These people are awesome. They put up with my not knowing exactly what I want when I show up, and dont get irritated (at least not that I can tell) when I change my mind 4 times before I buy. They also seem to be the most reasonably priced metal supplier I have dealt with, and dont try to enforce any $450 minimum purchase, like some other companies do. They greet you with a smile, are patient, helpful, and are pleasant throughout every one of my visits.I wont go anywhere else for any relevant purchases.Thank you for your GREAT customer service!

Of the 5 companies I requested quotes Metals Supermarkets was the only one to get it right. The order was complete nothing forgotten or left off. ANA was particularly helpful and attentive. I found their facility to be surprisingly clean and well organized.

I just stopped by Metal Supermarkets Miami to order a custom cut piece of aluminum plate. Claudia in the front office helped me out with my order and within minutes the metal was pulled from the racks in the warehouse and cut on the big shear. Very fast, friendly service at a great price!

I decided to visit metal supermarkets in Miami as an alternative to other local metal supply. I was beyond amazed by their customer service. Mike and Claudia are both really friendly and extremely knowledgeable on everything they carry. They took the time to explain to me the differences between hot and cold rolled steel. They even cut all my steel to size without the $4 per cut fee other local suppliers charge and loaded it up into my truck for me. It is really refreshing to see other people take pride not only in their business but in the service they provide.

The staff was exceptional and the service was excellent. I went looking for just a few pieces of metal and ended up having lots of steel and other metals delivered. The delivery was totally free too!The store was clean, they offered custom cuts, and the process was very quick. Mike, Claudia and Ana were all very nice and very knowledgeable. Mike assured me that he can get most stuff same day but if ts a large order then they will be able to deliver the steel and aluminum the next day.As I mentioned, Mike will do custom cuts for you by using his Torchmate CNC plasma cuter. If you have a rough idea of what your trying to do the staff will work with you to get the specific pieces designed, cut and delivered very quickly. From what he said to me I can save time by just calling in ahead of time and he can either deliver it or I can pick it up. The delivery is freeI highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer. Very attentive to detail and extremely convenient.
