Bad customer service...one person quotes on thing, and another quotes something else. Had an attitude when I questioned the difference in what was billed vs what was quoted. The one in Hilton Head is much better, and they send you a quote to approve before work is done. Will only be going to the one in Hilton Head going forward.

This morning I went to NTB on Beach City Road and ask if they could look at my tires to see if there could possibly be a nail or other debris in one of them since my light was on in my car. The person working there just said No, we are just too busy and I dont have the man power this morning. I was beyond surprised. I have never been told this ever anywhere I have ever been in my entire adult life. This was at 8:10 am. I wasnt even offered to come back later or anything else. Just a flat No.Never mind that my tires were purchased at an NTB in the Atlanta area with a lifetime warranty for what it its worth. Of course the ones in the area I live in all have bad reviews so I dont know why this should surprise me here.So NTB for your information, I wont come back for service, I wont buy more tires from your company and I will tell everyone how I was treated.

NTB Hilton Head helped me out and changed a tire with no appointment after I had a flat tire at the airport. I couldn’t recommend them more.

HILTON HEAD AREA!!Beware!! They will rip you off. Run up a bill claiming they have found the problem but problem still there. They CLAIM they have shops EVERYWHERE to assist with lifetime warranty issues. But guess what, they do not. They do not stand behind their work but quick to take your card. Offer all kinds of bs ADVICE on what to do next with the issue you did not fix instead of actually making right what you paid for. 500 bucks from a single mom that was out of town and trying to get home with her baby in bad weather and you literally screwed her over. This is my review here... now on to the next social place to leave a review.

I bought new tires from Tire Rack, and they recommended NTB for installation and shipped the tires there. Since the tires were expensive, I saved quite a bit doing this instead of having our regular mechanic buy and install them. I have a 2,000 mi, 3 day drive ahead, so I thought I would have them change the oil and check everything else out. They changed the oil, for which I paid, as well as fo the tire installation and balancing. As for the rest, they told me I needed new brake fluid, new power steering fluid, a new cabin and engine air filter, and an alignment. And for this they only wanted about $753.00!!!!!!! I declined everything and took the car to our trusted auto shop of 10 years on the Island. I figured: 1- the price was outrageous in the first place, and 2 - If I had to spend a lot, I would rather that my mechanic get it than NTB. So I ended up needing an air filter, and alignment, and a fluid check and top up. Cost: $148.65. Be careful getting anything but tires done at NTB. Get your regular work done by someone you know and trust.

I brought my car in for some warranty work and everybody there was super professional and very helpful. I recommend them for any type of service that you need on your car as well as great deals on rubber for your wheels. Highly recommended

I made an appointment 5 days ahead to have a battery installed. I showed up a couple of hours early to check on my appointment and see if I might get in a bit earlier. That was not possible which was okay as I left to run errands. Half hour later the guy I spoke to calls and says”we don’t stock your battery.” I said that’s why I made my appointment ahead of time to allow you to order anything that might be needed. He said he didn’t know what my appointment was for and I told him that could not be true as I clearly indicated when I made the reservation what I was coming in for. I even have my confirmation email that clearly shows I was coming in for a battery. These guys just didn’t even look at my reservation or prepare for my appointment. I had a business trip the next day so this was very inconvenient and caused some headaches. Luckily I was able to get it taken care of at another business and would advise anyone to steer clear of the NTB Hilton Head.

I dropped my car off the night before the service to have oil changed and 2 new tires. Car was ready at 8:15 am. Excellent service and best price around. Island tire could not match the service or the price!

Did not like the fact that I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the car was taken into shop and then later taken out to serve a 10 a.m. appt fir someone else. I would have thought that since I was there early my car should have been serviced even if there were appts scheduled...rule I was there earlier than any other customer.

Went there for the first time to get a tire patched. They took me on schedule, finished incredibly fast, were very conscientious. No surprises or drama or attempts to take advantage. Just honest prompt courteous professional service. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Rude service technician! Overall pleasant experience. Except when picking up the vehicle after replacing all 4 tires, the tire pressure light was on. The technician came out to look at it. Got really frazzled, really frustrated, yelled at me, and told me it was fine to drive on it. I had to do a three point turn to get out of the parking lot, and got in his way when he jumped into another car. He laid on the horn, threw up his hands, and cursed. Chill out dude. Having to get a tire repair on Memorial Day weekend wasn’t necessarily how I wanted to spend my day either. Thanks to the rest of the staff for fitting me in though.

