A few days ago I was having issues with my Toyota Sienna vibrating when it reached a certain speed. I recently had and oil change and tires rotated from a different location. I decided to call Plus 1 for a balance and alignment. After explaining my issue they took it out for a test run. Coming back, Paul and one other associate explained what exactly was happening. Both very professional and made me feel that I was in good hands. Overall had a great experience and would recommend!

I got a nail in my tire. I was dropping my husband off at work and Plus 1 is located directly across from them so I stopped to see if I could get my tire fixed. They are very professional and friendly. They had no problem fitting me into their busy schedule. They are very honest and up front. Last place I took my car to fix a tire they charged me $25 and they put a plug (which is illegal). Plus 1 took time to do things right for almost the same price. I have had several experiences at Plus One over the last few years. Whether it was a full tire blowout, replacing all four, getting a quick patch, or general service, they have always been reliable. The quality of work has been excellent, and they have never tried to push me into any unnecessary work. I have had great experiences with Plus 1 Performance. I have taken my 05 Corolla in for oil changes as well as when my a/c blower went out. Never once did they try and over sell me or make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I came here to have a wheel alignment and to have an a/c compressor and accumulator installed.after a couple months of drivingi am pleased with their work. my tires are wearing evenly and the a/c is working. i found the staff to be friendly. i found the pricing to be fair and competative. i also liked that i could bring in parts and pay for installation. i was very appreciative of Joe going above and beyond for me and my partucular situation. i would recomend them and i will return if i have need.

I had my tires aligned there. I had used a Groupon deal and they honored it with no issue. My car was taken in within 15 minutes. They promised to have my car done within an hour and they were done prior to that time. They gave me the results of my alignments which I have never received from any other shop. They had recommended that I have my rear alignment camber be replaced with an after market part so that my the OME wouldnt wear out the inner part of my tire fast and unevenly and it does indicate on my alignment report how bad it looked. However, it was going to costs me over $600! I just cant afford it now. Their one mechanic appeared very knowledgeable!Updated: I have returned a week later with my own Rear Alignment Camber parts. I did research and it was like what Marlon, the mechanic there stated it is a factory issue with all Honda CRVs and it is better for it to be replaced with the aftermarket part. Lou, the owner, had Marlon installed it and realigned my car again. I was done within an hour. They showed me the report. I couldnt believe the difference in the result. It was great! I had noticed that on my 1st Alignment report my front Alignment was not perfect like the back one is (not knowing how to read the report correctly being a woman). He told me that reading is fine. Its supposed to be that way. I thought I had needed to save money to come and fixed the front camber, but I liked that Lou is an honest man. He tells you what really needs to be done and what really doesnt needs the work. This is a man with ethics and I really respect that. It is hard to find that nowadays. I highly recommend this shop if you need work done. (Oh and FYI since I had supplied the part, he just charged the labor so it came out to less than $200.)

This place used to be really great. Had a tire patched for 27 dollars and was flat again the next day. Its not about the 27 dollars spent, its about the inconvenience of having to get it fixed again the next day somewhere else.

I was treated with respect and they pin pointed the problem i was haveing with my car.well worth the money.

If memory serves me, I have been a customer of Paul’s Plus 1 Performance since the 90’s. My wife’s 2014 GMC Acadia has been rather shakey and bouncy over the slightest pothole or imperfections. Since it still runs good, I knew some new tires and suspension repairs were needed. Instead of taking it to a dealership I called Paul and knew he would have the right solution. I took the Acadia in a few weeks after talking to Paul. They gave me a ride home because several repairs needed to be done. After paying the bill I drove it home. The Acadia felt stable and composed.. I can count on Paul’s Plus 1 to do a great job! if anything goes wrong, they will correct it ASAP!

I am somewhat new to the area and I needed workon my 2011 jeep.I was planning to take a trip across the country pulling a trailer with my jeep that had sat idle for 3 years and was worried about it making the trip.In addition to the things I planned on having done like tires and brakes, I asked them to do a complete checkup and explain the trip I was planning.They were fair and professional and I made the trip 2 227 miles pulling a trailer without incident.They have helped me out a couple times now and I would recommend them to everyone

I was heading up to Big bear to snowboard and of course I punctured my tire on my side wall and had to get towed. They dropped us off at Plus 1 and didn’t know how long it would take. They were very fast to get my tire I needed sent to their shop and we were out of there within 30 min. I thought our snowboard day was over but they saved the day!

I went in with what I thought was a blown starter. Joe and Rami helped me and long story short it was an alarm that was jamming my signal from my ignition to my starter. I chose to wait there but I was offered a ride home and a pick up when my vehicle was done which I thought was pretty decent of them. The service was professional, fast and very informative. Plus 1 is a nice change of pace when it comes to auto shops. My car had trouble starting. With advance notice they came and picked up my car to fix the issue. They gave me an estimate with reasonable pricing (as I also did some research) and while it was there had my oil changed. Long story short I needed tires fairly quickly for a long road trip, and the dealer didnt have them in stock. I called Plus 1 and a nice gentleman Paul assisted me. Not only did they have my tires in stock (multiple options) but he gave me a great rate. They also finished the job within the estimated time to completion. I have two vehicles both of them are 97 Dodgers one is a 1500 pickup and the other one is a 2500 conversion van for my special needs daughter. We have been having problems with this air conditioner for years numerous of mechanics have looked at it can I see if Im the problem. I’ve brought our Xterra in on a couple of occasions and each time was promptly helped and provided the service I needed with regards to my tires. They were also courteous to show me printouts of where my vehicle stood for future repairs and took me to see the areas of concerns and explained to me why it WOULD NEED service in the future. They weren’t pushy, but professionally, took the time to explain everything in layman terms. I don’t care if I have to drive a half hour to get to them, I will return.

I was lucky enough to find them when I had an emergency with my car that was overheating on a super hot day. Not only were they able to solve the issue but they also identified an issue with my breaks that wouldve been much worse if they hadnt spotted it. I highly recommend their work!
