I would give no stars if I could, this particular Walgreens staff @the pharmacy can never seem to give out accurate times for picking up medicine, Always a wait above and beyond, told my husband 3 hours from drop off, went in was told another hour. Heard customers grumbling in line entire time, and had a really long wait in line at pharmacy just to be told not ready, and couldnt get the Walgreens app to work so we didnt have to waste all that time, I understand sometimes they get swamped but its every time theres a problem I personally take my medication refills and new prescriptions all the way to another town because this Walgreens is never on time and the place across town I go to Ive never had to wait longer than a few minutes and its always ready when they say its ready sometimes beforehand fixed.I will never recommend this Walgreens for any Reason to Anyone, ever!!!!

Its a great convenient store. I had to buy wax for wearing braces( not for me Im to old for braces), ha . I went around 9:30,10 pm. I feel very safe shopping at this Walgreens at any hour. They always have a great selection of your standard items. They also have unique items as well. They employees are always, cheerful, helpful & kind. Its a great store.

Located off of Boulder and Baseline.Ive been going here for year. Safe area. Awesome photo Dept. I mainly come here for prescriptions. The pharmacy techs are absolutely amazing. They are very professional, respectful and helpfum.I love this place. Would miss it if I ever moved.

This place has a nice choice of drinks but the staff is is horrible i go in here every week and listen to how they speak to poeple the manager and staff are not customer service friendly at all they talk very rude the manger talks very smartalic off a basic question ive heard them get rude with other customers as im waiting in line .. take your money somwhere else until they hire freindly poeple

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had with any walgreens .. if the owner knew and heard the way his employees speak to his paying customers he would not be happy i will not spend any more money there just based off my experience with courtney ... the cashier was very rude to me when i asked a simple question about a product i told courtney the shift leader she made me out to be the bad guy not a good idea if the owner wants his christmas bonus ... courtney was very rude and cost the owner a customer

Horrible pharmacy! My father went in right when it opened to have his prescription filled from the emergency room. They tell him come back in 2 hrs. He goes back in 2 hrs and it still is not ready!!! He is in alot of pain and this is unacceptable. He is now sitting in there waiting for them to give him his medication SMH and theyre just talking to each other like they have no worries at all.

The man working today 7/17/21 at 4:45 tall, brown hair, glasses, I didn’t catch his name I wish u would have .He was running around doing everyone’s job . This Walgreens is clearly short handed due to no one looking for jobs at the moment.But the man that helped me was so polite and had such good customer service, it’s rare nowadays especially for someone that is running around doing everyone’s job .He definitely deserves a promotion. We need more people like him !!

The worse place ever. I booked an appointment online for Covid test and when I arrived, they told me they are out of Covid test kits!!! They didn’t even bother to call to cancel the appointment.

Usually my go to store. But today ppl werent helpful. Came here to find a special soap for geriatric care. Ppl on the floor wont even research on what product they can sell to me. He wanted me to linevup to the pharmacist (5 ppl in line already) to get the info.I brought my business to another store.I always want to support local biz instead of always ordering from Amazon and others.So sad.

Ive been there twice I n the past 2 weeks and have been overcharged 25 dollars one one occasion and just now my boyfriend was overcharged so he went to return it and paid with a ten then they refused to give him his change. Id be very careful of the employee and manager who seem to be running this scam

Slow service. Employees are never around for assistance.

This is the absolute best pharmacy in all of highland California,Theyre always very friendly and very kind and quick to refill a prescription or answer any questions you have

Henry the pharmacist was INCREDIBLY helpful to me! He was willing and able to look up my insurance coverage, since I forgot to bring the correct insurance card. When we found out my insurance wouldnt cover my prescription right away, he helped me find a way around at a very low cost. He also helped me figure out the right syringes to use. The whole time he was very nice and knowledgeable, and made me feel assured. Thanks!

Tom, the pharmacist,and the young Chinese looking counter man make this pharmacy such a nice place to go. They know your name as soon as they see you and always work hard.

Its ok but i notice they dont answer there phones when Im trying to check the status of a refill. Its better when you can use automated services. Also they are very slow when i do pick up my prescriptions. Theyre unorganized most of the time.

All the employees are extremely nice and helpful!! I can always expect to hear welcome walking in and while Im checking out, I hear how are you doing today? Making sure I found everything I was looking for, even have gone as far as to say oh there is a coupon for this items let me get it for you!! So great to have such amazing, helpful, always a smile on their faces customer service!! I wont go to any other Walgreens!! I enjoyed every trip I have made to my baseline Highland Walgreens!!

If I could rate NO stars I would. ABSOLUTELY the WORST place to go for a prescription. My daughter has the FLU and they told me to wait 1 hour and a half when she has a 104 fever. So I come back TWO hours later and they havent even started! Telling me they are barely going to get started on it and to get out of line. Absolutely terrible service and I will be asking and looking for the manager. Telling all my friends and family that shop here to NEVER come back again.

Clean, calm shopping environment with kind employees.

The employees at this pharmacy go out of thier way to make sure you get your prescriptions even when the insurance companies and sometimes the Doctors dont do thier part. They are awesome!

Actually had impeccable service there. I dont know who she was but this young pharmacist gal was super helpful and actually saved me a ton of money. The reason Im only giving a three star review is because something that really.. really frustrates me is when business hours are posted online (sometimes in more than one place) as one thing.. but then you take the drive all the way down there and the place is closed. Update your information.

I always have a good experience here, the pharmacists always seem to genuinley care when things can go wrong, but theyre always helpful and amazing at what they all can do.

I try to be patient, but this pharmacy is horribly slow! It’s now a pattern. I have been stuck in the drive through line for 20 minutes. I’m trapped and the same car has been at the window this whole time. I’m just trying to drop off a perscription. Honestly don’t get it.

You guys enjoy shattering customers experience. You don’t have people on the floor ready to assist. You have one person working the store in peak hours. If you hate your job you should quit.

The pharmacist and staff were very helpful and patient with my questions. I used the photo dept. for first time and it was simple and inexpensive to print photos from my phone. Ill be back.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in this area, when you call to see whats your status on the medication put you on hold and music and no one answers and they hang up and I called like over five times in a row.

The store was dirty. The staff is rude and the restrooms are disgusting! Not to mention they have a notice on the front doors explaining that CUSTOMERS should check the dates on their food selections PRIOR to purchasing because, many of the items are EXPIRED!! I’ve purchased expired snacks, candy 🍭 as well as other consumables! The store manager Joe has a poor attitude and it rubs off on the employees.
