My 1st time there yesterday they were friendly he fixed my scooter in a matter of minutes and his labor was very cheap my scooter runs great now thanks to them they were polite all repair shops charge a different price when they have the item because its called an Estimate I took my scooter to him a couple more times for regular maintenance he was nice and he got me taken care of right away

1st time I had them do anything for me so far pretty happy.

Good for parts. We have not used their services in a while but we used to and they did a great job. Our son now does his own labor but will call them if he has questions or needs parts.

Bait and switch! Once they get your machine they hike up the price! Very vulgar people

The folks at Hillsdale Powersports and Marine are very friendly! We bought a used jetski from them in May and were really glad they offered a one year warranty. The jetski was described as “ready to go,” but apparently it still needed some work before it would run on the water. We waited a month for the repair to be done, which was hard since it was a seasonal item and we were anxious to use it. We were really excited when they finally told us it was ready, but disappointed again when it still didn’t run. We sought out a second opinion (at our own expense, of course) and were dismayed to learn the jetski needed a new engine. When they learned of our plight, Hillsdale Powersports and Marine took the initiative to contact us and asked if we wanted them to repair it or give us a full refund. We were extremely grateful to receive our money back as we had been worried that we were going to be stuck paying for a jetski that didn’t work. Sadly, we hadn’t been smart enough to test the jetski before we spent almost $400 on license plates and supplies that we never used—in the future we will be more careful not to make that same mistake. Hopefully our situation was just a fluke, but we definitely recommend paying extra for a warranty and can tell you that Hillsdale Powersports and Marine will stand behind their products!
