Takeout rotisserie chicken is large, beautiful, delicious, and is the same price as at other stores but much bigger plus higher quality. Produce is amazing and always bargains to be had. Large selection of items for a store this size. Great for party supplies, picnic supplies, and barbecue needs. Lots of friendly help is always available. Fast checkout. Very clean, great prices.

I gave 5 stars solely for the customer service I received. Although they did not have what I came for, as I expected, the customer service was absolutely outstanding! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by several staff members, which 1st began in the parking lot as I excited my vehicle. While strolling thru the store I was offered assistance 4 times from 3 different staff members. One employee even traversed through the store in attempts to help me find what I was looking for.I didnt spend a dollar but I was treated like a king.. That is customer service at its best!!....The Knight

For big shopping it is an excellent alternative. It has all the food with good quality, steaks, pork, chicken and the rest of ingredients to make a good dinner. Also, the tools you need to make the meal. Wines are good and excellent prices.

Literally the suckiest smart and final ever. I’m not sure what it is but the cashiers are slow . The cashiers don’t have no customer service. And when you’re just looking at something on the shelf employees just stand in front of you not saying “excuse me”. The store is filthy especially the produce and fruit area. But overall I have to say LEROY I believe is the gentleman’s name, is amazing! He is the only one I see hustling around.

This is my first time coming to this smart & final extra. I am normally a customer of the smart & final in Redlands. This place is absolutely awesome. I am definitely add this to my rotation for shopping.Natalie this have all the regular smart & final stuff that I used to like to 2.5gallon Ziploc bags and stuff you can run a picnic bizarre or block party,but also had some health food in bulk bins like you normally find a trader Joes or Clarks

Found the TeaJava I wanted, and the produce looked fresh and great. Lots of variety...Smart and Final is a whole different grocery store these days.

Management needs training. Went in today 2/27/2021 at around noon and the cashier said she was management as it turns out she wouldnt take my government issued ID because it was out of state. Its still a US drivers license and Ive used it plenty of times the last 7 years Ive been in CA I actually live in highland so this is the first time someone has not accepted my license. Its a Virginia license and she wouldnt take it which is weird since I can travel within the US with it as well as drive in all 50 states as well. Service here sucks

The.store.is sized like a traditional supermarket and smaller than a large warehouse store like Costco, but it offers bundles of commonly purchased products like Costco as well as deli foods and the like. It is only a block or two from a Interstate Highway 210 exit.

There is a problem with the quality of the meat at Smart & finals. Im not sure if its cow or some kind of strange beast. The pork seemed to spoil too quickly. I hope thats smart and final lmprove on their quality of meats.

HOPE YOU DONT GET ALYISSA OR MARICELA AT THE REGISTER!Maricela and Alyissa make me not want to shop here. I was treated like a lower life being for trying to use a valid coupon. I was asked to donate and in replacement I would get a coupon apon seeing the rain I decided to ask if a picture would work the gentleman said yes so I snapped it. TODAY MARICELA AND ALYISSA MADE ME FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASHAMED FOR GIVING.Usually the place I shop but the produce is wilted and these two made me want to drive to walmart.

They sold me a poor quality fan that broke and they refuse to accept my return without a receipt.I can go to walmart for the same fan and they will process my return without a receipt. I will never do business with my local Smart & Final ever again.

Had a cashier named Ernesto in lane 5 who was moving extremely slow.. I was in line for over 20 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. With only one other lane open the line got chaotic behind me people had no room to form a line. That’s ridiculous

Fairly clean store, shelves had everything i needed personally and didnt see too many empty shelf spots. Just a long wait in the lines. But i did go around 5pm

I love this store, but today they were out of plastic bags and there was no indication of this until all my groceries were rang up and I declined to buy a reusable bag for .99 so the only thing she offered was to put all the lose groceries back in my cart.

The coffe creamer and cheese goes bad particularly fast. These need to lower the temp on their fridge, been shopping the since theyve opened.

Store very clean & shelves are always restock. I always had nothing but positive experience here. The STAFF are always friendly and helpful, Checking out is quick and fast. I highly recommend It!

You have to watch the prices. They like to charge more.

Smart and final extra is a great store offering regular and bulk items. Its right off the freeway and easily accessible on from two streets heading west on baseline and from church only (the light) on church street. Their products prices are comparable to the other grocery stores, And sometimes better on their produce. Being close to coffee, gas, and fast food they are an easy stop, and usually not too crowded for fast checkout. Great place to get everything for a get together!

I love this brand new Smart & Final! Great produce section with 4 levels of vegetables and fresh herbs and lettuces. Huge fresh and cut fruit section. Lots of large meat cuts. Cool bulk section with great prices. Lots of organic options as well. Deals when you sign up for emails and their online coupons. Sign up! Only 40 minutes from Big Bear, right at the base of the mountain by 210/330.

Great selection. Prices on some items are high. For instance cases of soda are above $5 where I can get 3 cases at Stater bros for $10. Its a give and take but overall the goods are fresh and good quality.

Store is nice and clean. They have some good deals, but I dont do all my shopping there. Staff is friendly. The only downside is the parking lot is kind of hard to get in and out of. Otherwise its a nice place to shop.

Just a block west of 210 freeway, location is good. Staff are very helpful and selection and supply are good. Prices are competitive, walmarts less but honestly Id go here its cleaner and less crowded.

This store opened Christamas week 2017. Nice people and clean store. Produce section is very big and lots of fresh items. Some fresh meat items a bit pricey but where isnt it? Beer, spirits and wine on site as well.

We usually shop there once a wk. This wk they didnt have the meat we normally get. The other types of meat are extremely high priced. The fruit and vegetables are also high in price. The prices remind me of Costco!
