Bought a torch lighter from there an the young guy thats work there told me if I have any issues with it bring it back . 2 day later it was not what I thought it be had a problem with me just switching lighters poor service never going back there again.

Not a vape fan but do love a cigar. Whoever prices these sticks are greedy. They are all over MSRP. I have even got a cigar with a cracked wrapper. Good selection and great location for me, I just cant see getting over charged. When I can go elsewhere

This shop has ABSOULTLEY everything when it comes to selection, affordable pricing, quality, and customer service. They are open all day which is great compared to come of these other shops in town. Really disappointed after Ive been going here for a while to buy my coils, very convenient and nice. Bought a SMOK stick pod that uses the salt nic and after using it only for a few minutes, to find out it burns my nose and throat. So called back same day and said manager would call me back. Never heard anything till I called today and there is nothing they can do for me.. I just wanted to return it. Money blown on something that i cant even use nor enjoy. At least have some kinda return policy for your customers.

Amazing customer service, I just left a few minutes ago, it was my first visit and I had tons of questions and needed help and the sweet young lady helped me more than exceptionally well, she was great. Hooked me up with what I needed and took the time to show me!

Chris and his coworker {Im so sorry blanked on his name, very nice with long hair and great humor) are the best vape store clerks Ive ever encountered and are huge part of why I have been loyal to the store for at least 5 years. It helps that that they also have incredible selections of any and every vape related product accessory and more you could possibly want, and if somehow they dont have what youre looking for Chris immediately offers to order more or special order. They treat every customer just as friendly and helpful whether its your 5th Year or first visit. Cannot recommend this store enough and will continue to recommend to any and every vape head that I come across. In fact the first 4 years I shopped there actually lived almost 30 minutes away and happily made the trip. Ive since moved much closer, thankfully.To put into perspective how highly I think of the store and Chris, I like to occasionally surprise them with my homemade cookies so show my appreciation for their kindness, incredible service selection prices and most importantly fantastic personalities with even more fantastic customer service. Trust me even if youre going to have to make a commute like I did youll see how well worth the drive was and youll be a new loyal fan as well, guaranteed. And just to clarify Im in no way related to work for or in any way benefiting nor anything to gain from this review. I just feel like everyone should get the chance to understand how fantastic the store is and they as a locally owned business deserve as much extra love then those online suppliers or some of the other local stores that just arent as good.

Horrible experience and customer service. They sold me a used device and when I attempted to return it after realizing it was too complicated to use they said it had to have to original wrapping on it (it did not have this and had a scratch on the outside when I bought it). Do not go here if you can help it.
