Andy is friendly & seems honest. Went in for a thermostat to be replaced and at the last minute added an oil change and I got a car wash and vacuum the car out. I will be taking my car back there to get other things fixed as soon as I can afford to, but thank you Andy

I came in thinking I had a major problem with my brakes. They check it out and figured out there was nothing wrong so they never charged me. You dont find honest mechanics like that anymore. You should go here for your cars needs .

We had our Honda serviced here the powerspower pump needed to be replaced we also added an oil change. I would highly recommend coming here, Andy is an honest person and meet our needs he helped us get our vehicle take care of after a no good mechanic took our money and left it in worst condition then when we dropped it off. We want straight to andys shop and when we arrived he greeted us and as we explained what happened he had a solution. He did the work for a very reasonable price he is professional and we will definitely be going back for any further needs even if its just for an oil change 😉..I went to pick up my vehicle it had been cleaned by there handwash cleaning services it looked amazing and felt great! Andy and his workers are great at what they do very trustworthy!

I have generally had good experiences here, but a recent one will be my last.My wife had her oil changed here a few months ago and it was due again. I changed it myself last weekend and after struggling for AN HOUR to remove the cartridge filter housing, I gave up.My wife went back to A1 with the brand new filter so that they could remove the housing that they had over-tightened and put the new filter in.They said it would cost $20 for them to do this, eventually agreed to $10 with the caveat that itll probably break and youll have to buy a new housing for another $30. Right. I should pay them to fix the problem they caused? That doesnt make much sense from a customer service standpoint.

The best and most honest mechanic I have ever met. Everywhere else charged me more than he did. He told me the service would take two hours and he called me exactly after two hours. My car has no more problems since they fixed it. I will for sure refer all my friends and family to A1 Auto Repair in Highland.

Dropped off my 2014 Jeep Wrangler with 40k miles with no damage, picked it up the next day with a huge dent in the front bumper and paint damage. They had the audacity to lie and say it came like that! Horrible business, l would never go there if l were you! Very unprofessional people. Their response to this comment is going to be l brought it to them like that, LIES! I have an all white jeep, l just bought it and take very good care of her. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Andy is the man!We took our Ford Explorer to Ford for a water pump, they quoted me $2500.00 +tax. Andy did it for $1000.00 out the door. He also replaced the oil sending switch and only charged me for the parts.

Way over priced. Charged a woman $300 to swap a ground cable on her battery. Took less than 20 minutes.
