Everytime I go in there the staff is so friendly and caringThey make you feel welcome. And they also work with you to really get what you want. So I say thumbs up 100 percent.

I found the staff to be nice and very helpful . I was trying to match up an oven rack in my fish house oven and the lady that helped me was very nice and we were able to find a rack that would work. Ill be back to give them more business.

They said they would deliver on a Tuesday but they did not, plus when my friend called they said I’ll see about it and said I’ll call you back. The rest of the day not a single call. So blue moon did not deliver when they said plus they did not call to tell us about my friends furniture. We have been told it isn’t a good place for furniture this just proves them right. We tried the benefit of the doubt but they decided that it doesn’t matter.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. They said the matching sets were brand new and nothing wrong with them. After getting it home and setup the washer was missing lights in the settings. Ran a test cycle to make sure it worked and it forgot to spin to dry out the clothes. The 36 minute cycle took 60+ minutes and didn’t even clean the clothes. When asking the sales lady for a refund because this “new” item is junk, she said they have a strict no refund policy. I don’t know if their policy means lying about what products are new and which ones are used, but it seems that way. The top part of the washer is even discolored as if it came from a smokers home. We will never do business here again.

I bought my bed and stove from there! I love them both good quality. Blue moon has such a nice staff working there.The guys who delivered my items were very professional and polite.Definitely will be shopping there always.

Bought a couch set,bed set and end tables! Ive had my bed for two days and Ive never slept better in my life! The couch is so comfortable my kids ended up falling asleep on it! Thank you bluemoon! And to Heather and Jeff!

I found this company on Facebook and started messaging Katt about a washer and dryer set I wanted, she let me know that set had sold but then she sent me a few more sets they had available. I made the 1.5 hour drive today to go buy a new washer and dryer and they even came in on a day they were closed to help me out, they helped us load the appliances up and they even gave us a year warranty with our machines. So far so good! They were very kind and informative also. The 4 stars is only because I was told the set I was coming for was new and I came to find out the dryer is refurbished but that was okay as long as the warranty came with it!

Be careful their driver that hit us with the company truck was uninsured. The owner is very friendly and talks a good story.

Great prices and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bought a refrigerator and stove together and gave me a good package deal. Got my gas stove home and ran into a problem with it which was minor. They sent out a couple of their guys and corrected the problem in a timely manner hassle free. I will most likely be buying from them again.

I saw a post on Facebook about this place. The almighty dollar I see. Owner manager sitting back collecting a paycheck while customers can not use a stove, dryer, circuit board that was needed. I bet if it were your family or your personal equipment youd find ways to get it fixed fast and accurately. Think about that. Do as you want treated. Ill never do business with you folks because of the lack of service and lies you provide. From these posts. And little comment after all these posts. Fix it dont talk about it!!

They dont have parts. It takes a whole day just to find out if they even have a refrigerator part at a secret location. Please stop advertising under parts.

Needed a pump for my dishwasher, gave them a call and they asked if I could text them the model #, within minutes they text back said they would look and see if they could find a pump out of a machine since they dont specialize in parts but more of whole machines. Few minutes later they text me saying they had one and would hold it for me. Gave me the pump for $50 less then most online part sites and didnt have to pay shipping and handling and had it that day rather than 7-10 business days later. Very professional, great attitudes, very friendly! I will most definitely be going back if I need anything they offer!

Bought a fridge from this place. The Technician had to come four separate times to repair the fridge because it went out. Each time the fridge went out it took them two to three days before they would get back to us. Some of our food and milk went bad each time the fridge went out. They finally swapped out the fridge with a different one. The new one that they brought didn’t have any of the door shelves in it.Very frustrated! The employees were very nice and friendly!

We purchased a fridge. It had frost issues and a technician had to come over multiple times. Scratched the hell out of the inside of the fridge. It works now though I guess

A few months ago my dad purchased a Kenmore stove from this place. After getting it delivered and set up the burner lights would come in just by touching any part of the stove. After calling and letting them know this, they came to look at it and said it needed a new circuit board. It was supposedly ordered. In the meantime the stove doesnt get used for fear it might bellow up. Last week my dad called to find out about circuit board. He told the guy in charge of the stoves he wanted it fixed or returned or money back. He told him nobody has used the stove for fear it would blow up. He was laughed at by the manager of stoves. He was also told the circuit board was in and that his son has it. Just because my brother works there he put the blame on him. My brother never saw a circuit board nor was it given to him. Mind you, he does not work on stoves! Needless to say, choice words were said among the two phone. Now theres a stove sitting in my dads kitchen and not a word has been heard from them. Now what kind of business are you running?? Its been two more weeks and still no circuit board. Whats going on????

Absolutely horrible. Bought a washing machine from them and decided to do the 90 day financing option because we couldn’t afford to pay it outright. Picked up the machine, brought it home, put in the first load and the machine didn’t work. The next morning we brought it back. The manager at the Hibbing store won’t close our 90 day financing and says we have to use that LOC in their store. I called the place they do their financing through, they said it’s not a problem at all to close the LOC they just need the go ahead from Blue Moon. The manager lied to me, said the financing place says there’s nothing they can do. The manager has lied several times, has not returned one phone call. Now we were going to be forced to use a LOC we opened for a machine that wouldn’t even wash one load of laundry and was returned within 24 hours. I’m hoping the owner will see this review and contact me. My family can not afford to be forced to use that LOC. Hibbing manager should be fired- I have never been lied to so much by a business owner in my life. Absolute joke.

We got our fridge and stove from them before, this time our dryer went out and it was emergent that we get another one due to health issues with someone in our house. They were GREAT and got us what we needed at a price we could truly afford!

Great deal on a gas cooktop. Also purchased a side/side fridge that we were told was 33 wide. Got it home and it is 36 wide. Now after hooking up the ice/water feature, discovered that the fridge itself has an internal leak. I wonder what is wrong with the gas cooktop?

Our dishwasher started to have a problem with draining. They came out and replaced the pump and when that did not work they switched it out with a new one.
