I suspected that my car had an oil leak so contacted these guys for the first time. Initially things went great in that I got an appointment very quickly for the next morning (Wednesday 7/21) with Duane. Communications via email and texts were great, Duane was early for the appointment and quickly diagnosed that a gasket and a hose needed replacing. The fix was fairly expensive so Duane said that the quote would be on their website and to think about it and book it if we decided to go ahead. That afternoon we decided to proceed with the fix and went on the website to book the appointment. Well, there were 3 quotes listed for the work. 2 For the same amount but showing different repairs and 1 substantially higher which showed some repairs the same and some different. Coolant and break fluid were listed in the quotes which seemed strange for an oil leak repair so I called them. I dealt with a nice guy who said that he would contact Duane for clarification and call me back. NADA. Called them again on Monday, 2 days later, again spoke with a nice lady who explained that break fluid was needed to fix an oil leak - DUH ! She too said that she would contact Duane for clarification and that either she or Duane would call me back to explain why there were 3 different quotes covering different fixes for the same oil leak repair. One week later I am still waiting for that telephone call so, sorry for the poor review but I feel it is deserved because you completely dropped the ball and didnt follow through as you said you would. Now Im looking for a reliable mobile mechanic to carry out this repair and maintain all of our 4 vehicles in the future. Know any??

Came for a diagnosis on my 2009 ML 350 and they were really nice, explained everything very thoroughly, it did take a while BUT they are very busy so I’m not complaining, the service is great. Prices are affordable, they are honest people and I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this shop.

I took a friend there to pick up their car. They specialize in Mercedes and BMW repairs. The prices seemed reasonable from the invoice I saw. Especially for a Mercedes they appear to be up front with everything because they communicated with my friend regarding what he needed done. Ive never dealt with them personally but my friend seems very happy with their service.

I would not consider taking my cars anywhere else but to Sam and Scott. Hands down the best mechanics I’ve had. They are professional, friendly, timely, and very fair on the cost. They go out of their way to provide me the best options for the money on repairs. The thing I appreciate the most about S&S is their integrity, I’ve recently had some work done on our X5 and told them if the air filters need replacing then to go ahead and change them. Instead of making a quick buck they called to let me know they were still good until the next service. Just one of many examples, these guys are the best!

This is the best Mercedes-Benz, pops shop in the IE. Super friendly and honest. I am only bring my car here. I had my Mercedes-Benz Emerald Star, installed. The dealership wanted a lot to install. Sam did it under a hour and 75% cheaper. A+++

Total clown show. Paid $440 to replace belt, they never put on a new belt. Wanna know how I know? Because the used belt they replaced it with came off 2 months later. Didnt change my tensioner at all. YOU ALWAYS REPLACE THE TENSIONER WHEN YOU REPLACE A BELT. TOTAL AMATEUR HOUR.

Do not go here!! I took in a recently purchased 1997 S320 Mercedes and ask them if it was okay to drive to Phoenix and to please change the oil. Not only did they put in the wrong oil which they later said they put in the right oil it needed an oil sensor and when I car got back to Phoenix and broke down the next day thank God it didnt happen when I was driving from California to Phoenix I have to replace the oil again with an oil sensor and was told it was the wrong oil. It needed $1,200 worth of work and I would not have purchased the car had I known that it was in such bad shape but they said it was fine haha. It was by the grace of God that I made it home safely.

Came to the office staff were friendly I had a problem with slow hard start, they resolved it, did oil filter change shocks changed efficient service reasonable prize! After service they called to follow up😊

Took my older BMW in for inspection and to have all vacuum/exhaust leaks remedied. Almost a month and over $600 dollars later, they have completed the work. I had two other shops look at the work that was done and it left the mechanics scratching their heads at the cost.. several vacuum leaks and one exhaust leak could still be located. I had all other vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks fixed for just over $200 at a different shop. From my experience alone, I would not recommend.

They Fix my Benz, no problem. You dont have to take the car there every time as other fake mechanics.
