Just had my Viper remote start installed. They did everything that they said that they were going to do as far as drop off time and when to pick up. Its my first time doing business with them, so far so good.

I brought my car in to have a remote start installed. Imagine my surprise when they called and told me I already had one. All I needed was a new key fob. They could have made a sale and installed a new one or even tell me they did and left the old one in. Their honesty and integrity is number 1!!!! Website was perfect and I found what info I needed for a friend to make a choice to do business with them or not for a situation with his vehicle and because the service he was looking for was clearly listed, HAC got another happy customer. Plus if this was a full review of this business, I would say from all my personal experiences of HAC are all great and why I thought of them first and will always recommend them till they really drop the ball for me one day but havent yet in over two decades and doubt they will just saying. They also had moved to a new location since I last used them which was made clear on the website also and I will give a full review when I go see their new location though still on the beltline which is nice. They tried to take advantage of me charge me when i was Building the car for my grandma 600 to install a 200 dollar amp im my car when the car didnt need an amp saying that the car has an amp in it and it does not and saying i cant get an alarm with out a remote start very un trust worthy called called crutchfield ten min problems fixed
