This Autozone is always there, the employees are very helpfull, I enjoy my autozone visits for washing my car, and this location is well located and very convenient.

Absolutely the worst customer service I received. As a student, our commercial account is able to be used at any location. I dont like who ever was the grey shirt around 11:45am questioning me if I was a student or not. I shouldnt have to explain that our school goes from basic program of one year to 3 yrs-4yrs depending on how many programs youve added. None of the excuses given to me was reasonable. As a formal employee of autozone, I know exactly what happened. The person in charge didnt know how to use the commercial account, was lazy, or trying to maximize profit. That is absolutely not putting the customer first, as training provides, and a commercial customer is still a customer. This is the first time Ive been denied use of the commercial account even though Ive made purchases here before with my account and both hub locations and other locations. There was no excuse to deny a commercial customer other then being lazy, not knowing, or something else. No location has given me a hard time. That was a $150+ sale that was missed. I hope this isnt a common problem with all your commercial customers, its almost like you dont want business.

This AutoZone is absolutely fantastic theres a worker there named Carmen and shes just wonderful was helpful they all seem to be in sync together when I went in there were talking about backing each other up she was coming out to help me with my car she took a look at my car okay Im embarrassed shes a girl she knew how to help me change what I consider being intricate little problem I had with my tail light and she was so helpful about it I want to tell you that I would hands down trust this AutoZone and the people there and again Carmen was fantastic

I get great service every time I go to Auto Zone. The prices arent too bad for me. I get expert advice and assistance. I dont go there alot because I dont have too much car trouble but when I do go everyone is respectful and helpful esp. the young men.

Extremely rude staff and very poor customer service. I bought a light switch for my jeep from here but found it on Amazon half the price with same day shipping. I went in to return the part and was told you should have done your price comparing before you came in. Will NEVER shop here again. I live in Highland and come here all the time. Now Im an advocate AGAINST Autozon.

I called 3 times looking for a product. Each time was put on hold for over 10 minutes. In the time it took me to call them (after 30+ minutes, I never got to speak to a representative) my husband went to the nearby Walmart and found what we needed.

Everyone was friendly and knew their jobs well.

Worst place it bought oil for my car engine and when I took of the cap the seal was broken turn out There was no engine oil it was the transmission oil inside I talk to the manager that could have ruined my car he didn’t seem to care about it whoever’s doing inventory has to check everything and I hold the managers or supervisor responsible it only took me 5 min to go from the store to my house in a different car and they didn’t even believe what I was telling them don’t come to this store go to some other one or heck go to oreillys auto parts

Went to get some chains before heading up the mountain. Waited in line for a while then spoke with Ron. Super rude. So much for customer service. Made it look like HE was doing ME a favor by talking to me instead of just providing a good customer service. The Rancho location is much better than this.

Area was clean and staff was friendly although, As soon as we came in Donnie was quick to help very friendly cool dude, helped us switch a light & even drops some very helpful tips 👍 next time ask for donnie 10/10 knew his stuff

Went here to try and by chains to go up to Big Bear. They are the last AutoZone before the mountain, so they were out of the type of chains we needed. The service guy was helpful and located what we needed at a nearby AutoZone.
