I am From tradex usa logistics and He owes me 30k thousand dollars I am paying the doubt of Cesar Garcia, He earned my trust sending fake checks to the company that I was working with and when those checks get returned I had to respond for the doubt because I dispatched him uninsured and he never responded for that money, When those checks get returned I dispatched him more than 30k, its not fair to pay something you did not spent So Do not do business with Cesar Garcia or you will have to.

They owe my client $40,000.00 USD. Mr. Garcia bounced a $15,000 ACH payment which was suppose to be the down payment. Lots of excuses, no payments. He is a complete scam artist
