We saved the money on the console with Internet and purchased the console with the basic features. Tim helped us every step of the way! We have ordered 2 separate machines from Kyle at Fitness Gallery (Highlands Ranch). He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Purchased a True treadmill 21 years ago, great product, but after a lot of miles it finally wore out. Met Ryan Greer in the Highlands Ranch store and he went through the current treadmill lineup and helped us pick out a new one….we purchased a True 300!! Needed to replace a treadmill that broke after 20 years :(. Because this is the piece of equipment I am highly dependent upon, I popped into Fitness Gallery to begin my compare/research process for a quality replacement. After visiting a few home fitness equipment stores, conducting much internet research, and with the patient and informative interaction with Ryan Greer, we ended up purchasing the True Performance 800 treadmill. The treadmill arrived two days later and is smooth, quiet and seems stable underfoot. Because of the 30 year warranty, I am secure in the belief that this treadmill will give me another 20+ years of usage!

The whole staff was amazing but Kyle was incredibly knowledgable and patient, listening to our entire situation, ultimately helping us with the perfect equipment customized to our needs. Picked up a treadmill from here, a True 300 model which has been working excellent. Thankfully they have stock and were able to deliver in about 3 weeks which is much better lead times than I was quoted elsewhere. Had a great experience in the store, will probably come back to get some kettlebells in the near future.

Went into Fitness Gallery for a machine I wanted and was on sale. The employees walked me through the options and fitness goals and guided me to a better option. While the option was more expensive (and higher quality), FG worked with me on the finances to make it a no brainer. Delivery and setup was great: on time and respectful. Highly recommended.

This place is a secret hiding in plain site. I have passed it hundreds of times on I-25 and never thought to go in until I couldnt find fitness equipment anywhere for my garage gym. They had everything I needed and at great prices. The sales staff is super friendly, incredible helpful and not pushy at all. Gym is life. Ive been working out for 30 years and I wasnt going to let a little virus stop me from being healthy. Also, summer is coming up and I dont want to be like all the other average folks. So once I heard that the world was going to shut down, I ran over to The Fitness Gallery. I went there last year and was very impressed with the equipment. I didnt want to spend the money on a home gym at the time because the room I was going to put it in wasnt finished. It still isnt. I had a great talk with a sales coordinator, Mr. Connor Duey, a year ago, and he was still there. I bought the Corner Multi-Functional Trainer with Smith Press Attachment (CXT-225), the Evolution Leg Extension / Prone Leg Curl Bench (CPL-400), the Incline Ladder Bench (CLB-325 ), and floor mats. Ive been using it for 2 months so far and love it. The equipment is sturdy. It feels like professional gym equipment, and that it can take a beating for years to come. It might seem a little pricey, but when it comes to gym equipment you need to buy what you want upfront. If you try to just get by, youll be selling your equipment only to buy what you should have the first time. Thank you Fitness Gallery, you saved my gains. Im sure I will get a few more things down the road.

I had made the mistake of buying a NordicTrack treadmill. I wasnt totally happy, so I went into the Fitness Gallery, while I was still in my return window for NordicTrack and Im happy I did! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and they were able to help me select a TRUE fitness treadmill that blew the other guy out of the water. Ive had it for a little over a month now, and could not be happier. In addition, the warranty and customer service are excellent. I had an issue setting up the tread belt, and one quick phone call solved the issue within TEN minutes. With the others, Ive now spent over three hours on the phone, and their service is terrible. Steer clear of the others, save yourself the headache, and head to the Fitness Gallery!

Been here a few times. Staff very knowledgeable and eager to help. This is definitely high quality basically commercial grade equipment. I bought a few pairs of dumbbells and an EZ Curl bar. They had a bunch of inventory on very hard to find items (dumbbells). Its a little expensive, but I think its worth it.

There are so many great options for setting up your home workout at the Fitness Gallery. I am so glad we now have such a store in Boulder CO. Matt was extremely helpful and responsive. I was able to purchase the elliptical that I was interested in quickly and I am also looking forward to getting a BOSU! I had the absolute worst experience with the acting manager Bret Clifton. He did not fulfill my order and I had to go to the owner of the company to get any resolution. Be very careful of the false promises Bret likes to make. Make sure you keep your receipts.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the very beginning it was a terrible experience. The day my husband purchased our equipment he was sent to one of the stores to pick the equipment up. When he arrived they said the loading staff had left. They agreed to deliver and set up. When the delivery folks showed up they tried to leave because they said it was too snowy. My husband had to convince them to deliver it. They refused to set it up, plus some of our order was missing. I called and they assured me it would be delivered the next day. It never came. We decided to just ask for a refund. I had to call about 5 different people to get someone who was competent to issue a refund. Finally I was able to get a refund. Unfortunately, it was the incorrect amount. I called today and talked to Brent at the Highlands Ranch store. He was condescending and had little regard for my issue. He was disrespectful and starting yelling at me. He made it seem like me having my equipment was good enough. Needless to say, I still dont have my money back, and would never recommend Fitness Gallery to anyone.

Took months of searching, but i finally found a barbell and some bumpers. Very knowledge and accomodating staff. Have about 6 gym pieces from them now (Bosu, kettles, bar, bumpers, dumbbells). They even had minis for my kid to play along (2.5 lbs.).
