The screws on the rocking chairs we purchased rusted after 6 months. My patio deck is now full of rust. After contacting this establishment several times, they claim to have mailed out replacement aluminum screws which never arrived. Last attempt to contact them, they told us if we were in such hurry to replace the screws we should go to HomeDepot to purchase new ones and then blamed us for not properly maintaining the patio furniture. I have been living in Miami for 27 years and this is the first time I have been told that it is our responsibility to put WD-40 on patio furniture hardware for screws not to rust. You would think such expensive patio furniture should come with aluminum screws built when they were manufactured, especially when they claim their product is top notch. Never again!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. Yes, the service was great and the staff took a great deal of their time to answer all questions and concerns. However, the furniture is very low quality. The statements saying that it high quality and can withstand the hot Florida sun is all a lie. My furniture was falling apart within 18 months. I reached out the the salesman, which provided me with contact information for the warehouse... nothing was resolved... its been 3 months and all I have is broken furniture so I lost a few thousand dollars for NOTHING! I found them through OfferUp. DO NOT spend a dime. You will lose your money!!!! The 5 star reviews are all current, but when they turn the corner of 12-18 months, they will not be happy. Such a huge disappointment!

“How hard it is to find outdoor furniture?!”A reoccurring question my wife and I could not find an answer too for over 2 years. This was until I drove right next to a huge delivery truck on the 836-express way on my way home from work. I saw a beautiful, colorful living set and luckily for me this was just a normal evening in Miami around 5 p.m., so I was able to sit in traffic and brose through their website. After slowly falling in love with their unique product and designs I gave the showroom in Hialeah a ring.A gentleman by the name of Jonathan picked up the phone and answered in a very polite manner, after a couple of questions from my end Jonathan effortlessly gave me a quick synopsis of the company and in detail the specs of their products. Soon after we hung up, I received a couple of text messages with the address of the Hialeah showroom and pictures of exactly what my wife and I envisioned for our home. With no plans on stopping anywhere before I got home, I was convinced Outdoor Patio Emporium had my next patio set ready for me.Knowing they did close at 7 pm, I made my way to the showroom anyway just to prove to myself no one had what my family was searching for. Well, that exactly didn’t happen. I was BLOWN away, from the first step into the showroom. I was greeted by my now friend, before sales associate Jonathan. He had to have known I was coming in because he knew exactly who I was when I walked in. He then began to hold normal conversation, which we than discovered we attended the same high school. For a moment, I forgot I was even in a furniture store. After explaining my space and us taking a couple measurements we actually did find the perfect grey wicker with blue cushion set to sit outside of my beautiful home right next to the canal.With no plans on making a purchase, ESPECIALLY a big purchase without my master (beautiful wife), I had to make a family decision. Jonathan mentioned that the company did offer financing. Which can sometimes be skeptical, but it was with Synchrony Financial. A company I had just recently been approved with, from roomstogo. Within minutes I was quickly approved for more than the set was and ended up also finding the perfect size dinning set to match my new living set.Jonathan helped me finalize my purchase and made it a very easy and comfortable process, providing water, assistance, information and overall a great customer service. The next day the warehouse department called me to set up a time and date to the earliest of my convivence. My patio furniture was delivered brand new from boxes to my home within 8 or 9 days. The warehouse guys helped stage my home exactly how I envisioned and it has been looking amazing since that day and I’ve had my furniture for over a year now and couldn’t be more pleased.Thankyou again to the OPE team,Love the Giles family.

I love my furniture I bought from Outdoor Patio on 2016 this gorgeous very unique design that I had not seen anywhere else it still looks great and I am happy to say that I have not had any issues with my set, I did buy a few months ago a set of covers in a different color and thank God its still in stock after two years!! I am very happy with my purchase and when they called me up to ask about my furniture and to write about it I said yes the customer service I received from Tiffany was awesome and I am happy to talk about them!! Everyone that visits my house loves my patio furniture, whenever I want a new look I will visit them again.

