakfast come try it

This place has good food. However, i have a major ussue with coming in over an hour before closing and most things not being available because they are cleaning to get ready to close. Today in particular is a hot sunday in hialeah, my wife and i decided a cold fresh squeezed orange juice would be perfect. Well, since we arriced at 2:50 and they close at 4pm the machine was being cleaned and unavailable.. this is not the fist time this happens most pastries were unavalble too. Please! If you close at 4 allow your services to be open until that time. If not, just close at 2:50.

We buy here on a weekly basis, for the past few months the pastelito quality has deteriorated. EXTREMELY dry

Very nice place and would defenitely go back, however lady who took my order seemed to be in a rush since the moment I walked in. Even my sandwich was cold because of the rush the lady had... Just slow down a bit and everything else would be just perfect.

Ordered 2 dulce de leche birthday cakes, came from Broward to pick them up to deliver to SoBe to VIP event, trust me when I say VIP. Asked to sample a Nutella pastelito and I was denied. Made me feel kind of mistreated... cut these girls some slack and allow them to treat customers when they deserve it ;)On the other hand, cakes were a success, I made sure guests knew where they were from. Personally, I would prefer if dulce de leche filling were stretched more to the edge. Otjerwise, congrats on a really good product.

I was hungry for some traditional cuban breakfast and was in the Hialeah area. Breadman came highly recommended. I had El Completo which gives you a little of everything: eggs, bacon/ham/sausage, tostada, fries, cafe con leche. Yes to their delicious breakfast! Everything tasted great. I also requested a natural orange juice because its a must at a cafeteria. The pastelitos looked amazing. The croquetas were very tasty, but I prefer the regular ones over the de la casa croquetas, aka the ones they make there

Very good food and even greater service.I had a breakfast sandwich that was very delicious, a pastry filled with Nutella and their cafe con leche (coffee with milk) which was perfect!Now their service is just out of this world, all their staff (mostly Cuban or Cuban descent women) there, calls you mi amol or (my love), corazón ([my] heart) and they just make you feel welcome and important.Definitely recommend it and would go back if I lived in that area.Very affordable too!