They were really busy but able to get four new tires on my car and an alignment before I needed to leave. Its one of the first times in a while I have been pleased with others working on my car. John was great, thank you guys for providing great service.

I went to NTB Hilton head last minute to see if they could fit me in before a road trip that day. Not only did they squeeze me in but they were all so friendly and didnt charge me for the filter installation because it was out of stock and I went 2 min down the road and get it from NAPA. Place is clean, wait is short and staff is knowledgeable. Will be back for scheduled maintenance. Thank you!!

NTB Hilton Head has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy repair shop with a great counter staff to lead you through the process. I have been bringing both of my cars there exclusively for years. Best automotive move I couldve made.

I have never had such a terrible experience, on our way back from Savanna our tire light came on twice, we are leaving the island to drive back to our home in Chicago. We stopped at the NTB off the island and they were too busy and they called the one on the island near our resort, which said they would get us taken care of. It took 20 minutes to drive to their location and when I got there and was told it was too late. They have to know that these places aren’t exactly a few minutes apart, why waste my time? I usually go to the dealership for everything, but decided to give these guys a chance. I will continue to use the dealership, I don’t mind the cost, but you wasted my time. Worst car experience I have ever had, thank you for making it happen.

John, Brandon and the mechanics are always courteous and efficient. I never feel that they are ripping me off, seem very honest and do good work. Highly recommend

Brought Tires in the be remounted and rotated front to back. Got remounted fine but tires were never rotated, after I brought them back they took it in again and only rotated 2 out of the 4 wheels. There is also a gouge in my tire from the equipment. Was given a higher price in person than over the phone as well for same service. Lack of attention and waste of money/time.

Went there to replace a blown out tire. Front desk person was nice and seemed knowledgeable. We were in and out quickly.

Had a flat tire on the way to Hilton Head. Because of damage to the tire, had to order a new tire. NTB kept me informed, installed the tire, and Brandon kept me informed. Very happy! Would definitely use them again!

We have had car problems on the road twice in Hilton Head over two decades. These guys have saved not only our vacations but also improved our vehicles performance and they are on the low price side. These guys are professional and are very accomodating. We live almost 500 miles away from HHI but we have considered trying to use NTB in Hilton Head for all of our vehicle services. We respect these guys for their hard work, excellent service, integrity, kindness, and working us in.

Had to replace a tire. They were well stocked and the appointment time was easy to set. They replaced the tire quickly, reset the tps and restored everything where it belonhged (tire jack and spare).

Sold me insurance for flats, when I got a flat I was told to leave it for the day but they could not guarantee that it would be repaired. I asked about another time two days away away and was told the same thing, that I could leave the car but may not be able to fix it that day. I went to another tire shop and they fit me in within an hour.

Excellent customer service! I was out of state and had a tire get cut. They immediately came out and said we will take care of it. We were back on the road within an hour.

Great service, on time work finished

Took tire in to repair puncture. Iffy location near sidewall but they decided to try to patch it .Inexperienced or unfocused mechanic proceeded to bust through the sidewall with the spoon on the tire demounting equipment. The manager - Jason - basically refused to accept responsibility for destroying the tire. Despite previous positive experiences with the Service Manager - John - went elsewhere for purchase/mounting/balancing of replacement and will not be returning.

Not surprised.I call on Monday to see if they had my tires, they said they will be in on Tuesday at 730am and insisted I make appointment for Tuesday 1000am even though I wanted them to call me once tires arrived.Took off work to go to my appointment; as soon as I pulled in was disappointed to know this is NTB and not Tire Kindom ( Had prior bad experience with NTB when they drove my car onto the side wall a few years back, different location)So, they had no clue about my tires but could get some in 2 days.This place is a joke.Highly recommended you go elsewhere.Also, found same tires for about $100 less.