It is the worst experience ever, I bought a set of furniture with an umbrella for $ 1000.00 and a month, I had it to returned it,, because it falls apart with a regular day no wind, they brought me another and a month it was worse, I took it back to the store and the manager Johny the worse told me that he has to open few umbrellas to choose one since khaki no longer had more, I did not agree to take another since it would be the same, I asked for my money back and johny came on with a restoking fee which never they told me to charge me, they are thieves, they want to keep peoples money by selling junk furniture that is useless,.They have a seller who sells everything as the best and it turns out that it is all a hoax, I spent More than 5000 in furniture and now we will see how they turn out because I gave them back the umbrella and they still have not returned my money, they are thieves, do not buy there, I do not recommend them.it is so sad to trust people and business and then it turns out to be a big scam.I am not going to stop until I have my money back, I am reporting this issue with BBB, and all the department related with business, they mess with the wrong person.Dont deserve not even one star, This is the kind of business that people get rich by cheating others honest people.

This was the worst purchase I have ever made. The owner said the furniture was high quality and was used at all the resorts in Punta Cana. He stated it was high quality material that was exposed to the sun and very durable. Within a few months, the loungers wicker was falling apart. A few weeks later, this is what started happening. Do not purchase anything here. I now have furniture that I cant even repair.

We purchased the OPE-3004 dining set in the fall of 2016 along with the large storage bin. Recently, the wicker on the edge of the table and the edges of the storage bin have disintegrated. The entire set is under roof and within a screened pool enclosure and does not get all-day sun. This is definitely not commercial grade materials. Our wicker looks very similar to others who have reported the same problem. And regarding the excuse that is has to be cleaned frequently, this was NEVER mentioned when it was sold to us (at the Orlando store). For the price paid and the claims of durability, this is very disappointing.

I was very impressed and appreciative of his efforts to inform us, the guy jumped on the furniture and even poured water on the cushions to show us what we can expect. Got to agree with him there furniture looks good but they actually sucks. Theyre actually made in China not in any other country like they lead you to believe. While picking up a item Ive seen them fill in the scratch with a marker.The employees are polite. Pedro and Carlos was very helpful. And as for the original owner he should let his wife run it she does a better job.

If you need patio furniture, youre better off buying from a big company, not a small company like this. We bought patio furniture from Outdoor Patio Emporium in April 2018 and had to get Miami-Dade County Consumer Protection involved in July because they were supposed to exchange our furniture when we received the wrong one in April and they never had it. This issue was dragging along since April and when we finally went into the store on a Sunday in July, we happen to go when Jonathan wasnt in (which was a big mistake) and ended up having to deal with Manny, the owner of the store, who is a liar and told us he wasnt the owner, but when you look up the business in Sunbiz, hes the owner. Anyhow, Manny doesnt seem to deal well with women, he got offended that a woman was demanding with him and refused to continue to do business with us. He said hed rather give us a refund and that their company would be by during the week to pick up the furniture. We took his word for it. When the delivery guys arrived, they started taking pictures and sending them to the crooked owner and he immediately called them and said he wouldnt be taking the furniture back because we had destroyed it. I stood next to the driver as he told the owner, Manny, that the furniture was in good condition and he still refused. There were 4 pillows that had water stains of them, which we offered to pay for even though they had told us the pillows were water resistant and water impermeable. It went back and forth and the driver told my husband to call Manny directly cause his phone was dying, and when my husband called him, he called his driver to curse him out for giving us his number. Manny continued telling us that the owner refused to take the furniture, when we asked him who the owner was, he said that over his dead body would he be giving us the name of the owner and then he stopped taking our calls. The next day I contacted Consumer Protection and they eventually got in contact with the company and at the end of the day, Jonathan worked it out and was able to issue our credit. If it hadnt been for him, and Miami-Dade County, we wouldnt have seen a dime.When I spoke to Miami-Dade County and asked them if they thought I should write a review online, they told me I definitely should because potential customers need to know what could happen to them. So, finally, almost 4 months after receiving the incorrect furniture and being told to keep it until the correct furniture arrived, I received a refund minus delivery charges.So, beware if you decide you want to buy patio furniture from them. And try not to deal with Manny because hes as crooked as they come.
