I will not be using Fastsigns again.The only reason I’m giving a 2 is because the turn around was quick and they had polite customer service.But every other aspect was a 1, which includes quality of products were cheap, every single one got easily scratched and I don’t want my customers getting something that scratches easily.The other thing that I didn’t like was that everything had to be paid in full before I could even get a proof. Once the proof came back via email to verify the design, I called to adjust some minor details instead of sending remarks back via the email they sent just because it was easier to call. Most places should let the customer see the product before making them pay in full up front even if you have the words proof or Fastsigns all over the design.After I called about making a few minor changes, I never got sent a new proof to review. The next business day they called and said the decals were ready, so I went to pick them up but got lucky that the updated version looked fine, I mean after all I didn’t get a second proof and the decals were already paid for.Just a waste of money and time. Honestly I don’t care about the $25 y’all charged for “Artwork Conversion” but a check to cover the cost for the unusable decals I have would be nice.Thanks

Fast Signs did a wonderful job creating a 15 foot x 10 foot vinyl for our show. At the last minute we realized the dimensions were wrong - it was our error - and they quickly went to work to make it work! I see all the great reviews here, so Im puzzled as to why my experience was so different. I called during business hours to request a quote and got voicemail, so I left a message. No one ever called me back. After 2 weeks and several more messages I finally called and got someone to answer, and was told they needed pictures of the building before they could give me a quote. I sent pictures, and two weeks later still no quote. I finally got someone back on the phone, and they said they would have to come measure. Joan came out to measure and said they would get me a quote right away. After a few more weeks of me calling and even texting Joan with no answer, I talked to Miranda who said she would take over my project and make it her top priority. After two more weeks she got a quote to me, but when I asked if I could see a sketch of what it would look like she said she would send it to proofing. Two more weeks, nothing. Finally got her back on the phone, and she said they needed a copy of my logo to match my font. I told her I didnt want them to match my font, I just wanted standard lettering. She said that made it easy, theyd get a proof right out to me. That was a month ago. I give up.

We have a showroom in High Point that need new window decals. Ashley was wonderful in going out and measuring, confirming the layout and gave excellent suggestions on how to design the decals. This saved us a trip to come out from California because we were able to rely on Ashley and FastSigns to do the job correctly.

We use FastSigns of High Point for all of our signage needs, but most recently we ordered 3 wooden directional signs for our apartment community. They were high quality and just the way I ordered them. The office was in constant communication with us, as they were supposed to be installed around the same time the recent snow storm hit. Ooooo wow if you want to get every excuse why they can’t complete the prepaid work in the time frame they selected, then by all means take ur business here, but if you want and expect quality work to be finished on time then I would avoid them. They take a deposit for work then make a mistake then try to sell you their mistake. Then give you the run around for 3 weeks while they scrounge around trying to find the money that you deposited for work that was never completed. From the moment I first walking into to their ghetto establishment, I shoulda passed, my hind sight should be your forewarning to not do business with this place.

We have used this particular location for several years. Because we have showrooms in both Atlanta and High Point, we initially just used them for projects in High Point. However, due to the timeliness and quality of the work they delivered for us, we began using them for projects even in Atlanta. As crazy as it may seem, I know that wherever I need work done I can rely on this store to produce what I need within my time limits and get it delivered to me wherever I am. They are a total pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

I really appreciate the attention that was given the two yard signs I wanted for our churchs Easter Egg Hunt. The result was terrific, even more than I hoped for.
